I am looking to continue my cutting cycle and sub in his mast P instead of my current non-approved source.

This Log starts in the midst of a lengthy blast, slowly reducing weight and now recomping a bit. The goal of this blast is to grow in a stress free cut, so I am tracking my lifts and daily bodyweight... the start of this cut I was 102-103kg (image 1 ) at this point I had just started rebuilding my physique from the ground up... I had a health scare. Immediatley came off cycle cold turkey and dropped from a bloated 116 to a skinny 103. (image standing 1 ) I started learning about blood pressure, electrolytes and inflammation and started implementing this, I improved my health.

TRAINING:
Push / Pull / Legs:

I normally focus on mainly machines over freeweights, for example pendulum vs squats, nautilus incline press over dumbells. I do some unorthodox things like side delts before chest and hamstrings first in my leg sessions, Normally 2 on 1 off but I train according to my body and its recovery


CARDIO:
30min everyday

+/- abs or hip flexors depenfing on recovery.
(banded single leg hip flexor raises 2-3 sets per side or 2-3 ab exercises)

(oftentimes I have done more but I feel this is impacting my recovery, which then forces me to drop cardio on the next rest day. going forward I aim to be strict about 30min of cardio and not overdoing it inconsistently. stairmaster at home is my weapon of choice, level 12-14.)

STEPS:
10-15k (looking to increase as my routine becomes more consistent 30min cardio and an earlier breakfast)


DIET:

Meal 1 and 2
Cup of cooked kangaroo mince and half a TBSP of mct oil, handful of Coles organic veg mix

Preworkout Meal
1.5 scoops cream of rice, one scoop of whey

Intra
50g HBCD 20g EAA , 10g creatine and electrolytes

Post
1.5 scoops cream of rice, 2 scoops of whey 10g collagen 10g glutamine + 3 prunes

Meal 5 and 6
Cup of kangaroo, handful of Coles organic veg mix, 2-3 slices of sourdough rye, tablespoon of honey, teaspoon of EPA oil or olive oil
(higher carb days no oil but additional honey and bread)

Rest days Macros 300-350p 55f 250-300 carbs. more flexible ususally first half of day is equal

Cycle:
Test .3ml test E a day

l Carnitine 1-2ml daily premiumsupps
Glutathione 3ml a day

These are my daily supplements and my intra of choice carb X and EAAs. Last two days I have done a complete rest as I had been struggling with side effects from a peptide ace-031 . I use 4iu slin pre-workout

Post legs 3 days ago, picture morning after. I started site enhancements with Ghk cu and ace-031 other photo 5-7* days ago. Sleep fell off and cals went up, more honey and rye bread.... Hence the spike in weight before image two, some rest has dropped down to 96.5 today. Keeping steps at 10k until I feel 100% been battling some kind of immune response on and off. Tesofensine and all the gear doesn't help. I skipped my stims and shots today.

Nice one brother. Fuck I could barely get 10k steps in even when trying but 15k that's crazy.
Cycle looks good. How are you finding your e2 on the primo and mast ?

E2 is fine, I am a high aromitiser, if I ever get sensitivity I just skip the subq test and do an extra ml of mast

I felt a headache today so I checked my blood pressure 123/51 with a 70 heartrate, the average of 5 readings, this is about 2 systolic higher than normal and 5 diastolic lower. Normally my RHR is 68 average, my 4 hours sleep didn't do any favours.

Expirementing with carbs with meal 1 and 2 on rest days for better cortisol control... And less with dinner. Ginger, honey, lemon juice and cayenne shot on the lef+ rye, kangaroo, cayenne, kale, cabbage and carrot on the right.

Not that it's an issue (cos it isn't) but I'd just list what I was using without mentioning the brand if it was a non-approved source (so 200mg Test C vs 200mg ParaPharna Test C for example). Just as an example. Obviously we prefer approved sources we know and trust and with members like yourself supporting them and they support the forum too

Okay test E 300mg/ml jug I used to used a 400mg/ml vial from HL I think the jug is from sassy pharma, mast P QSC 100mg/ml, as for primo HL 200mg/ml vial

Low-key will be the best home gym in a couple years while family is planning on accumulating equipment
 
So my mast P came last night, first thing I noticed was yellow packaging and yellow coloured oil, clear nonetheless. A thick metal crimp top and normal rubber stopper, I am about to do my first shot.

Also peptides mostly ipam came some BCP and DSIP

And I tried CBD for the first time from alternaleaf, it was seriously worth the hassle.
95.8kg this morning weight slowly normalising about a kilo above peak leaness... About to get ready for the second half of this diet, 30min cardio complete one meal in, plan is to hit PULL.

Needed a nap bad, so we training late tonight 😴, read up on histamine issues, it seemes, 9me-bc and methylene blue can cause a serotonin histamine fever feeling.

