Might use anavar or anavar/winstol mix.
NPP 150-300mg haven’t decided number yet as don’t know how little I can go for joint relief. Will start low and go up if needed.

Lovely cycle! My joints never ached after stopping Deca, seems that they healed while being on it. I ended up running 75mg of tren ED for now seems to be going well.
 
I don’t want to be a pin cushion so will be using Tren E and pinning on Monday/Fridays.
Yeah pinning Ed isn’t ideal but keeps it pretty stable for now not many dips. I read that tren e absorption is much lower than aces at around 70% while ace is at or above 90%.

If I was going to do a big cycle I would be using Tren A. Maybe next year when I get my bf below 10%. Once I get below 10% I plan on using slin and going 1500-2000mg per week of injectable’s in my quest for a 250lb stage ready physique.

@RoidRage69 I think you can do without trenbolone. You're a veteran in the game, will be easy for you to get lean without tren.

It has its pros and cons training with a group but I see yours as a major positive. Your training with people just like you with a drive to get big and strong.
time consumption is probably the biggest con right now lol sometimes a session may last well over 2 hours…

Took my last shot of 250mg Test and 150mg NPP. Monday I will start back up on TRT at 200mg per week and see how that goes. Most likely just going to do one shot per week as I am not concerned about levels going up and down. Everyone have a good weekend!!!

Just went ultra easy today and give body a break again. Cycle is over so no reason to damage anything since no growth is going to happen for a while anyway. Tomorrow is Chest/Tris so will most likely hit it harder tomorrow but will stay much lighter with higher reps in the 15 range. Diet is going back to maintenance for now and maybe slightly below on most days. Need to tighten up and get healthy now. Less carbs and less meals as well. Hoping to stay in the 2000-2200 cal per day range.

I expect the weight to come off pretty dramatically over the next couple weeks as I lower carbs and protein back down again and go into a deficit. Protein target will be aprox 200 grams per day and carbs will target about 250 grams on lifting days and 125 on non lifting days. Will also start doing cardio again on off days. Looking to be under 260 lbs by middle of the month if not sooner. Strength is still there. Got out 3 sets of 15 on HS chest press with 20 more lbs this week over last week with the same volume. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week ahead. Get strong and huge!!!

Bros ngl I know it’s kinda of debatable about protein intake since you can’t technically absorb such high amount but since I’ve been hitting 350-400g consistently I’ve seen much better gains. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I need to give my body a break and that includes what I eat. LOL. I am not trying to gain any muscle right now and I need to just chill and not go all out like I have been or I will get injured. I dont want to grow at this time believe it or not. When I go back on the semaglutide I will be downing as much protein as humanly possible with the tren.

@RoidRage69 TRT and HGH is the way to go, and as you go down in carbs, go down to 200grams on training and 100 on non training or lower, on the protein go to 250grams of protein you're a big guy, it will work
I think we can get you down to 240 even 200lbs easy

Plus high protein is hard on Your kidneys too. Gotta cycle proteins to a degree too. Drinking water taking supps. Don’t do it all. Doing a fast might help flushing out. But really long term keto diets long term high pro. It all should be cycled in and out. Balance and breaks are healthy for the body.

Says who? Often as not that straight BS. The how much you can absorb thing has been done to death and even then it's not what you can eat or digest.

The bigger issue is there are a LOT of members eating as much of it as you and RoidRage and who weigh a LOT less and don't train or lift as much
