Hello everyone as many of you can tell it's about that time again for another log by me. I will not be pinning right away with my log I will be giving myself some more time before that happens, in the meantime I will be starting my 16 week diet for the log, with that said I figured I would post up my plans for this cycle regarding the diet and compound protocol for this run.

I will be completely switching this diet around and trying some fun stuff with this one. I think I will excel with this method.

The goal is cutting for this cycle and if I see the results I'm after following these 16 weeks I will go into a recomp phase shortly after this phase and cycle.

the diet plan is as follows below which I am excited with trying it out for the first time with moderate carb, low carb and no carb, aka carb cycling with a 1 day fast each week tossed in as well for good measure.

My medical chart tells me I'm 5'11 so we will go with that lol.
Currently sitting around 220lbs
Sitting around 14-15% body fat
Been on my trt dose of 140mg a week of test cypionate since my last cycle ended in October of 2023

I get bloods done on February 6th and I had a full cbc pannel done a few days ago everything is spot on other than my magnesium being on the low end everything else in the green and well within range, I recovered excellent from my first cycle.

P.S my legs still suck and need much improvement 😂 got to be honest with everyone and i will point out weak points and flaws that need improvement.

goal is step on stage 1 year 2 years at the most from this current point in 2024.

Total calories will stick roughly around 2064 calories a day
Protein all 6 days will be (250-300g) a day
4 days of moderate carb intake ( 140g )
2 days low carb (50g or less )
1 Day water fast only (no food)

Diet will consist of these foods
Lean ground beef
lean ground turkey
boneless skinless chicken breast
steak once in a great while
blue berries
banana
brown rice
sweet potatoe
broccoli
brussel sprouts
green beans
Almond butter
eggs/egg whites

Cheat meal will be chicken wings I make at home if I have one during cycle

I will be going over the cycle and some supplements in this portion of the opening for this log, this entire run I will be utilizing para pharma gear which was sourced through ugfreak.to

Total Compound amount each week 1070mg

Test E 300mg a week
Primo 400mg a week
Tbol 10mg a day( 6 weeks)
EQ 300mg a week
Aromasin 6.25mg M/W/F =18.75mg
N2Guard
Fish oil
Electrolyte powder once a day.

I will Start out with trying 6.25mg of aromasin on each Injection day and see how it plays out, I will adjust up or down depending on how numbers look, key thing is I have Primo in the mix so that could also help, not knowing how I will respond with 300mg of test ( highest I've ever gone) plus trying EQ for the first time even though conversion is at half the rate of testosterone, I don't feel like taking stupid risks, so we will be running AI from day one, also my first time utilizing aromasin as well ) lots of firsts with this one, the nice thing is I can take out drop or add in as it is needed or not needed with the AI.

The injections will be M/W/F

I feel it is best having a 3 day split with 3 injectables in play here, I can inject less oil by splitting it up over 3 days vs a 2 day split. Plus first time utilizing Primo at 200mg/ml pip might suck so less oil less pip and irritation is how I am viewing this.

Some of you might be confused with shuch a low dose of tbol, well let me explain I already have 1000mg of injectable compounds each week adding the dosages up. I want to use Tbol as a pre workout and a little boost in performance during my gym session. I feel it is better playing it safe as this is my first time utilizing an oral compound, I am unsure how my body will tolerate and react, so I feel it is safer starting low dose and testing out the waters before I jump right in at 40mg a day, complications are something I don't want so we play it safe and do it this way, maybe I will adjust upwards if I see no noticeable sides with the compound, as my plan was take it at the very beginning, with my logic on this, all the injectables will take a long time to reach peak concentration levels in the body, tbol I should have plenty of time for noticing if it is working or not working at that starter dose of 10mgs by using it right out of the gate, if I notice nothing I will bump the dose upwards 20-30mg range, this is new for me tossing an oral into the mix so I'd rather play it safely, im no good it I mess myself up by being stupid.

I will definitely be donating blood at the very beginning of the cycle so I can play it ad safe as possible and again midway through cycle, incase hemicrait creeps up higher than I like so I can dump toxins and keep blood less thickened during cycle.

