Ordinarily I would of trained upper yesterday but another of my recurring niggles played up - tennis elbow - all weekend while working at home.
The strangest things seem to set it off and it can disappear as quickly as it came with rest and rehabilitation movements, which is what I did.
Hour bike ride with my dogs, which did not help the elbow one bit. That was when I decided it's a good reason to train legs again.
Swapped RDL to hyper extensions just so I wasn't actually handling any weight at all.
Let the 2 younger lads I was training with rack and stack everything.
Elbow feels good this morning.
Diet was clean as usual. Wife is away. It will be chicken and rice till she's back.
