Morning fasted weight: 108.5kg
I’ve been logging now for about 4-5 weeks. Currently up roughly 3kgs bodyweight.

The Mot-C is definitely changing my training style. Recovery between sets is much better. Work capacity is higher. I’m finding I have to force myself to leave the gym. Otherwise I could happily keep punishing myself.

@LevButlerov 1mg pre workout. I’m recovering quicker between sets. I track my heart rate with a Garmin chest strap and Fenix watch. So I know where my heart rate usually lies when training. My average heart rate is lower for the same effort, which means I can push harder before reaching fatigue. Increased mental desire to keep training. If I had to describe it I would say it’s like an injectable pre workout.
1mg sublingual or normal? or you injecting it? just to clarify @Jaxss because I was just talking to @Asthetek23 and he didnt feel 1mg

Subq in stomach... have taken it on and off since December with no noticeable effect.
maybe you're hard to see it with other products you use thats possible @Asthetek23 what brand you using?

Yeah definitely agree. I’m not normally a high volume guy. But with the mot-c pre work out I’m finishing my sessions and wanting to do more. So I’m just throwing in extra volume because I feel good. I do agree with you but. Certainly redundant as far as stimulus is concerned. But I also lift weights for fun and enjoyment. For those reasons it felt necessary 😄😂🤣
can't deny though mate - it sure is working for you!

1mg Sub-Q injection. Best way to describe it is I don’t feel the fatigue I normally would when training. Think less energy (like stimulants provide) and more ability to just keep going without getting tired as easily (resistance to fatigue).

Good job man. This is a great update. @Jaxss I like how you structure your PEDs and you're adding in the peptides where needed.

Morning fasted weight: 107.6kg

Rest day today. Something historically I haven’t been very good at is giving myself dedicated rest days. My personality leads me to push hard until something gives (usually sickness or injury). So I’m trying hard to force myself to have two days off a week from hard training moving forward. I’m really impressed with how I’m feeling on Mot-C. Just overall throughout the day I feel better, less fatigued. I’m noticing my dependency for caffeine has reduced by almost 50%. Use to consume 300-400mg of caffeine now it’s closer to 100-200mg per day. RHR and HRV are improving too. The Mot-C is keeping me in a more parasympathetic state. I find myself coming back to baseline heart rate and feeling very relaxed quicker than normal after hard workouts. I have increased my Mot-C dose to 1.5mg daily administered sub-q pre workout.

Training cardio only session:

Morning fasted weight: 107.1kg

Morning weight is coming down. I’m noticing since start mot-c I’m burning body fat really quickly. Mid section is tightening up after it softened when I increased my weight. Muscle mass looks to be holding on. Feeling great still on Mot-c, not big energy. Instead just clean and stable energy throughout the day.

Thanks! Rest periods between sets 60 seconds. Keeps the heart rate going; all sets taken to or near failure. Scale weight is reducing but measurements haven’t changed. Appear to be losing fat and holding tissue well at the moment. Incredibly impressed with @War Born Peptides Mot-C and Retatrutide

Mot-c is going well. Energy is still good. Overall sense of health and wellbeing is still there. Desire to push hard in training still present. Volume is through the roof since starting Mot-C. But not burning out. Feeling better then before. I feel better smashing myself with high volume on Mot-C then I did running a low volume program without Mot-C. @HarleyGuy

Morning fasted weight: 107.9kg

My run of good sleep has finally come to an end. Four year old was up all night unwell only slept for 5hr 30 mins. Pushed myself to go to the gym this morning. Some extra mot-c 2mg and some pre workout got me up and going. I ended up having a great workout with volume PB’s on all exercises. I’ve noticed with Mot-c that I can maintain set quality with 60 seconds or less rest between sets much better than before. I’m experiencing very little and some cases no loss in reps between sets even when taking my sets to or near failure. From my experience so far Mot-C in the context of lifting weights may be better used in a shorter rest, high volume training setting to get the most out of its benefits (think Jay Cutler/Phill Heath or even 80’s style bodybuilding) vs the modern day approach where everyone just does 1-2 all out sets to failure and sits on their phones for a minimum of three minutes between sets (Dorian Yates style). I don’t think the modern lifting that we see all over social media HIT approach works as well for Mot-C. You miss all the endurance benefits that mot-c has to offer. Just my opinion.

@HarleyGuy

@Jaxss those sleep interruption nights are those mulligans sometimes we have to take here and there. I can remember my dog swallowing a piece of a toothbrush and I had to take him to the emergency room. I was in there half the night.

@HarleyGuy

@Jaxss Awesome update bro! Looking strong!
@Jaxss sorry about your rough night but the important thing is that the kid is going to be okay. Sometimes things like that can happen.
Bros, I know exactly what you're going through. Last week I had a call in the middle of the night; the sewage pipe burst. I was in there half the night fixing it. @Jaxss
Anytime you miss a workout, it really sucks. @Jaxss anytime you miss some sleep it really sucks even more but you'll get back on the train.
Good job on the supplement list that will protect your organs. I like the tudca and I like the CoQ10. @Jaxss
@Jaxss those sleep interruption nights are those mulligans sometimes we have to take here and there. I can remember my dog swallowing a piece of a toothbrush and I had to take him to the emergency room. I was in there half the night.
good arms and shoulders pumped :D
sorry to hear about your little one, I hope he is well soon EVO family support your way 🙏 @Jaxss

good training still pushed the overheads
Thanks for the feedback brothers! Really appreciate the support especially through tough times. EVO family ❤️🔥

Morning fasted weight: 109.6kg

I’m forcing myself to have two easy effort days per week these days. Never use too, hated not training hard every day. But I understand the importance of rest and recovery. In the past not resting would eventually lead to burnout and I would end up sick, injured or occasionally both. Resting with two active recovery sessions per week has helped me a lot with my recovery and overall feeling of general wellbeing and health. I’ve noticed an improvement with my sleep too since incorporating active recovery days. The Mot-C helps too with getting back into a relaxed state after training.

Morning fasted weight: 108.3kg

Good arm session this morning. The pump was epic. HGH worked well last night improved my deep sleep by about 20 minutes more than usual which is extremely helpful as a shift working father with three kids who constantly lives sleep deprived. Mot-c still giving me the fuel for big high volume workouts.

Pointless doing 5 work sets per exercise mate. Four exercises each for bi's and tri's is also excessive. I'd drop to 3 each and 3 sets each.

Thanks for the feedback brothers! Appreciate it. Weight’s up a good 5kg since starting the journey. Mid section hasn’t changed too much. So I’ll take that as some quality gains have been made so far. Definitely looking bigger in the arms, shoulders and chest.

I have no doubt the pump was epic! That volume is right up there in the stratosphere bro! Nice work

Thanks for the feedback brothers! Appreciate it. Weight’s up a good 5kg since starting the journey. Mid section hasn’t changed too much. So I’ll take that as some quality gains have been made so far. Definitely looking bigger in the arms, shoulders and chest.
bigger and leaner is a win :D
