Approved Log My First Testosterone Primobolan NPP Cycle Log

TestE is here so im starting this week. Will be getting more primo soon. Starting with 300 TestE / 200 Primo / 100 Npp and up it in a couple weeks to Test 400 /primo 350/ Npp 200

I was contemplating on this as my test lvl's is HI as it is and so is my e2. was thinking of getting blood work done about 4-5 week mark to see how npp is effecting the e2 and go from there
@OmaD I would get bloods done but either way you need to make sure E2 is leveled out.

cycle has started so far its been Grate body has taken it well no pip very smooth. @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals makes some good oils. Did shoulders last night started with a 2km row on the rowing machine then went to dumbbell press @20kg 5sets 10 reps . then went on to 15kg each side barbell wide grip upright row. then cable machine 10kg front raise / side raise. rear delt machine 36kg single arm. finished with front plate raise to fail for 3 sets. All workout was 5sets 10 reps some failing on last set. Will be meeting with @fatboy999 on Sunday for a gym workout so should be good.

make sure you are adding those avocados

and you left them a little runny that's smart so you don't kill all the nutrition
 
monstro wants higher dosages
but keep in mind monstro is a pro might not fit what you're looking for

you don't need to overtrain to get good results

start with bench press 60kg tryed 100kg still not strong enough did 6-10 reps on 5 sets of 60kg
Power Clean 40/60/80kg
Bent over row's barbell 40/80/100/120kg ( 120kg was only 2 reps )
Dumbbell lateral raise 15kg 5 set 10reps
Seated cable row 50/60/70/75/ 80 10 reps each
Omad getting strong af and he's leaning out too!

I'm NSW but that's alot cheaper than I thought it would be, appreciate the response regardless.
Alot of imaging clinics in NSW will do them. For example PRP diagnostic imaging does them and they are every where across the state. Alot of our older generation get them for bone density scanning. However, the machines are capable of collecting alot of data the operator just has to program the scan for a sports medicine application rather then bone density. If you need any help happy to find you a clinic that can do it !

@OmaD i like protein pancakes with pea protein try it bro :) looking POWERFUL
 
You doing too many redundant exercises. No reason to do two different tricep push downs. Also your chest workout you need to hit different angles. Do upper middle and lower chest. Example incline press, regular press, and either dips or decline press.