I also would like giving @ugfreak A big shout out for the customer service and quality compounds with the para pharma line. UGF shipped my order out the same day I placed it, answered all my questions and above all was easy getting in contact with for all my questions. Heck of a TD. I'm also holding off a new cycle for 1-2 more weeks (so approx 10 since the last one)
Same mobster, trying to give myself ad much time in-between as possible, in the mean time we get the fundamentals going, I am very proud of this TD it looks very nice.

Hello everyone I hope all is well with everyone today. I am holding off on starting my cycle injections I will be starting in 2 weeks time. I feel it is necessary so I can get my mind clear and establish a baseline with just being on trt at the moment. I believe starting the log this way will give me stats I can analyze and look back on and compare them against the difference when I start cycle and what happens when I start the tbol.

I took a few days off so I could deload a bit and rest the body as I was feeling pretty run down. I went back today into the gym and it was great, I had awesome pumps the entire way.

I went grocery shopping last night so I am all ready with the diet and my meal prepping as well so we have everything covered.

I decided since porkchops are on sale by me I would buy a few packs and use that over lean ground beef this week 25g of protein each serving I will take it.

Today we will be keeping it simple for meals which I made and packed for work tonight an I will cook my last meal of the night when I get home after work.

All work meals are chicken, brown rice and green beans.

Calorie break down for one meal I am eating 3 of these same meals tonight at work.

Total Calories 396
Total carbs 30.77g
Total Fat 3.86g
Total Protein 55.31
Total Sugar 1.33g

Total calories for all 3 meals 1188
Total Carbs 92.31
Total Fat 11.58g
Total Protein 165.93g

Hello everyone hope saturday is going well for all of you, by me it's currently cold and snowing, that doesn't slow me down as we made it into the gym today.

Positive side I had one excellent workout today with working back on this glorious saturday.

Also this starwars dark sith music just hits different when I do cardio, that stuff pushes me for some reason and I like it, it's fast paced it is inspiring, since I'm fighting a battle like in the movies, except my battle is with the weights and looking my best and never giving up.

Cons my gym does the 1 dollar down this time of year so I get frustrated and annoyed because day or night it is packed, and I do my workout in reverse sometimes because people are on everything I need.

Mindset find a way do the work in whatever order as long as I push it and get it accomplished, foucs on the vison and what I can control block out what I can't, clear mind = clear goals completed over time.

I am so looking forward with my cycle it's breathing even more drive and will for success, I already had alot of both with my pervious logs , it is hard explaining, I just get this surge that rushes over my mindset helping push me telling me go further get it done best way I can explain it, my dedication has always been here, it just brings it into a new level having goals and a vison plus the gear as well.

two more of the same meals plus a protein shake after work so I hit my target goal for calories and protein, today I will be going over from 2064 into 2140 which isn't a big deal at all, still way under maintenance calories for height and weight plus my constant cardio I am sitting just fine 😎

Still early so a few calories here or there no big deal as long as I'm not stalling in weight loss.

Gonna be all chicken, green beans and brown rice today besides one protein shake that is low sugar low carb 16oz

Appreciate that brother, years ago someone told me they sucked, it made me so mad I was determined building them up lol.
 
I need to start building mine back up again. Smith machine upright rows sounds like a good way to do it.
Dips really helped along with alot of pressing
 
I need to build mine as well. Front deltoids are making big improvements but my laterals are not. It’s also hard for me since I think I have a tear. Maybe rotator cuff but idk
If you have a tear maybe you should switch from bench to hammer strength pressing? I stopped benching as i am dealing with shoulder injury as well.

