that article, like any sponsored article in tribune india, decan herald etc. are paid publications that many sarms sites put out to go along with their fake reviews.. at the bottom of all of these "articles" they say they are paid for advertisement, often written with an AI or some other nonsense that has a motive..

night sweats is absurd and ridiculous with the sides as is the idea one would gain up to 20 pounds. especially on a compound that has no aromitization.. whoever wrote this either is one of the most idiotic inexperienced people out there or didnt proof an AI..

i am on day 17 on it and absolutely love it.. strength is through the roof, up 3 lbs and very dry... i still eat at a deficit as well.. you will love it.. .

as far as protein powder, watch this video review i did... this is my go to brand..

Yes I agree the article is obviously not completely accurate. I bet it is weight gained not accounting for the surplus in calories he obviously increased. It does sound promising though. If monstro likes it, it must be pretty powerful. It does rank up on the lists for sarms that help strength and muscle size and recomp. Will be taking it with LGD 4033 and my steroid stack and hgh. I am not sure how long I will take it. I am going to go 16 weeks on this cut and have anavar as well so I was thinking about 8 weeks on the sarms and then switching out for 8 weeks on the anavar. Thats the plan. Do you think 10mg of each of the sarms is enough or should it be increased to 20mg each?
 
I am not doing a bulk until next fall. I am cutting in a 1500 cal deficit with no plans on changing that. I will continue to peel off fat. I think you ignore alot of what I say or you have a hard time reading. I am not sure which one it is. Again I repeat I am not bulking. My waste is way smaller and continues to shrink everyday.

Ok so I am getting my lab results in slowly and so far pretty much everything looks normal except my LH and Estradiol. The LH is is obviously low due to being on TRT. Its the same as it was back in August at .2 and my Estradiol is 72. This is while being on 150mg of Test Cyp per week for the last 8 weeks. I dont feel anything in my nipples. I did some quick searches and found that kratom has been found to increase Estradiol levels so I think that is the culprit. If I am not mistaken having a higher Estradiol level is actually good for GH conversion into IGF-1? So if that is the case I shouldn't need to worry? I am going to start taking 300mg Test, 200mg Masteron, and 300mg EQ per week starting on Monday. The masteron at that level should keep Estradiol under control correct? Do I need to increase the Masteron and keep it at the same mg level as the Test?

you can go 12 weeks with both.. for lgd, 10 mg is the max.. you would want to go with 20 mg of s23, split into two doses, 10-12 hours apart... i really would not go over 6 weeks of anavar.. you do you, but i assure you, its not a great idea to go that long on any oral other than proviron

My cholesterol dropped 89 points since last year this time. My triglyceride dropped from over 200 to 47!!! LDL dropped 50 points. A1C dropped a full point. Blood sugar dropped 47 points. I am absolutely frigging amazed at my progress. Hell ya!!!!

In order for me to share the blood work I would literally have to take 15-20 photos. Its not a ideal thing and I am not going to bend over backwards to please you guys. Your just going to have to believe me. All the tests were beautiful with either mid range or better. Its my personal info and if anyone wants complete labwork shown on here they will have to sponser and pay for my cycles in full and have the labs picked out and paid for.

What did you bump semaglutide to?
 
Semaglutide is now 1mg per week. Wanted to give S-23 a try. Sounds like it helps strength gains from my understanding.
@RoidRage69 following and going to see how you do on semaglutide.
On the s-23 sure try it but s23 with such a large cycle might be hard to feel.
I'm always for new things, looking forward to this.

i agree with lev. you probably won't notice much from sarms at this point but try it and let us know that's the whole point of the log
I am only going to take them for the first 4 weeks and then jump on Tbol or Anavar for 6 weeks. Leaning towards Tbol. Want to see how well it works with what I got going. I figure if I am going to start deadlifting Anavar might not be a good idea because of the lower back pumps.
Deadlifting+lower back pumps=hell.

tbol is a bit weaker then anavar IMO

I used tbol and then switched over to anavar after less than 2 weeks only because I had my wife start anavar and I wanted to see how I reacted in case she reacted poorly on it. Just wanted to play it safe for the wife and do it with her. The tbol definitely got me strong while I was on. I plan on doing a summer cutting cycle with winny and anavar already so maybe just try the tbol for 6 weeks and give it a chance. This cycle is going to be 16 weeks long that I am on right now. Lots of time to switch things up in the orals.

Thinking about stoping the sarms altogether and bumping my masteron to the same mg amount as my test and eq. 300mg of each. Think it would be less stress on my body and get better results. The extra 100mg of mast should also help with A.I. I don't use an AI as I believe they hinder gains.

So basically run 300mg each of Test, Mast, EQ for 16 weeks and starting week#6 start Tbol 30mg for 5 weeks and then switch over to anavar 50mg for the final 5 weeks.

Ok I’ve decided to stop the sarms and most likely not do any orals the entire cycle. Thinking it will be the best choice for my body and not to strain my liver or kidneys too much. The question I have is should I use Cardarine and ostarine during the cycle? Would it have any benefits on lipid or liver function? This cycle has 15 weeks left and then I go strait into TRT 150mg/week for 8 weeks and then into a summer cut with winny/anavar. Would I be better off using those two SARMS during my TRT time? Or should I use them for the final 4 weeks of cycle and 4 weeks post? Looking for all points of view on this.

