🍞 in general has a ton of carbs im glad your tracking so you can see what works and doesn't work for you, just be careful with having to much bread lol.

any kind of high carbs high GI meals you should stay away during cuts @CypherOCE :) stick to yams/sweet potatoes/oatmeal/brown rice

See i told you brother you don't need a crazy amount of volume for muscle growth, you just need the right kind of stimulus and make every set and rep count, I am happy that you enjoy the workout that is awesome, keep kicking ass my dude, on a refeed try brown rice or sweet potatoe packed with nutrients and complex carbs which is the kind u need and want.
 
Lat pull downs

Food is definitely looking good. Bread is a killer when it comes to carbs. Try to find alternatives. You can make your own or find a keto bread too.
 
I've made my own tortillas before but not a keto bread ill look into that!

Costco usually has some good options for keto breads/wraps/buns. Just helps keep the carbs down. Try to find one that has a clean ingredient label. If not, it is better to make your own.
 
Quick walk around the local streets this morning as I have a busy day with meetings before I start work later this afternoon will try and hit the gym after work see how tired I feel 🥲 failing that ill be in there tomorrow.

Have a Bucks weekend from Friday lunch time to Sunday morning. So I'll try and keep things tidy and limit the alcohol and food intake

Other than that its business as usual. pin day tomorrow morning, probably go delts again or try the ventro glute like Noah suggested. Only downside being ill have to use a 29g pin as I don't have anything else at the required length 😂

@CypherOCE pinning glutes with 29g pin is not a good idea, you need to get 25g, as 29 going to be HARD to push, better use 29g for your delts

Second set: 6 - wrist is no bueno. Couldn’t hold out this week. Will have to rethink shoulders and get wife to come with me 🤌🏼 really need a spotter as my wrist does not like the weight.

I don’t think I can eat less and not starve to death - for example, Fitbit put me at burning 3807 calories yesterday and I ate around 2200 give or take.

Sometimes in life we won't always feel great or strong or up for a challenge, the key is when these moments happen you need to find a way to push past all mental barriers for achieving the desired outcome, I know you have what it takes for doing this, don't ever let a bad day dictate what you can accomplish, many times in the gym i didn't feel like going or was dragging and didn't want to do anything, on those days you need to just bite the bullet and go into the gym and fuck shit up. Happy you got 25g I think you will like the ease of rotation with more sites, overall better you do it that way less acar tissue build up over time, pushing through scar tissue is a bitch.

Big weekend.

Cheated on the diet marginally while I was out but limited the alcohol intake to vodka soda which was terrible and kept me from having too many from the taste alone.

Pinned again tonight with 25g 1” pins in VG - I've been having trouble with PIP days after pinning i believe its the MCT carrier oil my body just doesn't agree with but I've pinned again tonight with the following protocol.
  1. Warmed up the oil in hot water.
  2. Warmed up the barrels once oil was in with a heat pack wrapped around them.
  3. Massaged injection site for 5 minutes after on each side.
  4. Had a hot shower and continued massage while in shower.
  5. Foam roller and then heat pack followed by massage before I jumped into bed.
I'm hoping this is beneficial but I'm not holding my breath as my delts are still sore trying to lift my arms days after so I'm convinced its just MCT is no bueno for me so I might have to switch it up and find castor or GSO.

Weird thing is it's smooth as butter going in with no pain at all but the next day is usually when it starts.

Will report back with results of the above anyway 🫡

Got my wife to help me out last night and its a little sore but nothing like before so maybe I goofed it up.

Great log mate keeping yourself very accountable, well done. Regarding your cholesterol way back at the start, citrus bergamot will help with that, it really helped get my hdl up whilst lowering my hdl.

You can get it from chemist warehouse, that Dr Caruso brand. I just ran a tablet a day, can't recall the dosage but for once my cholesterol was in range whilst using it.

update for yesterday

Good steps but bad workout just wasn’t feeling it I was pretty distracted with things going on at home and work and just couldn’t get my head in the right zone and that my body doesn’t agree with the MCT carrier is also annoying the shit out of me 😭 I’m shattered about that

PIP Update: it was horrendous yesterday, I had a belt on and every time it was loose and rested on the top of my glute I had to readjust 😂 feels much better this morning however.

