Hey folks.

Long time reader of the forums.
Firstly want to thank all of the active members on here who have provided so much help and valuable information for newcomers like myself.

The podcast is awesome, anybody reading this that is considering steroids, check it out. It really helped me shape my first cycle.

I've decided to include HCG in my cycle even though a lot of very knowledgeable people on here don't recommend it. (mostly to not use it as a PCT) and so I have incorporated it in towards the end of my cycle.

Also, I only have access to Arimidex, I also understand that the pick for most people is aromasin but unfortunately it's not available to me through my source.

I've been training on and off for over 10 years.

About 6 months ago I came off a 2 year break (became a father) and I have been training hard since.

Weight: 82-84KG
Height: 172 CM
Age: 29

Diet: Average 200-300g Protein
3 large meals per day
(Lean meat & Veg)
1 or 2 WPI shakes
Fruit & Nuts

1 - 12
Testosterone Enanthate (250)
Every Monday

1 - 7
Anavar 40mg
Twice per day (20mg AM 20mg PM)

1 - 14
Arimidex 1mg
Twice per week

1 - 12
N2Guard

8 - 12
HCG 250iu
(Twice per week)

12 - 18
N2Generate

14 - 18
Nolvadex 20mg
Everyday for 4 weeks

I'd love to know if anyone has any suggestions?

My main concerns are if I should run the Nolvadex higher? My thoughts were to start at 20 and go from there. Also the length and timing.

Also thoughts on the Arimidex dosage, once again was going to see how I respond to it. Once again, the length and timing as well.

your pct is terribly incomplete.. you are not factoring in many aspects of pct and nolva on its own with a steroid cycle is only going to make recovery longer and more difficult, which in turn makes keepability of gains even more difficult... it really sounds like you are set on what you want to do though so im curious as to why the questions? hcg is completely unnecessary on this... arimidex is just fine if you are not estrogen prone but you can easily find aromasin if you really want it... you do not want to run any oral steroid longer than 6 weeks.. you may think its just fine but running toxic orals for longer periods have short and long term implications that are NOT good in any way, shape or form...


when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well… N2Guard plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). There’s a strong misconception that the role of a PCT is simply to restart the natural testosterone production that was shut down from the steroid cycle. While this is true, there are a lot of the other issues that the body has to deal with during a PCT: hormone fluctuations, high liver enzymes, increased blood pressure, pressure on the kidneys and endocrine system, high stress and cortisol levels, the list goes on…N2Guard helps address all of these problems and helps you recover in a timely manner. The quicker you recover, the less likelihood of any long-term problems occurring, and the more likely that all gains you make during your cycle are retained.

I am definitely happy to be flexible with my cycle to maximise gains and recovery.

I could probably get my hands on some Clomid and Aromasin but it wouldn't be through my source.

Long story short, I have a doctor that has prescribed my cycle. He is a friend I've known for a long time and he has done me a solid. This cycle is all he was able to prescribe me, I did ask for Clomid and Aromasin but he couldn't do it.

This is mostly why I decided to incorporate some HCG as I wasn't able to get all of what I needed.

I have considered using one of the approved sources for Aromasin and Clomid but being my first cycle I'm obviously sceptical of UG sources.

places like @domestic-supply.com are NOT ugls... he has all name brand products and nothing comes from a UGL, not to mention he has over a decade of feedback and an overabundance of real reviews...
 
so a couple things
1. pct purpose is to provide a soft landing. it doesn't restore anything, only your body can
2. the key is how long you stay on and how long you come off
3. i'm a big believer in low dose serm therapy and hcgenerate (strong T booster) for pct.

Thanks heaps for your response. Also, thanks for all the effort you put into your podcasts bro. They have really helped me out.

I have heard you speak about low dose serm therapy and this is why I've kept my dose low.

This is my first cycle, I'm hoping I can achieve my goals with 1 cycle and have a good gap before my next one.

I have my hcGenerate for PCT as well.

@Low Dough the cycle is good if you ask me but the PCT is pretty good needs a few changes
nolvadex 60/40/40/20/10/10
and clomid 25mgs for 3 weeks

but the problem here is if I tell you to use this cycle its just plain irresponsible since I dont know much about you, no one in the community does
we need to see your diet training log before you do this testosterone cycle so we can guide you, post the log please

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

if you get your information from the podcast on here then you already have a lot of knowledge. That is good. The next step for you is for us to help you on a day-to-day basis and push you along so you can get the most out of this cycle
 
I have at least three or four logs on the Forum already over the past few years. Each time I do one I'm able to get the best results from my contest
I highly recommend doing one as well

However the guys on here have hundreds of years of experience and can guide you along on a daily basis where a doctor just doesn't have time for that

Yeah it was stroke of luck. I been training with him for a long time and I just asked the question.

It's a bit more expensive than the UG but it's 100% pharmaceutical.
 
This is a screenshot of my daily intake.

There is obviously some variance on certain days. But, most of the time it'll be very close to this.

This consists of 2 large chicken & rice meals, eggs, WPI shakes, cashews, high protein yoghurt and some things to help with my fibre intake (keep cholesterol down).

What is the correct term for an operation like Pharmaqo or Beligas? Steroid manufacturer?
most will go by "pharmacies" in their titles or labs.. UGL's will often add these to their names as well but there is clearly a difference in pharmaceutical grade as opposed to ugl made... thats not something i will expound on.. a source can get into that..
 
Update:

Been training extremely hard in the lead up to cycle.
Trying my best to reduce body fat as much as possible.

Bench is currently sitting around 90KG with no assistance for 6-8 Reps.

I've been focusing more on my mind muscle connection recently so my squats and deadlifts have been a comfortable weight as opposed to trying to do my max.

Picked up my gear from the pharmacy yesterday.

Looking to start on Monday because I do shift work and it's the only day I'm always off in the afternoon.

More updates soon.

Hey fellas.

Firstly I'd like to apologise for not submitting a log.
Ended having to push the cycle back a bit due to unforeseen circumstances.
I really do appreciate all of the advice I have received thus far.

For anyone who is interested, I have started the cycle and it's going incredibly well.

All of my lifts have increased 50% or more.

Starting bench: 80KG (1RM)
Current bench: 130KG (1RM)

Starting Squat: 90KG (1RM)
Current Squat: 135KG (1RM)

Starting Shoulder: 25KG each hand
Current Shoulder: 40KG each hand

(I never attempt a 1RM on shoulder press, seems silly an dangerous, these figures reflect weights I can comfortably lift for 5-10 reps)

I'm not a huge fan of deadlifts, I do incorporate them into my back day but I rarely go heavy.

Obviously everything else has increased as well, but I'm just sharing the big lifts.

I did have some estrogen related issues early on, however between the forum info and my doctor we were able to sort it.
For anyone who is interested, I was taking 1mg of Arimidex twice a week (Mon & Thursday). The gap was too long due to the half-life of Arimidex so I switched to 0.5 EOD and immediately felt better and alleviated all symptoms.

My diet has been great the whole time. Mixing up a few meats like beef/chicken and fish with rice or sweet potato and veggies.
I'm averaging 2500-3000 calories a day of clean food.

I had a couple of days away with my wife and daughter and had to eat a few pub feeds but that's about as bad as it's been. Completely avoiding high sugar food (Sweets, soda and pastries)

My workout routine has been Push / Pull / Legs the whole time. Training everyday. I have had a few rest days when I felt I needed it as I work a lot as well. I have just been listening to my body.

I am on the board at my local gym for top 10 attending members. All 10 are over 25 days so I'm showing up a lot.

If anyone has any questions or advice please feel free to comment and I'll do my best to answer.
