Firstly want to thank all of the active members on here who have provided so much help and valuable information for newcomers like myself.
The podcast is awesome, anybody reading this that is considering steroids, check it out. It really helped me shape my first cycle.
I've decided to include HCG in my cycle even though a lot of very knowledgeable people on here don't recommend it. (mostly to not use it as a PCT) and so I have incorporated it in towards the end of my cycle.
Also, I only have access to Arimidex, I also understand that the pick for most people is aromasin but unfortunately it's not available to me through my source.
I've been training on and off for over 10 years.
About 6 months ago I came off a 2 year break (became a father) and I have been training hard since.
Weight: 82-84KG
Height: 172 CM
Age: 29
Diet: Average 200-300g Protein
3 large meals per day
(Lean meat & Veg)
1 or 2 WPI shakes
Fruit & Nuts
1 - 12
Testosterone Enanthate (250)
Every Monday
1 - 7
Anavar 40mg
Twice per day (20mg AM 20mg PM)
1 - 14
Arimidex 1mg
Twice per week
1 - 12
N2Guard
8 - 12
HCG 250iu
(Twice per week)
12 - 18
N2Generate
14 - 18
Nolvadex 20mg
Everyday for 4 weeks
I'd love to know if anyone has any suggestions?
My main concerns are if I should run the Nolvadex higher? My thoughts were to start at 20 and go from there. Also the length and timing.
Also thoughts on the Arimidex dosage, once again was going to see how I respond to it. Once again, the length and timing as well.