Well if u got a tear I would take time off, u can speak from experience, the Bicep tendon comes up from the wrist into the shoulder joint, years ago I tore my bicep tendon in the shoulder joint in 3 separate spots, I had surgery and now have a few beautiful titanium anchors that attach and hold my tendon in place, so be very cautious brother, that was not fun only having one arm for use and sleeping sitting up with a pillow on a wall and rehab and regaining full range of motion. That was in 2016
 
Do whatever works for you as you know what feels best. If it hurts change it up.
Good pain and bad pain feel very different once u know the difference u can push it a bit more, yeah its why I don't do much flat bench hurts the hell out of my delts, I get better activation from cable work and Incline bench or db work.

I have found that dip machine does the best for myself right now as well as certain bench machines. Switching up grip combination also helps.

Yeah this is true i do better with close grip benching or Underhand grip, it's a weird method but man u get an unreal pump

Sunday was probably the best time I've ever had and experienced in the gym, normally I leave the gym frustrated or upset with myself, you know the being hard on yourself beat yourself up kind of mental state.

Sunday for the first time ever I was smiling and happy I just went all out on biceps and I had become so exhausted that midway-endpoint of the workout everytime I failed a rep I started laughing, I've never laughed in the gym, people probably thought I was a madman lol.

Instead of getting frustrated I had to try and compose my laughing, if I wanted 10 reps and failure came at 5 I would do 1 rep set it down 2 reps set it down 2 reps set it down until I completed the set, I couldn't stop laughing everytime I failed because I was so exhausted.

It was the strangest thing, then it hit me im laughing and smiling because I am right where I need to be with my vison and my workouts are clicking and I'm excelling, I finally truly understood what Tom Platz was speaking about with giving it everything you got and the feeling being wonderful.

I left the gym with shuch a nautral high and rush of dopamine I just felt happy and spent all at the same time. I completely get it now and understand why I'm here what I am doing and why I am doing it and I felt happy.

I did alot of reps last night because why not and I felt like pushing it to the limit because everything was hitting so perfectly. I just had a complete moment of clarity after I left the gym and had a nautral high all the way home, in all the years I've done this I've never felt like I did Sunday night and going into Monday I am still happy as can be and at peace with how everything went last night. I hope it continues into the future 😎

Yeah it was just a moment I can't explain, it didn't start that way an then when exhaustion set in the determination kicked into overdrive and then it all came together and happened, I felt relived for the first time I wasn't beating myself down or mentally down in the dumps over a workout, I believe I may have found my sense of purpose and why I'm doing what I'm doing and the path I am on with bodybuilding. I appreciate the kind words 🙏 😌

Sunday was probably the best time I've ever had and experienced in the gym, normally I leave the gym frustrated or upset with myself, you know the being hard on yourself beat yourself up kind of mental state.

Sunday for the first time ever I was smiling and happy I just went all out on biceps and I had become so exhausted that midway-endpoint of the workout everytime I failed a rep I started laughing, I've never laughed in the gym, people probably thought I was a madman lol.

Instead of getting frustrated I had to try and compose my laughing, if I wanted 10 reps and failure came at 5 I would do 1 rep set it down 2 reps set it down 2 reps set it down until I completed the set, I couldn't stop laughing everytime I failed because I was so exhausted.

It was the strangest thing, then it hit me im laughing and smiling because I am right where I need to be with my vison and my workouts are clicking and I'm excelling, I finally truly understood what Tom Platz was speaking about with giving it everything you got and the feeling being wonderful.

I left the gym with shuch a nautral high and rush of dopamine I just felt happy and spent all at the same time. I completely get it now and understand why I'm here what I am doing and why I am doing it and I felt happy.

I did alot of reps last night because why not and I felt like pushing it to the limit because everything was hitting so perfectly. I just had a complete moment of clarity after I left the gym and had a nautral high all the way home, in all the years I've done this I've never felt like I did Sunday night and going into Monday I am still happy as can be and at peace with how everything went last night. I hope it continues into the future 😎

I get that everytime I go to the gym and train with my wife. I swear to god training with her puts me in another level. Its hard to explain but when I get home from training we both crash and fall asleep from the energy expenditure.
Yeah it was an interesting experience that I hope I can achieve again.

I am still just on my trt dose for now still trying to get in a bit better shape before the para pharma cycle truly starts, I need to set myself up for as much success as possible and position myself correctly here otherwise it's a waste of a cycle and I can't have that.