Startums oil is smooth, I use 27 G slin pins
 
Macros so far 210p 225c 34f
(I count injectable oils into fat macros*)
Aiming for between 350p 350-400c and 44f based on how my body feels, completed my pull session

4 meals so far every meal has 6 tablets
Betaine hcl every meal

Two identical cup of roo, teaspoon MCT + 30g veg
12:15 midday and 2:45

Pre-workout
60g cream of rice plus 25g whey

Intra 50g HBCD
20g EAAs
10g creatine
2 g baking soda
1g NAC
1g potassium chloride + pinch Celtic sea salt

Post workout
60g cream of rice plus 50g whey, 10g glutamine,
15g collagen, 30g creatine TSP cinnamon and 3 prunes
 
Apparently:

Mao inhibitors increase histamine and serotonin causing fake fevers and itchy skin and extra side effects

Leaky gut also increases serotonin

Steroids + caffeine + coffee also increases histamine

Cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, fermented foods, citrus and tropical fruit etc etc all increase histamine

Crappy flavouring and colourings and sweeteners increases gut dysbiosis furthering the issues...

So basically I am adding an anti-histamine prebed and started supplementing vitamin C and being mindful of not abusing methylene blue and 9mebc. If I get a histamine flare up I will minimise the trigger foods also....

Aloe vera juice and ginger juice and sublingual zinc all seem to be a godsend.
 
I am using ace -031 peptide at the moment as well as insulin, I feel as though these peptides are very advanced and dangerous however they provide an additional Avenue for results beyond just more milligrams. Ace in particular is the reason I am started using collagen... It seems to interact with the joint health, cardiovascular and nausea system at even low doses

Apparently:

Mao inhibitors increase histamine and serotonin causing fake fevers and itchy skin and extra side effects

Leaky gut also increases serotonin

Steroids + caffeine + coffee also increases histamine

Cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, fermented foods, citrus and tropical fruit etc etc all increase histamine

Crappy flavouring and colourings and sweeteners increases gut dysbiosis furthering the issues...

So basically I am adding an anti-histamine prebed and started supplementing vitamin C and being mindful of not abusing methylene blue and 9mebc. If I get a histamine flare up I will minimise the trigger foods also....

Aloe vera juice and ginger juice and sublingual zinc all seem to be a godsend.

I am using ace -031 peptide at the moment as well as insulin, I feel as though these peptides are very advanced and dangerous however they provide an additional Avenue for results beyond just more milligrams. Ace in particular is the reason I am started using collagen... It seems to interact with the joint health, cardiovascular and nausea system at even low doses

I personally do carbs higher than protein training days can go as high as 400g protein 500g carbs, fats are usually,l 44-60g , insulin 4iu pre-workout only hence the 50g carbs

Notable is I trained pull on Friday and got an extra 2 reps on my second working set compared to the week before and I added a rest pause and extended each working set, I switched things up and added a smith machine Yates row and that really blew my upper and lower back up, last set I tried using a belt and misgrooved the last few reps as the belt started sliding around, no biggie just tweaked my lower back a touch.

My lower back feels good today after some foam rolling so I kept the core light, 3 sets of crunches. Today I hit a quick push session but forgot to bring my post workout meal so I did less volume than normal and went standing single arm cuff extensions for triceps instead of my normal machine push down with a seatbelt, felt good tension regardless. My form is improving on overhead press in spite of my past injury, better upwards rotation of my scapula and almost a flared ribcage like chest up posture with a tucked forward core. The y raises at the start where a little funky as I fell back and was a touch uneven, but the tension and execution was immense and brutal, if I can keep that intensity with textbook form we will see progress.

I feel I need to stay on top of stretching in spite of the fatigue training is providing. Gotta cast my stress and cares on Jesus and use my energy for resting, give him control and labour to rest 😂 💤

Bit of a nightmare last night, had insomnia from a histamine reaction, I ran out of anti-histamine so I slept poorly and called a rest day today...

Last night I did a touch up session for calves and forearms and it was brutal... Did my 30min cardio and 10k steps, overate though to try and help sleep... It was futile

Yesterday I just pinned the last 4ml of startums mast and today I am back on to the other brand, I have been skipping shots as I have been feeling unwell. My sessions are brutal and intense, I get extremely hyped up and get in trouble for yelling occasionally, I listen to a lot of branch warren, David goggins and Kevin levrone audios...

In spite of occasional poor sleep my physique is mutating, I contribute that to the brutal working sets and stretching recently, it has allowed more range of motion, I am looking for work at the moment so I am going to interviews but the rest of my day is spent training cooking, walking and doing rehab
 
If anyone wants 9-me-bC or tesofensine I am happy to sell or trade a bunch of unopened packets, I have premiumsupps and brawn supplements from the UK. I can't tolerate any stims at the moment 4am last night 😢

I am on my last half ml of stratum labs oil tomorrow morning in the am, to supplement my other 3.5ml, I will say I have been humbled this log by the power of ace-031 to worsen immune issues 🤣 and just generally be a tricky compound to run and the consistency of mast P has been a God send in spite of my constant expirementing, I slept 4 hours last night as I ran out of anti-histamine and I figured I would take the time tonight to give an honest review maybe with numbers??

Stratum labs Mast P:

I only experienced 1 bottle so I can't speak on consistency however the bottle had a good even crimped seal with a thick metal top and a normal rubber stopper.

