Yeah interesting, after getting injured I went back and did a couple of comps in sleeves and had no trouble with the weight on the back and unracking it because I’d done much heavier in wrapsI really am considering using wraps when squatting. Even if I don't compete with wraps it could help build a bigger sleeved squat just because of the CNS load of being able to put so much more weight on your back.

we all scared of prolactin lolI only started Tren A this week. Prolactin was well within range prior to starting and I don’t anticipate any prolactin issues with 70mg a week and p5p supplementation (it has not previously been a concern either)

Solid progress with those size gains! Switching coaches and ramping up on accessory work plus a caloric surplus clearly paid off. That Shogun HGH sprinkle seems to be doing its magic too—keep pushing those limits! who is your new coach?Funnily enough, I have grown nicely since July:
