The heat is finally here in Texas. 6 lb drop with workout and walk. Making progress. I seem to be sleeping harder. I think this is the MOTS-C.

Dinner this evening is ground chicken 98/2 with bell peppers/onions/black olives. I mix in 2 eggs with egg whites and just mix in sweet potatoes. It's pretty good:

Wednesday Fasting OMAD
Thursday 5AM Protein shake pre workout prior to 36 hour fast
Friday 3PM blood work
Friday 6pm Break 36 hour fast.

Should be an interesting week....

No fasting today. Back to OMAD tomorrow, and then a 36 hour fast beginning on Thursday AM. Should be interesting. I really want to see adonis belt be very tight and chiseled. I'm still fluffy in those areas. Also I have old man skin so some saggy skin in there as well.

Have you done the underwear test?

Can you stand on put on your underwear each hole without holding onto a ledge? Feels to me like over the last few year. That first leg is tough, maybe visceral fat throwing off balance. I have felt this for a long time. I am noticing with the Reta I can balance on my legs and put on underwear without holding onto anything. I am going to do a a dexa/BF scan at some point, likely after the first show just to see what the markers say.

Weight is dropping, much slower. I'm anxious to see what this 36 hour fast does for me. If it helps I may just implement weekly.

Not as much weight dropping this week, although I seem to adjust on Friday nights. I do sleep in for Saturday AM. Took my 3rd dose of MOTS-C.
Physique is looking better and better. Tomorrow is my heavy leg day. I have notched in on my belt. Starting a new vial of Reta on Sunday.

I think the underwear test is nonsense myself, but it's something to test out. :D And the 36 hour fast is nothing, its basically just 1 day of not eating, will help you tighten up the skin. @PrinceDaddy

Tomorrow AM will have coffee protein pre-workout @ 5AM. The 36 hour fast begins afterwards. Should feel normal up until dinner time when nothing comes. Will try to make sure I drink plenty of water.

I hate doing prolong fasting during the hot summers
you will be pissing out way more then you get it in, plus you miss on the water/electrolytes from food. make sure if you sweat even a drop you are getting back that salt and water. cold showers, lots of cold water you will be fine. keep it up man! @PrinceDaddy