I have also been thinking about including bpc157 and tb500 into the mix, I don't know much about them I've played the evo podcast about them, it is still alot of information. I know of peptides I just don't know how to use them properly, I was thinking 5mg Total a week of bpc and 5mg Total a week of tb500, the main reason is my right knee and some other aches and pains from my surgery years ago on my shoulder I was hopeful maybe those two in combination can help me with recovery and pushing myself 100% my right knee makes it difficult for Leg day and cardio, I might run them alongside my para pharma cycle.

250mcg morning and 250mcg at night of bpc157 5 days on 2 days off
Tb500 2500mcg Monday & Thursday

Was what I was thinking, please anyone who knows way more than I do, feel free correct me and give me proper dosing protocols for both, if I needed set straight I need it, I am here to learn just like anyone else as I don't and never will have all the answers.

Hopefully it is alot warmer by all of you today we received over 11inchs of snow plus 45mph winds, typically Midwest winter, that did not stop me I still made it into the gym and did my 1 hour of cardio plus 45 minutes of shoveling when I got home, bonus cardio lol.

So typically Monday & Tuesday those are rest days, with everything I have riding on this cycle being a success, I decided that atleast one of my off days will be spent doing 1 hour of cardio and the other for meal prepping.

Although today I did cardio and meal prep same day, I've been getting Inspired by people like @Supertiredwantfood she cooks amazing food all the time and i was like you know what let me try something and hope it doesnt turn into a train wreck lol.

i ended up making homemade protein tonight, mixed it flattened it and i will be cutting them into small squares and bagging them up as a sweet little snack this week. I listed the ingredients below, plus I'f I'm low on carbs that day I can utilize it or after a workout.

I even used all organic planet protein😱 I'm not a vegan or a planet based guy, but damn it looked good and it actually tastes pretty damn good I will be honest about that

3/4 cup Almond butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 cups old fashioned rolled

1/2 cup chocolate protein
powder about 2 scoops
1/4 teaspoon ground

See now you are starting with the accountability factors I don't like it 😂 yeah didn't turn out like bars because like an idiot I added everything at once 😂 lesson for making it better next time, although they did turn out tasty, I just have to cut them into small squares instead of it being bars lol.

lol that's what we're here for 😂 but now you can perfect the recipe think about it that way, maybe you can add more dry ingredients so they're more sturdy or chuck them in the fridge so the oil + almond butter harden?

I would suggest considering gh instead of the bpc and tb500. I don’t think it does a whole lot. I would think gh a better option for long term healing. It’s cheaper than the tb500 and bpc. I think if u use beet root powder and Cialis it would help heal as good as those two peptides.
Interesting I have access for Ed meds as I typically use them while on cycle for blood flow and bp reasons keeping pressure down , I never did consider GH I wonder if it would be more beneficial long term just run it for the length of my cycle.

@RoidRage69 HGH is fine to use but @Noah Wixx is too young, he doesnt need HGH yet. He can easily recover with bpc and tb.

Hello everyone as many of you can tell it's about that time again for another log by me. I will not be pinning right away with my log I will be giving myself some more time before that happens, in the meantime I will be starting my 16 week diet for the log, with that said I figured I would post up my plans for this cycle regarding the diet and compound protocol for this run.

I will be completely switching this diet around and trying some fun stuff with this one. I think I will excel with this method.

The goal is cutting for this cycle and if I see the results I'm after following these 16 weeks I will go into a recomp phase shortly after this phase and cycle.

the diet plan is as follows below which I am excited with trying it out for the first time with moderate carb, low carb and no carb, aka carb cycling with a 1 day fast each week tossed in as well for good measure.

My medical chart tells me I'm 5'11 so we will go with that lol.
Currently sitting around 220lbs
Sitting around 14-15% body fat
Been on my trt dose of 140mg a week of test cypionate since my last cycle ended in October of 2023

I get bloods done on February 6th and I had a full cbc pannel done a few days ago everything is spot on other than my magnesium being on the low end everything else in the green and well within range, I recovered excellent from my first cycle.

