Weight Loss Stack - Advice Needed šŸ™

Hello Amazing People,

For the past one and a half years, Iā€™ve been working on losing weight. While I initially made good progress, Iā€™ve reached a point of frustration and am now considering stacking different peptides and related compounds to accelerate fat loss.

A Little About Me:

  • Starting weight: 100kg (1.5 years ago).
  • Lost 17kg through diet and exercise, hitting a plateau at 83kg and stopped diet and reached to 89kg in just one month.
  • Used Retatrutide (10mg/week, split into two doses) for 6 months, losing an additional 16kg to reach 67kg. Then hit another plateau and discontinued the injections.
  • After stopping Retatrutide and resuming normal eating, I quickly regained 7kg in one month, reaching 74kg.
  • Current weight: 74kg (with a Dexa Scan 6 months ago when I was 75kg showing 30% body fat, mostly in the trunk).
  • I donā€™t have much muscle mass and have never taken steroids.
Challenges on Retatrutide:
  • Severe fatigue.
  • Difficulty sleeping.
  • Struggled to maintain energy levels for my daytime job.
My Plan:To address these issues, Iā€™m considering stacking peptides to enhance fat loss while maintaining energy and improving sleep. Iā€™ve done some research and am looking at the following 12-week stack: I am planning to stack all of them at once for 12 weeks šŸ˜¬ because I am extremely frustrated now šŸ˜’ā˜¹ļø

And can inject multiple of them with a single syringes by mixing them or something. Stabbing so many injections would be painful.

As far as your cycle goes, GLP-1 peptides, which would include Retatrutide Ozempic Semgalutide etc all have the same issue, undereating and losing muscle mass.

He's a great example of someone that had issues with food but has modified his food intake to really match the lifestyle and gain some proper body recomposition. To that effect, the issue you are going to have is that you don't have direction now, cycling is not the issue now, dialing in your diet and training is the issue now.
The way we do this is by putting together a LOG journal with your current, diet training food sleep and history and more and we guide you into more cycles and more results as a family.

It will take 15-20min of your time and will help us understand more.
How to start a log? easy, i'm going to lay out our standard directions below.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

The more people that use these anti-diabetes drugs the more issues we are seeing

Iā€™m not sure why people are so dead set on destroying their bodies when there are healthy ways to lose fat.

At best if you want to use these drugs, you should use them very sparingly theyā€™re not something you want to stay on for weeks or months

Daily fasted cardio and healthy eating time restricted will burn fat in a natural and healthy way. And that costs nothing to do.

Walking is great low impact exercise. Movement is better than sedentary. You should be doing some form of weight training. More muscle = more metabolism. You don't have to lift super heavy, just 3 times a week of some strength movements, machines or free weights. Whatever would keep you motivated. You'll gain some weight with a little re-comp, but the end result will be easier

As Lev mentioned, I'm on GLP1, but before that I had struggled with weight loss and various issues.

I agree with others, the diet and exercise will be the foundation of everything you do, once you have a good handle on those everything else becomes a lot easier and manageable.

How to maintain your diet while on GLP1 is surprisingly difficult because you'll eat so little sometimes that if the food doesn't support your day you'll be in a real unhappy place.

Throw up some information on your diet and everything, we can figure things out with you.