@RoidRage69 cardarine and ostarine is smart on cycle, cardarine gw helps lipids for sure I've seen it
IMO those are better than lgd/s23

Definitely GW and Ost are hugely beneficial for a more favorable lipid profile, GW especially helps with blood pressure and cholesterol of I'm remembering thar correctly.

Should I use proviron instead of tamoxifin?
@RoidRage69 tamoxifen lowers igf-1 so i dont prefer it, try using proviron 25mgs - 50mgs ed

I will be using Tren when I start my MOAB cycle this fall. Tren/Test/NPP/GH/Insulin/T3/T4

I decided to start using Cardarine now. Probably go 12-16 weeks and then use Ostarine first 4 weeks during TRT.

I also have decided to go 300mg of each Test/Mast/EQ and use 10mg tamoxifen. I think that ratio should keep E2 manageable. Will get blood work and test E2, Test, and IGF levels in a couple weeks.
cardarine is the move but tamoxifen I rather get you on low dose aromasin, you're a vet so should be easy for you to manage
 
Proviron as lev said is gonna be the best bang for the buck for you and what you are trying to achieve, I am curious though if you use hgh and tamoxifen how much would it really affect you I'm curious about that one

Eating is hard to do. Making sure I get as much protein down as possible. Aiming for 200+ per day. Started making homemade healthy ice cream with my Ninja Creami. Thank you PrinceDaddy for bringing this to my attention!!! Using 1% milk with protein powder and whole eggs and MCT oil. Stomache is shrinking fast. Face is leaner. Everything is leaner. I am steady on weight. Was expecting to put on a fast 5 lbs just with inflamation due to re-introducing EQ and higher test/masteron than I am used to using vs the 150mg TRT. Might increase the dosages once I get some aromasin in the mail. I have a 16 week cycle so its not critical to go heavy the first couple weeks. Overall I am happy with how its going. Strength is up hunger is way down. Looking forward to doing deadlifts on Monday. Switched the chest workout order so I have a full 3 days of rest from upper body til deadlifting. Should be fine for the shoulder. Today was only 5 days between last chest/tris workout so pretty pleased how it felt considering didnt get a full week in between.

It was only after a few weeks of getting back into the gym after being out for 2 years. I think I am capable of hitting 700+ on a stiff bar that they use in the IPF after a year or two of training.

I prefer to lift to the most strict and hardest rules. A stiff bar is the true test of strength. Non of that silly three different bars for each lift. Also dont like seeing people with feet not flat on the ground when benching and a massive arch. That is nonsense and its ruining the sport. All in all I believe the entire powerlifting standards have gone to shit. I also hate seeing people get 3 white lights when the hip crease doesnt go below the knee in squats. So many feds just flat out suck and have low standards. So no I dont agree with you on this. If you can do 700 on a stiff bard you can probably do 800lbs on one of those flimsy things. I compare my strength to the highest standards and will never lift with one of those as its not building any strength when you can get 5 inches of ROM before the weight leaves the ground.

It’s funny. Within a hour I had a catastrophic failure with the machine and returned it to Costco. Ended up ordering an ice cream machine with a built in compressor so it freezes on its own.

I am starting to see some definition in my quads now. I can see the muscle fibers firing when doing leg presses.

Today I hit a major milestone. Below 250lbs. Everyday I look in the mirror I see fat melting away. My stomach is considerably smaller and getting tighter every single. I look forward to getting down to the 220's by summer time. Hopefully down to 220 by the time I start my bulk in Oct. Going to be a wild ride thats for sure. I cant wait for the rebound when I start a real cycle with calories. This 1500 cals per day is getting old. LOL.

Looking to change up the training completely starting on Monday. Going to focus on Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts for a couple months. Will add in an arm day to break it up and give shoulder rest between the three main lifts. Squats put tremendous strain on the delts. Even more so than bench. Will be changing things on the fly. That's the way I roll. Looking to do 5x5 on the three lifts. Might not do regular bench though. All depends on how angry the shoulder gets. Might do DB incline and decline hammer instead. Not sure. Going to go light on dead's and squats. Will increase slowly each week and keep at 5x5. Will do heavy BB rows directly after deadlifts. Hoping to go 315 for 5 or more reps per set. Might take a few weeks but I will get there. Squating will probably start at 405 and go up from there each week. Depending on how strong I am might do pause squats with that at some point.

Oh trust me I am pushing myself to hit every goal I have in mind. In 8 weeks I want to be deadlifting 545x5x5 and squatting 500x5x5. If my shoulder holds up and allows me to train the two lifts it should be a breeze. I might even back off completely on chest and just do ultra light chest stuff and arms skipping delts altogether. Whatever it takes.

Today I hit a major milestone. Below 250lbs. Everyday I look in the mirror I see fat melting away. My stomach is considerably smaller and getting tighter every single. I look forward to getting down to the 220's by summer time. Hopefully down to 220 by the time I start my bulk in Oct. Going to be a wild ride thats for sure. I cant wait for the rebound when I start a real cycle with calories. This 1500 cals per day is getting old. LOL.

Congrats hun you hit 249! 🥳 I’m excited to put squats deadlifts back in too! I agree light to start getting used to movements again, have to say am a bit shy about shoulder also, yours and mine. Might have to rotate these to every other week depending on how shoulders react!

@RoidRage69 no playing, no jokes, you are the REAL DEAL! a lot of guys talk the talk, you walk the walk. Veterans have a hard time getting back into it but you showing every Vet out there, everyone can get back in the game again if they try hard and put their heart into it as you have.