P.S my legs still suck and need much improvement 😂 got to be honest with everyone and i will point out weak points and flaws that need improvement.

goal is step on stage 1 year 2 years at the most from this current point in 2024.

Total calories will stick roughly around 2064 calories a day
Protein all 6 days will be (250-300g) a day
4 days of moderate carb intake ( 140g )
2 days low carb (50g or less )
1 Day water fast only (no food)

Diet will consist of these foods
Lean ground beef
lean ground turkey
boneless skinless chicken breast
steak once in a great while
blue berries
banana
brown rice
sweet potatoe
broccoli
brussel sprouts
green beans
Almond butter
eggs/egg whites

Cheat meal will be chicken wings I make at home if I have one during cycle

I will be going over the cycle and some supplements in this portion of the opening for this log, this entire run I will be utilizing para pharma gear which was sourced through ugfreak.to

Total Compound amount each week 1070mg

Test E 300mg a week
Primo 400mg a week
Tbol 10mg a day( 6 weeks)
EQ 300mg a week
Aromasin 6.25mg M/W/F =18.75mg
N2Guard
Fish oil
Electrolyte powder once a day.

I will Start out with trying 6.25mg of aromasin on each Injection day and see how it plays out, I will adjust up or down depending on how numbers look, key thing is I have Primo in the mix so that could also help, not knowing how I will respond with 300mg of test ( highest I've ever gone) plus trying EQ for the first time even though conversion is at half the rate of testosterone, I don't feel like taking stupid risks, so we will be running AI from day one, also my first time utilizing aromasin as well ) lots of firsts with this one, the nice thing is I can take out drop or add in as it is needed or not needed with the AI.

The injections will be M/W/F

I feel it is best having a 3 day split with 3 injectables in play here, I can inject less oil by splitting it up over 3 days vs a 2 day split. Plus first time utilizing Primo at 200mg/ml pip might suck so less oil less pip and irritation is how I am viewing this.

Some of you might be confused with shuch a low dose of tbol, well let me explain I already have 1000mg of injectable compounds each week adding the dosages up. I want to use Tbol as a pre workout and a little boost in performance during my gym session. I feel it is better playing it safe as this is my first time utilizing an oral compound, I am unsure how my body will tolerate and react, so I feel it is safer starting low dose and testing out the waters before I jump right in at 40mg a day, complications are something I don't want so we play it safe and do it this way, maybe I will adjust upwards if I see no noticeable sides with the compound, as my plan was take it at the very beginning, with my logic on this, all the injectables will take a long time to reach peak concentration levels in the body, tbol I should have plenty of time for noticing if it is working or not working at that starter dose of 10mgs by using it right out of the gate, if I notice nothing I will bump the dose upwards 20-30mg range, this is new for me tossing an oral into the mix so I'd rather play it safely, im no good it I mess myself up by being stupid.

I will definitely be donating blood at the very beginning of the cycle so I can play it ad safe as possible and again midway through cycle, incase hemicrait creeps up higher than I like so I can dump toxins and keep blood less thickened during cycle.

It cant hurt. The way I see it the price of GH is so cheap everyone should seriously consider it if they have bodybuilding asperations like yourself. Too the people who think your too young to use it I say hogwash. Back when I started I was selling it for over $100 per 10IU vial. Now you can get a 100IU kit for under $200.

That is wild how viable and available it has become today compared with years ago, yeah I feel like with gh I probably could use like 2iu something small and see big results, one day I will try it not sure when but it is definitely on my list, especially for a easy hassle free cycle run it with some test or test and primo win win imo.

