This is my new training log.

Due to my old one being titled TRT Log and no way of changing to something more suitable, the only option is to start again with a more relevant title.

A little about myself.

118kg
25% body fat at a guess - pretty high for me.

I've been training on and off since my 20s but haven't been consistent or taken gear for almost 5 years.
The last 6 months I've been predominantly training a bro split with the last month being an upper lower split with very good results.

Currently cruising on 125mg a week Test E after a cycle of 500mg Test E 200mg NPP.

I don't really count macros. I enjoy food. It's one of life's small luxury's. A standards day diet while trying to gain muscle looks like.

Diet

6:00am Coffee with full fat milk
7:00am 2 chocolate protein Up and Go
9:30am Porridge with milk / Greek yoghurt with fruit and honey
12:00pm Cooked meal - Spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, meat veg potatoes etc.
3:00pm Wholemeal sandwich
6:00pm Cereal
8:30pm Spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne, meat veg potatoes etc.

I'm rather Poor with remembering or wanting to drink protein. I will try and rectify this.

Supplements

Been using the "Trained by JP" range which I've been getting family to ship over from the UK. I'm going to have to stop this as its just not economical.

Training

As previously mentioned I'm now following an Upper Body, Lower Body, Off, Split. All exercises have 2 working sets. 1st at 6 to 12 reps, the 2nd at 15 to 20 reps.

I live a relatively active life. In excess of 15k steps daily. With the weekends beginning with a 10k mountain bike ride with the wife and dogs.

Short Term Goal
Loose some of this excess fat ive put on during this gaining phase.

Long Term Goal

Bring body weight up while increasing strength back to where I was at my "best"

I have a somewhat public facing job and have a "few" tattoos I'd like to not have over the internet so I'm relucent to post anything to revelling. but, I'm thinking leg progress shots would be acceptable and a bit different from a front double bicep.

I intend to Inject EOD as I find sides from the Tren to be minimised dramatically.

I will continue to run an upper lower off training split out lined in my original log.

Bish bash bosh as my Mrs says.

The butter and garlic steak was nice, but fuck me did i feel sicky from all the butter.

I almost got some prawns but we're gunna make sushi tomorrow so that idea was put on the back burner.

Yeah bit annoying mate. Still can't understand why the name got changed originally, but I'll get over it.

She's rare mate.

I like to buy a nice fat steak you can get a good crispy sear on the outside and still be pink in the middle.

My Mrs has been cooking my steaks 10 years this New Years eve.

She knows what she's upto!
 
I just have a training log. It doesn't need to be event specific. What I HAVE done is ran two. One gets all the info all the time (and is No1 for views, traffic etc here) and the others have been event specific (like my 4 week cut and so on).

If i had known the name would get altered/I couldn't change it I would of went with a more general or at least interesting tittle.

From my personal view, and probably me being a a junkie. The titles with drugs in them catch my eye more than a TRT log.

Live and learn and hopefully I'll keep this one going for the foreseeable.
 
Virgin sushi maker no more.

Chicken and rice conveniently rolled into tastey bite (3 bites) size rolls.

Probably go a bit more interesting now we know it's not a fuck up.

you're cooking the steak how it's supposed to be cooked
just don't sear it too much you don't want to end up turning it carcinogenic

I like to buy a nice fat steak you can get a good crispy sear on the outside and still be pink in the middle.

make sure you use them and keep us updated

maybe just smaller amounts at a time makes more sense

I believe its to do with blood levels staying more stable not peaking and troughing.

I think it's even more noticeable with longer esters.

i really hate tren. used it once and never again!
1st jab will be Monday.

Had that metal taste in the back of my mouth many times but only once can I recall being caught out with the cough. It's not nice.

I find a glass of water to sip on and long deep breaths can fight it away.

Honestly, I don't really like Tren. But the results, I like them.

It's a fair time to get good at cooking them right!

There aren't many places in town that cook a good steak. I ask for rare hoping ill get lucky with medium rare. Last place I asked for rare, was absolutely cremated. I wish I had it in me to send it back.

I work around welding fumes. A burnt steak is unfortunately the least of my worries.

There aren't many things that home has to offer, but bacon is one of them.

Unprepared and hungry. Diet at work was pretty slack but I was absolutely ravenous.

  • Protine shake
  • Sausage roll - all the lads eat sausage rolls, pies or pasties for "smoko" so always available in the fridge.
  • Oats
  • Chicken rice
  • Hot Dog with onions, bacon and cheese from the "Tukka Truck"
  • Coco Pops pre workout
  • Prawn pasta post work out
  • Protine shake

That's currently and I'll probably have another prawn pasta meal and a shake.

Nah you're right.

Have you ever had "boiling bacon"? Or just like a good ham or gammon joint.

They calling it pickled pork here. Even that's so bland tasting.

Iga have Coco Pops 50% off down from $7. I picked up four packs.

A fresh box of Coco Pops, ice cold milk. As my wife says. "Slapped"

Honestly some proper boiled bacon and cabbage and proper mash I could go for😤

I've actually got come chocolate isolate from bulk nutrition that I'm bored of which I'm gunna add to them.

Just ordered some Optimum Nutrition strawberry and banana protein and cream of rice with the voucher from R&D.

The ON stuff is popular here. I used their serious mass back in the UK many many years ago. I considered them to be one of them over priced supermarket brands back home.

My old dear used to serve mash, leek and boiled bacon with cheese sauce. Didn't think much of it at the time, but I'm basically salivating at the idea.

the people in the back cooking the meal aren't better cooks then me. that is the problem and why i have been to a restaurant once in the last 5 years lol

a lot of times the people cooking the food are so rushed they could not care less about quality. they just want to get it done

you need to come to texas and learn how to cook real beans ranch style

Back when I used to dirty bulk i would cook bacon, sausage, black pudding, eggs in the same pan and not wash it in between.

The flavour was fantastic.

There is a very quick rotation of hospitality workers here in the outback.

I believe traveller's are required to do a certain amount of time in a rural town as part of their visa.

When word of mouth sets you onto a place with a good chef, you abuse it while you can. It never lasts.

Currently no one is doing a steak as good as one my Mrs cooks from the butcher.

It's called alpha progression.

It's free, although try's to prompt you to pay. Which I don't believe is necessary.

Powers been out in town. Now running on generators.

Thunder storms took out a pylon and 12000 homes are without power. Which given the low population of where I am, that's a massive area and an even bigger inconvenience.

Still managed a 2nd solid lower session of the week.

Ordinarily the seated leg Curls would be RDLs but with this tennis elbow I opted for something where I'm not handling weight.

RDLs will be back tomorrows legs session.
