Yesterdays intake and workout:

Breakfast:
Kodiak waffles
Honey
Sugar free syrup
Chicken sausage patties
Turkey bacon

Lunch
Chicken coop from konala. (Chicken teriyaki and rice bow)

Dinner
Costco chipotle chicken and 200g jasmine rice

Snacks
Mre lite 2 scoops protein powder
Gummy butterflies
Dutch bro iced protein latte med 20g protein approx 230 calories

Normally don’t do the coffee or gummies but needed some more carbs and I was dragging ass yesterday so needed the extra caffeine.

Got a different mask for my CPAP ad it seems better than the original one. Was able to wear it for 7hrs last night.

Got some gorilla dream coming in today going to give that a go and see how it is.

As for workout I had to pick my daughter up so cardio was cut a little short and I flew through triceps so wasn’t much rest between sets which felt way better.

training hard I like it :D its ok if you have some ice latte just try no sugar
and really like to see you doing personal stuff post training means you got in got it done :D @Nwnativej

Ya I went sugar free on the latte. Main reason I don’t like getting them is just because I don’t like the idea of drinking my calories. I’m always trying to have plenty left so I don’t go to bed hungry 😆 and I’m not sure what you mean by personal?
picking up your daughter i meant personal :D most guys dont even go to the gym doing that but you did it!

Today’s intake and and workout log.

Pull day I tossed calves in to start with. Figured I’d try the cutler approach to target my calves but on pull day not chest.

Today’s food was:

Breakfast
Kodiak protein waffle
Chicken sausage
Turkey bacon

Lunch
Chicken cilantro lime
200g jasmine rice

Dinner
Costco chipotle chicken
200g rice

Snacks
Pre workout gummy bears
MRE lite protein powder post workout
1cup of cottage cheese

Dropped 25lbs so far with 10degrees to go I feel like my weight loss may be slowing down but I’ll be checking it fasted to know. Maybe try carb cycling if it is stalling?

Also got an update that the GH has shipped from us-pharm so thinking start with 1IU then bump to probably just 2iu. Low but I’m not running a bunch of test either. If anyone has any recommendations n the GH I’d love to hear it.

Lately I’ve been eating a lot of it. Weird that I’ve never been in this headspace before where I can literally eat the same thing everyday and not get tired of it. Been like that the past month. I usually do alternate though and toss in some ground bison and do meatballs and air fried potatoes for Atleast 1 meal per day

In fairness, there are a lot of ways to cook it

Would like to see you continue to improve your diet. @Nwnativej more food prepping will be important. And I think you can improve your snacks for sure. I don't like any of your snacks. Maybe do some fruit for snacks instead.

@Nwnativej make sure you're food prepping that chicken and make sure you get high-quality chicken. To be honest with you, Costco and these big corporate places have the worst-quality chicken. It's all about selling it as cheap as possible so you can't imagine what those chickens were fed.

Much better day on the food. But still lots of room to improve. Things like bacon and sausage and waffles are going to be processed so you want to make sure you stick to high quality. @Nwnativej

Ya I normally grill my own chicken breast but this week I used the Costco stuff. It was in my freezer for a bit because I didn’t much care for it. Honestly kind of hurts my stomach and you gotta eat 9oz of that stuff to get 50g

Honestly snacks have been kind of lagging lately. Usually I’m always struggling with carbs so I should probably toss in more fruit etc. bananas have been a fruit of choice lately when I do get it in for the potassium. I work outside a lot and figured the electrolytes couldn’t hurt.

the problem with the Costco stuff is they add a lot of preservatives and it's very low-quality chicken.

The CPAP Takes some getting used to to I’m a week in so far and after a different mask I am finally getting comfortable with it. Fitbit registered higher avg O2 immediately and my restlessness is finally in normal range. Quality of sleep is better but now I need to focus on quantity. These new CPAP machines are extremely quiet. Def recommend if you have sleep apnea.

No but I can grab some. I’m up in the northwest of the US so a lot of hunting up here. A lot of deer and elk thinking about filling my bag limit this fall when I bulk so I can have a good amount of lean meat other than chicken for a bit.

Here is the food and workout for the day.

Calves then pull

Breakfast
Same thing
Oatmeal
20g honey
80h raisins
4 servings pbfit
I will be adding some eggs to this to bump protein from 40g to 52g

Lunch
More elk chili (last day of this prep)
Also had a bit of a cheat with a small cheese burger I ate with the chili. Atleast I kept in the macros though I suppose

Dinner
More homemade bison meatballs
Air fried sweet potatoes
Green beans

Snacks
1 cup cottage cheese
2 scoops of mre lite whey

Not bad but not perfect.

Was craving a cheese burger for past month and finally gave in and added it with the chili
Wasn’t really worth it though since I was craving a 5guys or better burger and this thing was like mc Donald’s 😆 oh well the craving went away and worked my ass off today at work in the hot ass sun so hopefully burned a bit more calories than normal.

I got some meal prep to do tonight so I’ll get that pic of some elk meat on there. The burger wasn’t pic worthy at all 🤣 that was a mistake for-sure because it didn’t go down well and had me up late last night. I don’t think my Body is use to that crap anymore

Little push session today. Was wiped out from yesterday’s legs. Super fatigued so just hit some volume today I’ll post the workout later. Wife and I spent most of the time teaching our little one proper lifting form today.
you're huge compared to the ladies :D pumped too!

you dont listen to the podcast I can tell :D @Nwnativej yes Kangaroo
@Doctakay can you chime in please :D
I’ve gave it a listen a couple times but I haven’t been listening to much podcasts lately in general. When I start back up heavy in the podcasts again though I will forsure have it in my regular rotation. I did enjoy the couple episodes I checked out

Ya she’s been into lifting for few years now. It is nice though to have a partner in crime when it comes to market place gym equipment. We build a fairly decent home gym out of it all too

Heck yes bruzzy. Kangaroo eater right here. 🦘🤤
First of all let me say, mad physique @Nwnativej , and super strong lifts, you're killing it my dude.
A few of us Aussies are into the roo because its abundant, inexpensive and super lean, alot like Elk. Pretty much Zero fat and a huge net return on protein per gram. I cook it in coconut oil.
Pretty "gamey" smell when ya cook it up, sorta like the smell of rat really, so I season it heavily Moroccan or Mexican spices in the pan. I especially like the Herb and Garlic Marinade variety available here.

Little push session today. Was wiped out from yesterday’s legs. Super fatigued so just hit some volume today I’ll post the workout later. Wife and I spent most of the time teaching our little one proper lifting form today.
Nice family training

That's great that you're teaching people proper form. @Nwnativej them into it while they're young and teach them that it's a lifestyle

@Nwnativej that's great that you're taking the time to teach your kid this type of thing. It can really pay off in the long term.

It's always good to do a workout with family and friends. It gives you a sense of accomplishment and it gives you something to be proud of. @Nwnativej

Looks nice and lean aye... Closest thing we have here are the deer farms and the escaped ones that roam the reserves. Don't often see it for sale, but there is a game meat gourmet providors in the greater area that might... He does alot of rabbit.
