stay strong and up the protein
That’s the plan. I might do 300g per meal. Cook like 300g salmon chicken or beef per meal instead of 250g
 
I’m just at the gym and took a few pics, I’ll write a log after my workout but this is some of the weight I lift. Not sure if I can put videos up cause I’m not sure.

Hey guys

Today is a non training day and I cancelled cardio today aswel as I just wanted this day to be about rest and recovery.

I’ve had 7 hours of sleep but also I been in and out of sleep so far which is good. I plan on going to get deep tissue done aswel as cupping again.

Later today I also plan on taking an ice bath aswel to just shock the body then a hot shower along with a lot of stretching aswel.

I will also be changing my training so this week I’ll be having 3 or 4 days off just to prime myself for this routine. It’s basically focusing on twice on lagging bodyparts in a week and arms have their own day so I can be fresh for triceps when I do dips and other movements.

Means less time in the gym but way more intensity.

Today is a high carb day guys
Majority of my meals carbs “example rice” is 380g per meal and it will stick to this for 4 weeks.

I have traded majority of chicken in for fresh salmon now as my stomach is getting too bloated from chicken and therefore I’ll only have 1 chicken meal 1 beef meal and the others meals all salmon.

I have also added in a pre workout after a few years not using it, it’s just to help me with morning training and feeling energised so I used a scoop of nitraflex but I might need 2 scoops.

Today was shoulders/triceps
Dumbbell shoulder press
3 warm up sets with 20kg dumbbells for 12 reps slow then 2 working sets of 50kg for 12 reps and 60kg for 8 reps

Side lateral dumbell raises 1 warm up and 3 working sets 1st x 12 reps at 15kg strict 2nd 17.5kg 12 reps strict and 3rd 20kg 12 reps strict.
I’ll be bumping these to heavier weight but just wanted form being strict and pump being good.

Reverse pec Deck 1 warm up 3 sets
1st set 68kg 15 reps with a hold 2nd 104kg 10 reps and 3rd set was a drop set with full stack and dropping weight by 20% per drop

Cable front raise 2 sets 1st 12 reps at 18.5kg 2nd 24kg for 12 reps

Last exercise was incline barbell rear delt row
3 sets super strict and form spot on trying to engage mind and muscle connection to rears
Forgot rep ranges here but most done to failur.

Triceps
Body weight dips 12 - 15kg 4 sets
I don’t want to use a belt with weights as of yet because I do carry a lot of weight on me already and I want to get super comfertable knowing this will be nothing soon enough to do before I go up.

Tricep push down 3 sets full stack plus 20kg plate loaded on. 12 reps but the tempo 2 down 2 up.

Overhead cable extention
3 sets full stack and the same reps and the same weight as push down.
 
So atm my current protocol for my gear is

1200mg test e
500mg dhb
400mg npp
25iu novorapid post workout

Overall I’ve kept semi lean and just a little bit of water I have noticed but that I’m guessing is from the increase in carbs. Definition is a little smooth but still round which is to be expected as I’m bulking. Current weight is 131kg in the morning.

Usually I know I pack on size much faster without an AI but I wanted to use it to keep water down because I know BP would spike like before so I am still more use to more gains but guessing that’s water gains tho this is all lbm gains and I feel no headaches at all and bp is good Maby a little up but still good range.

I decided this is I’ll just be a 12 week cycle but at week 10 I’ll drop the npp and dhb and the last 2 weeks I’ll slowly lower test and transition into a cruise.

When I cruise I’ll be back to 4 days a week training with 3 low days carbs and 4 medium days carbs on training days just so I don’t gain some fluff during cruise. After 4 weeks I will do a 2 week very low carb diet that will drop water weight and tighten up just a bit. Protein and fats will be high at this point.

After 6 weeks and bloods I will then think of another blast for winter and possibly using
Test/deca/eq/var/gh and slin

Cause I’ve increased my test dosage to over a gram, I’ve also increased my ai dosage from 6.25mg eod to 12.5mg eod of aromasin. You reckon that is ok?

@Snayaz it would be fine if you feel fine on it man
but i would be careful with 1 gram of test you should add some tamoxifen to it too

My past doses for test are usually 1gram without an ai and had not much issue at all other then some water weight. With your experience should I just keep to 6.25mg or just drop the aromasin all together? I’m not too experienced with ai’s as I’ve only ever used them once or twice.

@Snayaz keep 12.5mgs aromasin EOD and add 20mgs nolvadex on the days you dont do aromasin
not using ai can cause organ damage bro serious
 
Morning gentlemen

Today was back/traps
1: hammer strength plate loaded pulldown
5 sets all up as 3 were warm ups but max weight was 90kg each side for 9 reps. I noticed this session I feel so much stronger, kept time under tension on the way up with strict ass form and I loved it.

Bent over row on landmine with a straight bar
3 sets and max being 100kg for 8 reps

One arm underhand pull-down
This I stuck to 3 plates max as I wanted to keep the feel of it on the muscle and not lose any tension with heavy weight.

Hammer strength one arm row
3 sets and max 120kg per hand for 6 reps trying to go slow as I can on negative.

Pullovers for a finisher and that was it for back

Traps was just
Barbell shrug upto 4 plates each side with a pause on every shrug 3 sets

Machine shrug 2 sets

Last exercise I jump on a chest supported toe and use hammer grip and shrug up and back then go down for a big stretch and this I feel so much in traps and neck. My neck muscles are massive which everyone points out thanks to this

With the added nolva tho will that hinder any future gains? I know ai’s slow the process of gains a bit due to water but will nolvadex slow it down more or will that be ok

I’m sitting at 132kg fasted
Overall my strength is through the roof and still have kept lean even tho my food has been increasing

I have stopped my aromasin 2 days ago and will not be using it anymore because I now feel libido went to shit on it and just feeling a little lethargic.