Wow, nice TD, 50ml test 400 in total, that's a lot to consume
I tend to play around and adjust dosages as needed, odds are I will probably start around 300-350 a week of test , I also am running primo in the 400mg range so estrogen should be well covered brother, if not I have aromasin on hand as well that I can deploy a few times a week in small doses. First cycle I ran was 225mg test c and 400mg primo around 3 months ago and I added 10lbs of lean muscle, as I get my body scanned and see a dietitian pretty awesome stuff for tracking everything. This cycle is definitely a huge step up and I don't recommend people do that or try that out the gate, you can really take out or adjust as needed, I could just run 3 Injectables and save the tbol, I Hage alot of options having multiple compounds, it allows me to run them smaller doses and have a synergy effect having them all work together, balancing the anabloic and androgenic ratio is important which is why I picked what I did ontop of being in a cut it all goes with my goals 😎

Something about the way the hand is positioned and the extension I get a wicked pump with that style of grip, I watched a video of a guy doing it years ago on YouTube and it has served me well

Yes brother I 100% agree I'm not a fan of high doses if anything I look at the average sweet spot of compounds and either run that or 100mg less than that, im still young in the ped game and have only ran one cycle other than being on trt for years, im constantly trying to evolve my way of thinking and my approach with health in mind, I'm in no hurry I'd rather put on 5-10lbs a year and keep the majority of it, if u look at my photos after my 12 week cycle size wise and look at the ones I posted with my log opening I lost zero size, picking compounds that are a slow burn and more keepsake gains, I've always been a fan of dryer compounds or dht directives.

This cycle is 1000mg but that's only because I Have 3 injectables running all in smaller amounts, I might actually save the tbol and let it ride with just injectables.

Just my 2c on primo

We have now seen that a metabolite of primo cascades into a AI down the line, which inhibits converting estrodiol, for your healing purposes I think this can potentially lower your estrodiol a little to low looking at the ratio of test:primo.

Depending on how your blood levels react first to this cycle of course, most of the time aromasin is not needed. Lowering estrodiol too much will have negative effects and will contradict the goal of recovery. I prefer masteron to control e2 whilst not lower total serum levels. Primo can lower serum levels too far with that dose on test. Just a thought when putting together such cycle. We want that e2 so we can convert natural gh into igf 1 at the alpha e2 receptor, if there's not enough e2, that conversion lowers.

I agree with Roid's point. I've seen in many videos and blogs from industry professionals that high-level athletes use 5 IU of growth hormone (GH) when running around 500 of TEST, and 8 IU of GH when running around 800 of TEST. For your 300 test, 2 IU should be sufficient.

Yeah I got nothing but time for results gear is like this for me, I foucs and rely on my genetics, proper diet and training dedication, the gear is the icing on tje cake and a tool I utilize with pushing into the next level that is needed, my androgen receptors are so fresh still I don't need high amounts, I respond very well with para pharma gear. I don't need 700 test and 800 primo I will grow just fine on much less and not crush my receptors and recovery will be easier long term.
 
January 10 & 11 2024 updates for log

I will try my best getting into the gym tomorrow, wr are supposed to get a monster blizzard as the weather station id calling it sometime tonight and into tomorrow and tomorrow night, if I can make it I will do it, may sound stupid for some, im chasing my dream here nothing is stopping me or getting in my way if I can help it. I've drove in these many times before living in the Midwestern part of America it's a part of winter for us.

Overall Noth days of Training I felt excellent and today I had a wicked pump, I was very excited I was able to pump high rep and my endurance is growing at a steady pace, it's taken me a while but my conditioning is getting much better.

I've been on the grind trying to rebuild my endurance back to when I was in peak shape a few years ago. I also enjoy pushing myself little less periods 30 seconds or less when I push endurance high rep and obviously utilizing weights I can handle comfortably to minimize injury risk.

I'm also gonna have some fun and switch up more foods and rotate as the weeks go on so this can be alot of fun and blend it with results at the same time, everything is in that 1800-2300 calorie range for diet when I eat on a daily basis.

The carb cycling should be fun and i got some breadest stuff planned for when i push it and go up into 230 carbs for a higher carb day this week.

It's because I have women's intuition... I never follow recipes or actually time how long something is cooked for I just know when it's done because Idk I just feel it 😂 recipes don't work just use them as a guide and then tweak it
