Good morning guys

Today I decided to give myself 2 days break from the gym as I am feeling a little warn out and having that feeling that I don’t want to go gym so that’s my indication my body needs some rest and recovery.

I weighed myself this morning fasted and post cardio at 130.3kg

I know I’m slowly putting on size rather then packing on size/water too so it’s just a little different knowing I can put easy 5 6kg on within the first 2 weeks as I’m usually use too but the aromasin has helped.

So I just thought I would write up a few things in this log to keep people updated

I am increasing my test dosage aswel as npp and dhb dosages aswel once I finish my anadrol/insulin run in 2 weeks. The general plan was to increase dosages every 4 - 6wks

I’m also contemplating if I should still run aromasin at 6.25mg eod to 6.25mg e3d just to experiment as I know I may want to increase in estrogen a tad but not enough to put major bloat on. My diet has been dialled in and I haven’t really upped the calories as of yet because I do feel I’m eating enoufh.

Supplement wise I have changed from p2p intra workout to vitargo Aswel so 50g - 75g depending if it’s a medium or high carb day.

Overall analysis of body
I have gone rounder, I have kept bodyfat low intact I feel Maby I have a little bit of water retention but I’m talking about 5 to 10% worth.
I am going to now focus on bodyparts that are not growing at the same pace as others so there will he 2 x a week of training directly for them.

On a weird side note
My front left side of hairline I did lose a bit of hair and thinned out 6 months back but I look at it now and it’s actually regrown a bit looking unnoticeable. So that’s a win too lmao.

I wanted to run something by you guys too

I might run tren a towards the tail end of cycle once I finish the npp. What do you guys reckon or should I use something else?

Your guys input wether is good or bad is something I need to hear Aswel just so I can keep on the right path.

@Snayaz i would not try to increase estrogen, but e3d is a start to feel it

the hairline issue, you have to work on it, you dont want to lose all the hair
 
If you're after pure tissue accrual then no point adding tren. Tren really isn't more growth promoting than say masteron (masteron was patented as a growth promoter in cattle, trens competion) Lean into a non aromatising compound and one which does convert to DHT like masteron. Tren brings to much negative mental sides and is plausibly more neurotoxic for the benefits of a growing phases. Fat loss is where it shines as a glucocorticoid antagonist. Beats every other Androgen here hands down. So add in a DHT derivative for tissue accrual. As for the hair loss part, you're experiencing shedding and not loss (you said it grew back), 2 very different mechanisms of action and how we would deal with it from a client to client basis. But if you want to add tren for the sake of it dont let me talk you out of it, im just putting potentially safer options on the table for you to explore. Also did you understand the insulin use explanation I DM you about?

I don't understand why everyone is so scared of insulin. As long as you make sure you eat your carbs and have carbs with you its pretty foolproof. Ive never heard of anyone turning into a diabetic by using insulin short term and only a few days per week. You only use it after your lifting workouts once a day. I think the benefits far outweigh any negatives. When your bulking and eating lots of carbs its not a bad idea to at least try it on your major days like legs and back.

Sorry guys for such a delay as I’ve been busy with work and my son so it’s been a bit chaotic getting some free time.

Yesterday I trained back and as a quick log for that day it was more thickness focused.
Pumps are unreal on this stack and I’ve noticed strength have gotten unreal. Maxing all their pin loaded lat machines or most row machine.

Today is shoulders/triceps
It’s also a high carb day for me today and my routine will be like this

1 Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets
2 Reverse pec dec 3 sets ( tut with hold with squeeze per rep)
3 Standing machine side lateral 4 sets ( moderate weight followed by heavy partial dumbbell raises)
4 Arsenal one arm shoulder press 3 sets
5 Finish off with a cable lying down side raises with lighter weight for heavy contractions.


Triceps I’m going to really warm up today as I really want to hit weighted dips so I’ll be warming up alot

Next will be skull crushers

After that will be overhead high incline dumbbell push

I train at world gym but planning to change back to this old school gym that’s not busy but has tonnes of equipment.

Eating is going good and I’m already use to high carb days.

Lol ill put one up but it looks distorted as bruises are thick and tattoos make it look obscured.

Today’s my low carb day but I got fasted cardio to do in a matter of 10min. 30min to be exact

I feel I’ve come to a halt in weight gain so this is where I will be increasing carbs by 200g for medium and high days.

Just curious tho, would you guys increase carbs on a low day too or keep them the same.

I’ve noticed this cycle I haven’t gained no bodyfat around my waist and very minimal water. Usually everyday was high carb but that entailed water retention and fat gain but not crazy fat gain

I’ve got a lot of shape and veins on triceps and shoulders and chest is nice for a bulk.

Done, I’ll increase by 200g as of tomorro.

How long do you guys run insulin? This Sunday is my last week of anadrol and I’m going to extend my insulin an extra 2 weeks then stop that aswel.

Once both those compounds are out I will be taking higher mg of test npp and dhb.

Thank you, I been trying to bring the thickness up a lot as most times when I train back I feel it 200% in lats. I have a real amazing connection to my lats so now I just focus more on thickness.
Usually I do
2 types of row
2 types of pulls downs
Rack pulls

I might do even change to 3 rows but we shall see.

