Strength good. Energy good. Mood good. Weight has dropped back down.
Big session this morning, high quality effort and stimulus. Hit multiple PB’s today. Recovery metrics looking good. I recorded at least one set of each lift today to review my form. Form looks good, target muscle is always failing first and I’m keeping good tension on the target muscle.

Morning fasted weight: no weigh in today
Spent most the night in the hospital with severe nerve pain in my left foot. Not sure what’s going on. Have to follow up with a GP today. No excuses I still got to the gym, and managed to squeeze out some PB’s whilst my left foot continues to hit me electric shock like nerve damage on and off. I’m being tested at the moment. Calories low, sleep low, lots of road block and reasons to quit. But I’ll keep pushing.

It’s getting better. The night I was in hospital I couldn’t sleep because of the pain. Doctors had to load me up with Valium so I could get some sleep in. I’m following up with a Physio today to see if they can help turn the nerve off with some dry needling.nerve pain hospital visit, how bad is it? and EVO family respect for hitting the gym even with this! @Jaxss

Apparently it’s the major nerve that starts at the ankle and travels through to the toes. It’s pulsating on and off and causing pain. Looking at some dry needling today to try and turn it off.Nerve pain and lack of sleep and still hits the gym and takes everything to failure! Beast mode bro.
Keep us posted on what that might be.
Great supp list too by the way!
Thank you brother! Yeah pinched nerve definitely going to try some dry needling and massage work with the physio today to try and help it out. I went and bought some new shoes too. I think all the steps I’m doing during this contest prep with old shoes isn’t helping.Solid session considering the nerve pain
Maybe a pinched nerve pulling

Morning fasted weight: 109.1kg
Foot is feeling a bit better today. Booked in with the physio for some dry needling and massage work to try and release this pinched nerve I have in my left foot. I spent some time studying last night on J3U learning how to train my back better. Used what I learnt today during my pull session. The mind muscle connection I had with my lats today was by the best I’ve ever had. My lats have become a weak point due to unintentionally biasing my upper back during my pull sessions. so lats are a big focus for me moving forward.
Shout out to the brother @Presk for hooking me up with some J3U training content. It’s already been a big help brother. Time to grow some wings.

Yeah I’m not a big fan of RIR (reps in reserve) I don’t trust myself to judge it correctly. I like to just play it safe and send everything to failure.love how you just take it all to failure!

Morning fasted weight: no weigh in today
Back on night shifts at the moment. Hence the no weigh in as time between meals and weigh in is a little messed up at the moment. Training performance and recovery metrics minus the sleep score are looking good. Subjectively I am feel tried and depleted today, but the objective data still looks good. I prefer to focus on facts not feelings. I’ll keep things as they are until I see a shift in my recovery metrics.

Me too mate. I just need to win the lottery and I’ll be setBack on night shifts at the moment
I hated every single one
Agreed, time and place for everything. My recovery metrics are good and I’m continuing to progress with gym performance whilst dieting down for a show. Can’t ask for much more than thatTraining to failure is a smart choice. It's not something you want to necessarily always do but it's a good way to really wear out the muscle. @Jaxss
It’s helping my gut tremendously brotherthe supplement list is tremendous! @Jaxss oral BPC is really good stuff too. it helps the gut a lot
Yeah it’s my new obsession. I love that it provides such a high stimulus to the quads with very minimal axial loading. Great opportunity to develop the legs whilst minimising risk of spinal injury.@Jaxss I think more people should try a pendulum squat. I think they'll like it. It's a little bit different than other squats but it really does a good job.
It’s goated brother. Feeling great on it tooBros, hopefully the peptides will pay off for you. That's a good set that you're using. I like the mots, reta and KLOW. That's a popular mix. @Jaxss
