Tuesday 21st January

Have dropped the tren for now. Had it in for 8 weeks and don't want to push it. I won't say I won't go back to it but I think it's sensible to have a break.
Pinned 125mg test and 200mg primo this morning. Will finish the remaining four (maybe six if I extend) weeks on 250 test, 400 primo and 50mg var preworkout. Have thoroughly enjoyed @BigBoyLabs oils and @Livewell2024 GH and the blood work and progress speaks for itself. Have gotten stronger, more drive and focus, improved libido, improved body composition, better sleep and an overall increased sense of well-being.

Thursday January 23

Rough night last night with one kid sick and constantly up through the night. Woke up with a sore throat and headache this morning myself so that's not ideal.
Energy wise still enough to get cardio and training in.
Tried injectable L carnitine for the first time as I felt I needed a bit of a pick me up. Shot 400mg and did happen to notice an increased feeling of endurance and better recovery between sets. I imagine it gets better with continual use but not sure if I can be arsed pinning it before every workout.

Pinned 125mg test enth and 200mg primo. Been running GH at 3.5iu eod and haven't noticed any drawbacks when compared to pinning every day.