I’ve started today on a medium carb day but 4 meal have had their carbs now increased.

Today willl be chest/biceps/calves
Bench press
Incline hammer strength prese
Chest dips
High incline chest press
Plate loaded flys.

Biceps will be
Ez bar bicep curls
Hammer curls
Incline dumbbell curls

With calves it’s just standing or leg press calf raise
 
How high do your liver and cholesterol numbers go up with your current cycle? How about blood pressure?
The only main compound that mess with liver enzymes for me that take it over 250+ is tren

Ever since eliminating it from cycles the numbers have dropped down dramatically plus I use urisdiol/nac/tudca and allow some of the foods in my diet to help with inflammation. Anadrol does bring it up too but not as bad.

Cholesterol hasn’t ever been an issue as they are actually in good range which suprises me but again tren is the only compound that wrecks my bloods.

Blood pressure use to always be 134/65 on average for me and on cycle sometimes 150+ but that was with water weight but since I keep diet clean and cardio constant it helps the numbers low as possible on cycle and sometimes I even drain my own blood if red cross won’t accept me since they are every 3 months.

I just donated blood yesterday. Also started on telmasartin 40mg day.
Yeah drol and tren always will be the culprits but with drol I’m only using 75mg, I did bump it up to 100mg but I couldn’t take the constant fullness in stomach and not wanting to eat so I dropped it back down to 75 and that’s my sweet spot.

As far as insulin goes my blood pressure depended on the water I put on with it. But everyone’s different so hopefully your bp doesn’t spike as bad on it.

I’m going to be draining blood tomorro around 300ml

Yeah I have dropped my rep range now and started much heavier weight to get around 6+ reps. My chest today was super full aswel as biceps from it.

I bought psyllium husk yesterday but forgot to add it in but today I already have.

As for n2guard I have tried to find it here but haven’t had any luck which sucked so I just used the next best thing I could.
 
Ok guys here’s a small update.

Bench press 4 warm up sets and 3 working sets
My rep ranges for my working sets were between 6 - 8reps and max bench was 160kg for 6 reps.

Incline hammer strength press
3 working sets. Max weight was 180kg for 7 reps but last set was shit so I won’t count it.

High to low cable fly (decline)
This movement is 80% heavy but strict with squeeze and time under tension with a minimum of 10 reps

Arsenal incline fly machine
3 sets heavy but deep strait stretch followed with a good contact ion and reps would be 8 - 10 reps here.

I cancelled 5th exercise here as I knew my chest was super pumped and fatigued so I knew to stop.

Biceps
Hammer strength preacher curl
4 sets with last set being a drop set. My max on here was 5 x 10kg plates and I also squeeze hard on contraction.

Hammer curls
3 sets I stick to 15kg to 17kg for these for 12 reps. I don’t want to swing these and I want to feel every rep.

Last exercise was straight bar cable bicep curls
Maxed out the pin loaded cable machine for 8 reps. 2 sets for these then 1 set half the weight but double the reps for that last solid burn.

Calves
Leg press calf raise
I can go up as high as 7 20kg plates each sides for reps but I have an issue in left calf from an operation where a plate is digging into meat. They wanted to operate to remove plate but I cbf.


I’ve upped my doses also and again I want to thank @HybridLabs for their compounds. Honestly such smoooth injections and no swelling at all. Love your gear bro

yesterday I did bump up my carbs throughout the day and honestly it did some wonders there. Bulged out even more and veins just kept popping.

Only problem I have to address is to stop drinking so much water throughout the day or stop in afternoon because I am peeing a lot at night sometimes 3 to 4 times. ( I actually drink 6 to 7+ litres as I’m just use to it.)

I have also dialled in my aromasin back to 6.25mg eod as now I know that’s a good spot for me and I feel good on this dose.

Bare with me as I will write out my whole diet from small medium
And high carb days later today to give you an idea but what I write down is with the new added carbs too.

Honestly I’ve always run heavy cycles without it but I’m doing so I did reap the costs of water retention. I never really been gyno prone but did have a flare up as a kid during puberty which went away.

I just find if you can dial it in right then it does have its benefits on keeping you lean Aswel as showing what you truely gain. The mood people may get is that they might think their not progressing while using it but the difference is when not using an ai ur gaining lbm + water which most guys are use too but when it’s just lbm they think their gains are killed or whatever.

I would rather qualify gains knowing exactly what I need to add size properly rather then worry about water and extra strength.

The fact blood pressure also doesn’t take a beating is another good thing too. Generally my mood is good on it

Yeah high blood pressure sucks keeping that in check is ideal, no one wants headaches all the time everyday.

the only one side was the water retention which wasn’t really that bad. No gyno no other sides. Bp spiked a bit but I used bp meds at that time and did heaps of cardio.

The only side I am not a big fan of was the insomnia but that was more of a tren thing. I don’t want to use tren anymore and I know that shit does more damage then anything

@Snayaz i wouldnt add the trenbolone i think you doing fine now, no need for anadrol IMO
stay strong and up the protein