Steps was good yesterday. Diet also staying on track. I think I’ve pretty much kicked my sugar addiction 😂 minus the morning coffees also no more sugary crap food or chips as a snack at work either is a big deal for me because I would also do that.

Good steps but bad workout just wasn’t feeling it I was pretty distracted with things going on at home and work and just couldn’t get my head in the right zone and that my body doesn’t agree with the MCT carrier is also annoying the shit out of me 😭 I’m shattered about that

PIP Update: it was horrendous yesterday, I had a belt on and every time it was loose and rested on the top of my glute I had to readjust 😂 feels much better this morning however.

Steps was good yesterday. Diet also staying on track. I think I’ve pretty much kicked my sugar addiction 😂 minus the morning coffees also no more sugary crap food or chips as a snack at work either is a big deal for me because I would also do that.

I’ll go for a big walk today see how I feel on the mental side of things before deciding to hit the gym or not

By any chance u using testE 400?
 
Have you run a cycle before this ?
Or changed up your injection sites?
Should be having so much pip.
Yeah last one was Pharma tho but I did have MCT mast E and had no issues.

It was a chemisis UGL vial 100ml - might have been bunk though. Got it from a friend. But I didn’t have any issues with it.

Honestly just think it’s MCT and my body not liking it. I tried top of my glutes, Delts and VG.

All no bueno, PIP on VG manageable but not ideal considering work requirements

Double high pip compounds there brother.
Try splitting the doses again into more frequent injections.

Yeah we spoke in depth about it

Tried different gauge needles and warming it up prior to injection etc

We believe it’s just my body not liking MCT which is annoying but not much I can do about it 😥 swapping to Castor and or GSO I think is the next best thing
 
I get pip in my quad from primo but delts vg and glutes are fine.
I spilt my doses into 3 since I'm.doing like 780 primo a week.
Generally slight pain with initial injection but goes away pretty quick.
I did 0.5ml twice a week

Initial injection is fine it’s actually super smooth and I just lightly press and take my time injecting it- pain started 24+ hours after 😅

Injection was Sunday night I believe and pain started Monday morning has only really dissipated this morning

Ur getting pip from test 400 brother, i have seen many reporting pip from test 400 of different vendor. High mg blend r known to have pip, it’s usually for kind of advance users. Looks like i read it wrong😂. U r doing 2 different injection site for oil. My bad😂

Test was 0.3ml was left side and it’s not painful at all primo was 0.5ml right side and it’s still tender this morning but it’s manageable. I had trouble sitting and just laying in bed but only on the primo side

Surely it can’t cross sides the injections are on opposite sides of my glutes

Nah it shouldn't unless it becomes super inflammed but then it will only feel like that.
Any inflammation? Or just pip

Y don’t u try putting both oil in same barrel and increase injection frequency? Might help, i think every vendor does mct oil.

Delts were warm to the touch for a week and it was painful to lift them, only started feeling better yesterday from Thursday last week.

No inflammation with VG just the soreness unlike I’ve experienced before. Last cycle was literally perfectly I got PIP once but it wasn’t this bad and was gone within a day, partly why I think it’s just the MCT my body doesn’t like

If I did it and backloaded a 1ml pin it’s roughly 0.16ml daily for 5 injections. Probably make it much more manageable but now I’m just scared of the pain 😂

I am bit lucky in terms of pip so far, i rupture my vein taking shot yesterday and blood was leaked bit heavy very first time but had no pip today, i think most vendor do mct oil, u have to try here and there to make it out for now. Can’t say much.

I would see about getting another vial from another supplier just one and testing at 0.1ml to see if it is mct oil that's the issue.
I don't doubt that rnd oil is spot on but it can happen.
If he hasn't had any other complaints then it's probably not the batch and it probably is the mct.
I think anabolic minds has castor oil maybe grab a vial from them and give that a go?
I used tested there oil and didn't feel any worse so should be OK

I think electus is using his primo at 750mg per week, he has no complain at all, must be carrier oil.

Starting new stuff pharma stuff tomorrow with clen to add in.

New jab protocol: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Aim here is to lower the overall coke going in in the hope that it will help me out. Fingers crossed haha 😂

Diet hasn't strayed too much, ate 3 Tim Tams and had a whiskey neat.

Back into the swing of things tomorrow for shoulders. Will update the log after that 👍🏼
