A nice little easy Saturday session in the books. Taking it easy this week and eating whatever we feel like. I figure after 3 months of hardcore lifting and dieting I can take a week to recover. Starting late next week will be the start of the final 12 week push to end this cycle. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get strong AF!!!

Had a really good push session today. Got out 3 sets of 5 with 315 on Incline Bench. Decided to go up and test my strength and got out 1 rep with 335 which is a massive PR for me. I am shocked at this since I stopped taking TNE and Anadrol on Tues. I expected to lose some strength but low and behold I just keep getting stronger each week no matter what I take. Since I am no longer taking the TNE I am increasing my Test Cyp dose to 600mg per week which is close to the amount needed in order to replace what I am no longer taking. After a few weeks of being off the anadrol I will be adding in Tbol and anavar to finish off the last 7-8 weeks of the year. So this is my current cycle until I add in the var and tbol.

225mg/week NPP

Thanks bro. You are getting back as well. It's got to be tough coming out of that injury but I am sure you will be stronger after all is said and done. Just a small bump on the road. These workouts are brutal. I am dead tired right now and I've done nothing but train each day. Every bit of energy goes into training and sex.

The Mr. had a great Bench today! 🎉💪 Last set of 315 that 5th rep made me work pretty freakin hard top half! So I had to go recruit a spotter for his 1RM PR at 335 👍 luckily there is 1 guy we could trust to properly spot! So yay. Great job hunny! 💪🌸

Awesome workout I've been loving close grip bench for triceps it's been amazing.
Also chest supported db laterals are the way.
Very impressive workout again but I don't expect anything less from you 😁💪

I really love close grip bench. The best tricep mass builder there is. It also gets your front delts and pecs too. This way I can get two bench sessions per week. I haven't tried regular bench yet as I see no reason too since I am doing incline bench on chest day. Regular flat bench has always messed up my shoulder blade area where pain runs all the way down to my wrists.

Today is just one of those days. Wasn't feeling it. Can really feel the difference without HGH. Body is not recovering very fast. Yesterdays deadlift workout killed my recovery. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get shredded!!!

This will finish out the year for this great cycle I have going. My expectations are ahead of where I thought I would be. I never thought I would keep gaining strength for 14 consecutive weeks while cutting. My mind is blown. Best gear on the planet EuroPharmacies!!!

Thanks to you and EuroPharmacies for supplying the greatest gear on earth. I've been able to go from 295 lbs in July of 2023 down to 238.3 this morning. Been able to increase strength in a linear fashion the entire time.

Fatigue is really starting to set in the lower I get into the 230's. Went higher reps on squat today. I cut it short on set #2 could have done 10 but didn't feel like passing out. Still not a bad day. Will try for 2 sets of 7 next week and then 2 sets of 5 the following week. Adding 20lbs per side next week and then 10 lbs per side the following week is the plan. Will be starting Tbol and Anavar at 30mg each on Monday. This should help the strength in the gym. Ok everyone have a nice relaxing weekend!!!

10 rep sets for the next month or until I decide to go 7 rep sets. I used to do a program where I start 10 rep sets for 4 weeks and then move to 7 reps for 4 weeks and then finish with 5 rep sets for a month. Get incredible gains in 3 months. Increasing the weight every week by 10-15 lbs on squat and deadlift.

10 rep sets gets brutal! 😵‍💫 🥵 It’s like cardio squats, cardio deadlifts & bench. It works though. Did this in off season between powerlifting meets.
