evening all
This week has been a massive week work wise. I can say that I was not ontop of my game when it came to diet. Training was still there but I definitely let the diet slip.
Work has been crazy and I found myself eating some Naughty treats when I became stressed.
But tomorrow is the start of a new week and I will be head down ass up making up for this week. there is no point in dwelling on the past. Only I can make the difference in my life.
Here is a little meal I threw together last night
Salmon with rosemary crust
Broccolini with garlic
chips with rosemary and sea salt
