Ordinarily I would of trained upper yesterday but another of my recurring niggles played up - tennis elbow - all weekend while working at home.

The strangest things seem to set it off and it can disappear as quickly as it came with rest and rehabilitation movements, which is what I did.

Hour bike ride with my dogs, which did not help the elbow one bit. That was when I decided it's a good reason to train legs again.

Swapped RDL to hyper extensions just so I wasn't actually handling any weight at all.

Let the 2 younger lads I was training with rack and stack everything.

Elbow feels good this morning.

Diet was clean as usual. Wife is away. It will be chicken and rice till she's back.

A belated lower update from Thursday.

Had a doctor appointment on Friday for a check up.

BP a bit high at 139 but not high enough they would give me medication.

Have a prescription for a blood test.

Eating well. Weight is was 110kg at the DR.

I've been a bit lazy this weekend around the house. Trying not to over do this elbow which seems to be recovered so back to upper on Monday.

Just waiting on some bits from @DofRandD
Then I'll be back on cycle.

He's a nice lad, but an arrogant twat.

At least i can say mines lower.

I'm usually about 134.

After our conversation I decided to test it on my machine at home. I was hitting anywhere from 200 to 155!

I was very relieved it wasn't.

When she took my 1st go she was asking me questions about my acent.

It came back 153.

Then she swapped arms "okay, this time can you just try and not talk" as if i had just been nattering away at her.

Came back 139 on that arm then the same again back to the original.

I had been talking to my Mrs, had dogs play fighting, just drank a coffee. So many variables at home.

What would you consider a healthy BP reading?

She was quite happy with 139. I'd like lower.

thats going to depend on size and diet @DEADTEAM.666 and training of course

a guys at 150lbs 5'6 will have different BP than 250lbs 5'4 guy, thats just a fact
high sodium, lots of HGH will increase BP, ton of factors

I consider around 130 low decent BP for bodybuilding, over 140 is too much imo

I get it in my leg mate. Either the inside or down the back.

I had it really bad on my 30th birthday. I still get grief off my Mrs now for being so off my face on tramadol and codine I don't remember eating the beautiful cake she got made for me in bed.

I hadn't washed or changed my clothes in days. I hadn't really left bed. The pain was so had I actually considered ringing an ambulance. I could of cried. Managed to get to the Doctors for a rush appointment and the male doctor wanted to put a finger up my bum to check my anal muscles was still working. I reluctantly agreed. But he couldn't actually get it in me so it was determined my bum was fine.

The constipation from the codine is another story.
Tramadol will constipate you too, if you can ask your GP to switch to tampantadol (palexia) I had less issues with it, both physically and mentally.

(Been on opiods since 2011, due to injury)

A late update from this week.

Just going through the motions now.

Tennis elbow just started to niggle at the end of the session.

Flat bench was just shite from the off set. No pain, just couldn't get set up correctly.

Different Bench, different rack, all the excuses.

A nice delivery awaited me after work today from my friends and sponsor @DofRandD

Im actually thinking I may have a week off from the gym to try and shake this elbow issue.

It flared back up yesterday while working in the garden, but is absolutely fine today.

I don't want to be injured at the beginning of a cycle, plus a week out of the gym kinda gets me fired up to get back in there.

My proposed cycle will be 25mg Tren A, Test P, Mast P EOD alongside 20mg of Anavar Pre workout.

Be nice to have a week off from household chores, but the ball and chain wouldn't have that.

I'm actually rushing to get shit done around the house so I can have a few months just focusing on the gym.

When I'm on cycle I actually become rather demotivated to do shit like that.

Arms still not right.

Been taking the dogs on a few bike rides and generally relaxing.

Bought a rice cooker. Wish I had sooner.

I think the real key to good rice is to really thoroughly wash it. Which is something I'm actually new to!

Im also eating sushi rice which is so much nicer cold. It's no way as dry.

Both things I picked up from one of the only bodybuilders I really follow. Kuba Clain. His Mrs is also a bodybuilder, she's fucking impressive.
