The heat is finally here in Texas. 6 lb drop with workout and walk. Making progress. I seem to be sleeping harder. I think this is the MOTS-C.
Dinner this evening is ground chicken 98/2 with bell peppers/onions/black olives. I mix in 2 eggs with egg whites and just mix in sweet potatoes. It's pretty good:

Wednesday Fasting OMAD
Thursday 5AM Protein shake pre workout prior to 36 hour fast
Friday 3PM blood work
Friday 6pm Break 36 hour fast.
Should be an interesting week....
