You have made progress @ajg223 you look great. But even with snacks, you can prep better choices right? protein bars, nuts and seeds, try to prep some bars so you dont need to snack unhealthy.I haven’t been great at updating the log daily. I am 8 weeks in and planning on running another 4 weeks. I am pleased, but not thrilled with the results thus far. Diet is going to be what takes me from current body fat % to single digits and as a 41 year old working father of young children, I am not sure I am willing to make the sacrifice it will take. I eat healthy but didn’t say no around the holidays and occasionally cave day to day to eating unhealthy snacks. Anyway, I feel amazing in this cycle. So much more physically comfortable than just a higher test dose. Obviously the mass has changed a lot less. I think I put in almost 8 pounds of muscle in my first cycle. This one only one. Including my before and current InBody scans and photos.
