Its about 1-1 half hours long. Running/tackling/ball drills/ fitness like burpees,sit ups,pushups sort of stuff.what kind of training are you doing just kicking the ball around?
Started to use primo about 1 month ago so far its been grate. i haven't tried EQ yet but so far primo is my go to for now onTestosterone and Primo is a good stack let us know how you like it
I was contemplating on this as my test lvl's is HI as it is and so is my e2. was thinking of getting blood work done about 4-5 week mark to see how npp is effecting the e2 and go from therei think your stack is good. maybe I would have gone a little lower on the testosterone let the other gear do more of the work

@OmaD happy to see this cycle finally start!cycle has started so far its been Grate body has taken it well no pip very smooth. @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals makes some good oils. Did shoulders last night started with a 2km row on the rowing machine then went to dumbbell press @20kg 5sets 10 reps . then went on to 15kg each side barbell wide grip upright row. then cable machine 10kg front raise / side raise. rear delt machine 36kg single arm. finished with front plate raise to fail for 3 sets. All workout was 5sets 10 reps some failing on last set. Will be meeting with @fatboy999 on Sunday for a gym workout so should be good.

Alot of imaging clinics in NSW will do them. For example PRP diagnostic imaging does them and they are every where across the state. Alot of our older generation get them for bone density scanning. However, the machines are capable of collecting alot of data the operator just has to program the scan for a sports medicine application rather then bone density. If you need any help happy to find you a clinic that can do it !I'm NSW but that's alot cheaper than I thought it would be, appreciate the response regardless.

Thanks for the feedback im still new to lifting so advice is much appreciated. I will have a look into this thanksYou doing too many redundant exercises. No reason to do two different tricep push downs. Also your chest workout you need to hit different angles. Do upper middle and lower chest. Example incline press, regular press, and either dips or decline press.

Yeah don't get hung up on the number in the scales coz your right you will gain muscle as well.