8/10 standard bottle reliable 👍🏾

The oil was thin but not exceptionally so and a light piss yellow, which actually made sense given the red and gold colour scheme.💛 🍋

Oil colour and viscosity 7/10 I personally prefer lighter oils and lower viscosity... No bubbles or inconsistencies however 👌🏾

Colour scheme 7/10 fitting and matches the colour of the oil, not stand out but definitely better than unlabelled mast P vials❤️💫

Dosing and potency, given I dropped my total milligram amount I didn't notice and change when I switched to using only stratum labs, which is a good sign, given I was at saturation it means it is not underdosed to any noticeable degree, I found when I took 4ml late in the evening it was difficult to sleep, a typical side for any gear for me.

Potency cont, during this period in spite of histamine flare ups I have had some ludicrous pr's halfway through a cut, my weight did shoot up from added good and poor sleep but conditioning is holding regardless! This is a good sign and I didn't notice any water retention so I believe the mast P is well mast P!🧬🥇😎

All in all this has been a slightly humbling experience 😂 and as always I need more patience and wisdom

Goal moving forward is resolve sleep, histamine and gut issues... Find an appropriate peptide protocol and be in a good spot to log compounds as my cut progresses towards a hopefully nice and sunny summer 🌞 🏝️ in the beautiful city of Sydney

Some changes I am making:

Not walking home late at night 🌉 🌉

Cutting back on unnecessary doses of steroids

4 vs 6ml a day

Using stims in moderation to drive performance or focus not as a fatloss tool...

Using diet stretching and mindfulness as a means to control inflammation...

Taking rest days and managing fatigue early so I can still achieve my family responsibilities

Keeping cardio as a low fatigue tool for health not some kind of angry David goggins shouting match in my garage, stop ignoring the dog and take for walkies 😂

Track stools and bowel movements ( I will not post here!!! 😭)

And finally start investing into more rehab as my physiotherapist comes back from holidays and installs his hyperbaric chamber

As for later this year I definitely feel the mitochondrial peptides are where it's at, I am currently running about a mg + of ss-31, kpv and bcp-157 a day, usually intravenously, I have some Ghk cu I use in lagging body parts as well.

I use CJC and ipam daily as well as hgh
1mg, 4mg and 4iu a day

I think a super comprehensive stack of:

@Mobster I had acid reflux from an earlier cycle running Anavar and Cialis and those lead to some bloating gas pain etc...

I then started using high dose methylene blue + 9me-bc, and finally to add fuel to the fire I started a run of ace-031 that I put on hold...

Gut issues cause over absorption of histidine and tryptophan combine that with tesofensine as well and I had 3 nootropics increasing serotonin levels and two nootropics reducing histamine breakdown via the Mao inhibitor effects... High serotonin was leading to nausea and when I added the ace-031 in it lead to vomiting. I also had severe insomnia and occasional itchy rash breakouts, turns out activin which is bound up by ace-031 is necessary for proper immune function... Especially histamine management

So I basically created the perfect storm for a gut dysbiosis and histamine intolerance

yes they are healthy in some ways but also they can really irritate your gut

I've read conflicting things on it
100% a very lean fat source, improves insulin sensitivity and is better for ketosis, a very anti-inflammatroy fat, that is one reason a lot of test esters is made in mct oil

This morning I got that well needed movement!
I woke up hungry at 2 and ate whey, fruit rye and that pushed the total kcal to 425g p 425g C and 55g f. Definitely need to eat earlier in the day but today at least we have an early start!

and you mean 2mgs or 2grams of magnesium? I'm checking again strange
I have magnesium taurate, glycinate, gluconate and malate, I weigh the powders out on a milligram scale so 2g is 2g, gluconate is 15% elemental for example so 2g = 600mg elemental. But regardless yeah that is almost double normal I needed a movement 😂

I just follow a high protein diet so I prefer smoother stools, I sleep a lot 8-10 hours so eating 6+ times a day it's kind of nice if everything moves faster... Not to mention I have had liver issues in the past and have had reflux on and off since a kid, this indicates gallbladder issues also, the gallbladder digests unsaturated fats, so given gallbladder functions are impaired I eat low fat medium proteins, medium fibre and very low processed carbs and unsaturated fats, if I feel the need I add EPA oil but most days I don't...

Kangaroo is quite high in CLA, arachidonic acid and EPA so I am not super concerned
 
So yeah I was constipated that day so I just added extra, but I definitely do like stools on the looser end, I find for me that keeps me regular even with only 2/3 of my meals having veg

Meal two identical to breakfast minus the drink and glutamine

Pre-workout meal: cream of rice 1.5 scoops, whey one scoop, cinnamon a teaspoon, glutamine 10g, creatine 50g, refrigerate till solid (see sunset pic)

+4iu Lantus IV before first working set

Post workout meal:
Same as pre-workout with an additional 3 prunes, 50g creatine, 2g magnesium, tablespoon of Cadbury cocoa powder and a second scoop of whey

I have yet to one more meals before bed, I will cut down to 5 today
