Had a fun day today. Did rack pulls for the first time in years. Went up to 675 for a single. Could have done another but I was concerned about breaking the rack as it was shaking pretty hard on the earlier sets so was trying to be careful. I think I could go over 700 easy on these. With my way of thinking I believe that whatever I can do on rack pulls I should be able to do off the floor in a 8-12 strength building cycle with a taper. I fully plan on hitting 675 deadlift in May possibly more. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!