I am also adding in igf1 lr3 next week to my cycle and I might add another compound in a few more weeks from now. Possibly anavar or another round of anadrol in about 3 weeks time.

Tomorro I’ll start fresh with the log and training. Again sorry for the delay.

3 sets 160kg for 8 reps tho mind muscle connection is real good on this everyweek.

Decline cable flys
3 sets of 15reps but every rep has a pause for major contraction. So TUT was used

High incline press
2 sets 20 reps 100kg for a burn out

Pec deck was 3 sets full stack and I was smashed after that.

Biceps
Barbell curl 60kg ez bar curl 3 sets and 6 reps for last set with slow negatives as much as I can bare.

Dumbbell curl 3 sets max 22kg for 8 reps

Hammer curls I used rope but I don’t have to go too hard on these as my biceps respond most to this exercise.

Overall strength is going up and I know it will go up more since I stopped aromasin and will gain some water but we are into colder seasons here before winter so I don’t mind now.

Bodyfat hasn’t changed but I might have lost a little definition with water but nothing too drastic.

All the rest I had yesterday did contribute a lot and Sunday I go back to 4 days a week of training just so I have extra days to recover.

I’m going for bloods next week as I wanted aromasin out of my system to see where my estro actually stands.

I’ll put some pictures up of the igf1 lr3, it’s from one of the labs on the source page and a few people rate it that I know so I’m going to dabble into that.

Yeah I was thinking of saving the anadrol for a future blast as I have heaps of proper anadrol so I’ll end up using anavar in about a week or 2

As for training I’ll be throwing it up and for diet I’ll be throwing that up aswel.
 
180kg for Bench is hectic heavy weight bro 😳 I would love to see those numbers one day. IGF LR3 is meant to be awesome so would be cool to see how you react to it.
To be honest it’s getting into the right position to really bench those numbers. I know I can go a little heavier but I want to really give time with this weight as I don’t want to tear anything. I’ve had a few minor pec tears nothing major but I just don’t ever want a full pec tear.

So slow and steady with the weight rather then jumping the ladder in weight and causing injury.

Today I’ll be getting around 6kg of red meat replacing the salmon so it will be between the two protein of red meat and chicken thighs now.
 
Bros haven't seen too many people using ropes on here that's great
I find rope being more beneficial than dumbbells buts that’s just me. Hammer curls with rope have always given me such a pump esp in the lower part of my bicep and brachialis muscle that sometimes I can’t go on. I can go the whole stack on machines for rope hammer but I sacrifice a little bit of form but the pump is crazy but last set I’ll reduce max by 20% and drop set it Maby 3 times.

Worst part for me
Is I can’t even wash my face after this lol cause my hands can’t touch my face.
 
what kind of spices did you add to it besides tumeric
So on chicken thighs I’ll add
Salt reduced Lemmon pepper spice
Garlic powder
Tumeric
Lemon and white vinegar
Celtic salt

Then use my hands to get it all into the chicken so it’s all evenly marinated.

I then add chilli flakes and a bit more Lemmon during I cook it.

hey guys quick update

I did get hands on pharma aromasin so if I’m re starting it at 6.25g eod

I had to stop cause my previous box got damaged and couldn’t use it. I noticed that week off from not having it I did put some water on. Near mid section but not alarming.

Today is back/traps day and I’ll be training at a new gym that’s oldschool so seeing how that will go.

In about a week I’ll have the igf 1 and also anavar which I’ll be adding in to replace the npp. I will continue this cycle for another 6 weeks before I go onto a cruise.

1: chest supported t bar row 6 sets 3 working sets and my last set was 4 x20kg for 9 reps ( I don’t want to go heavier then this and lose focus on the squeeze on my back for ego)

2: lat pull-down full stack 4 sets 3 hard working and 4th set was a triple drop set.

3: under hand hamme strength single arm
Pull-down 3 sets max weight on this was 4x20kg for 6 reps

4: hammer strength single arm row
2 sets at maximum output 6x20kg plates each side for 11 sets with last 3 reps a static Hold

Traps:
1: shrugs using a chest press plate loaded machine. 5 sets as I pyramid up but with shrugs I’ve always been super strong and worked up to 300kg for 8 reps

2: hammer strength low row machine
3 sets with 3x20kg each side and here I shrug up and back as I feel this in mid/upper back very well.

Felt a little bloated after but guessing that was the stoppage of aromasin but glad to be using it again.

I have pic but nothing interesting just to give you an idea of my back now. No good lighting but something

Aromasin box and sheet got damaged as the boxed got stepped on and at first I thought it was just the box that got crushed but the sheet had some pills showing and broken while the rest got crushed into tiny multiple pieces. I didn’t want to try dose it with crushed pieces so I got another one.

Proper pharm aromasin. I don’t trust ugl ai’s

Thickness has always come easy and when I lean out the shape is phenomenal. I can really get the best mind muscle connection with most back exercises when I play with elbow positioning but my lats are the most that respond so good. Rhomboids and traps take a bit of work but the pumps are real good.

Thanks guys I appreciate it.

Hopefully by end of this week I’ll be starting the anavar/igf1 lr3 and stopping the npp and just running test/dhb for remainder of cycle then to cruise.
