Thursday January 23

Rough night last night with one kid sick and constantly up through the night. Woke up with a sore throat and headache this morning myself so that's not ideal.
Energy wise still enough to get cardio and training in.
Tried injectable L carnitine for the first time as I felt I needed a bit of a pick me up. Shot 400mg and did happen to notice an increased feeling of endurance and better recovery between sets. I imagine it gets better with continual use but not sure if I can be arsed pinning it before every workout.

Cardio:
20 minute HIIT peloton bike
45 minute walk
