I been given the opportunity to review and log Semaglutide from @ZenithHealth. First off, the product came well packed, communications and questions asked are responded to very fast.

The Semaglutide mixed quicliky and very well after mixing with Bac Water.

Had first injection this morning 0.06mg as recommended by @ZenithHealth to start.

Looking forward to seeing how it goes. And will keep everyone post regard how I feel and results.

@Pigsy this is going to be interesting bro, I see @RoidRage69 and @RoidRageWife also regularly on semgalutide so this log will back the gains as well
update us how you feel on it and the food intake, thanks

ozempic has been getting popular lately
will be cool to see you do an honest log

semaglutide is a great option
it is one of the best

semaglutide is a big one
lots of good responses to it

Day 2 taken another 0.06mg @ZenithHealth Semaglutide painless injection.

What I notice on first day was slight decrease in food focus. Will keep dose at this for a few days see how I respond. Then up the dose slightly if feeling any food focus.

any nausea or anything like that bro?

Strange dosing schedule considering it's designed to be taken once per week.
This is what I was thinking. Ozempic, Mounjaro, etc are all injections once a week.

I get that blood levels will remain more steady doing the daily injections, and as a result you may not need as much, but Ozempic is usually 0.5mg/ week in one dose, and not 0.42mg/ week in 7 doses.

I am sure he is most likely going to start weekly injections after he sees there is r too much discomfort. I can understand why but hope he changes to once per week to get the full dosage in. I remember the first time I took it last year how weird it felt the first week.

I also have clients on weekly injections, ED is too much for most, @RoidRage69

Not at this dose so far, well see what happens when increasing the dose
This is the way I was recommended by @ZenithHealth. Which has great success with clients using it this way.
@Pigsy IMO you have such high self control I think you should do weekly injections, will help you enough without the sides, just a suggestion but up to you brother we support you either way

I'm doing this for @ZenithHealth. I speak with him about the dosing. But at moment feeling good with the daily mircodosing

I'm microdosing it daily as recommended by supplier @ZenithHealth and having no sides

This will be interesting um curious if at some point in a prep if people will use this 20weeks out instead of clen and other harsh stimulating compounds, could potentially be safer and much less risk.

Maybe a healthier option

Less risk but clenbuterol is anabolic thats something to consider.

True but its also a big contributing factor in stroke/heart attacks and other cardiovascular problems, low body fat, mixed with sodium and other mineral depletion, mixed with clen = risk of death imo, another bodybuilder who was 30 just passed away in Brazil, those guys and the protocols they run are known to run heavy amounts of clen in them, just something to think about, stage or no stage i refuse to run clen or any kind of diuretics risk isnt worth it imo.

I have been doing ED microdoses for a few years now with Sema, I find that its easier to see how the body reacts to it, there is less of a rollercoaster effect compared with weekly injections.

Having one injection per week I found I'd get quite powerful effects the first and second day (sometimes overwhelmingly so) and then it would taper off, but with ED injections I can keep the exact same effect everyday. I think it just comes down to personal preference but id recommend ED doses if you don't mind injecting everyday.

It's how I dose everything is daily.
Woke up this morning with very little food focus still at the 0.06mg dosing. No sides at all.

And thanks @ZenithHealth for giving me the opportunity to review and log

Day 6, up to the dose to 0.07mg daily. Yesterday could have easily missed meals without the phone reminder. For myself I think this will be a handy tool in prep when calories start getting low. And thanks to @ZenithHealth for allowing me to review

Any sides or nausea ?

Yes, will be interested to see the effect and also the side effects vs microdosing and weekly injections.

I switched from weekly injections to E3.5D (Bi-weekly) and noticed significant improvements in nausea and gut aches, almost non-existent to be fair after the switch. Great to see sharing their experience on microdosing with Sema — I didn't find much when I looked into it.

Managing the small volumes must be tricky, but you’ve done a fantastic job filling that tiny vial! Nice work, @Pigsy!

It looks like many are saying micro dose it so this log will be a good launch of for EVO family members to learn from :)

Up the 0.08mg a day of @ZenithHealth Semaglutide. No side at all food focus very low. Weight has come down. Had the Grape Growers association Christmas party last night. With buffet dinner, very easily controlled myself even with desserts.
I think these microdoses will really help in my prep for next year.

Amazing that it is that effective for you on such a low dose, keep it up mate

I think it helps as ive prep for a fee shows so my will power strong. But the Semaglutide really helps. Causing a bit less of that food focus.

No sides at all. I think the daily microdosing is the way to go. As suggested by @ZenithHealth
I believe it. When I started on Ozempic it was weekly but I found the effect wore off and the extra calories towards the end of the week over compensated the lack from early in the week.

I do 2 injections a week but the daily microdosing does sound pretty great

looks like you were the only person there who actually works out lol
That's funny because it's true. All the wives asking there partners why you don't you look like that🤣🤣

You gotta be the only grower with no gray hair lol

It's a problem really, the children ain't taking interest in Grape Growing can work else for better money and less physical labour. So it will become a dying industry in this region. The land value is so high it's uneconomical to buy out your Neighbour and expand. if it was cheaper to buy i would expand. My Neighbours property is For Sale at the moment 11 acres, with house and shed with grapevines for $2.8million. Already had offers of over $2 million by Rich horse owners. So in the end, just become horse paddocks. 150+years as Grape Growing region. Will more likely be finished after this generation. Plus it only 45 minutes from the city centre. Lands only going up in Value.

Great to hear that. The side effects are low.

If I'm anyone else reading this, I start very, very low and work your way up.

For sure, man. More people, and only set amount of land, of course, the prices will go up over time.

It's definitely generational wealth that you can pass on to your kids grandchildren and Beyond.

great job on this one pigsy.

Looks like other Farmers. Don't really like working out, huh?

That's good to hear that. The weight is coming down, even with the tiny dosing.

I hope people are paying attention to that and don't feel the need to run too much.

You are showing how it's done. Much respect.

You're not overdoing things and killing yourself in the process, you're running sensible dosing on the semaglutide/ozempic. smart man!

That's funny because it's true. All the wives asking there partners why you don't you look like that🤣🤣

Haha makes ya feel good

Eat it all bro

Still maintaining same daily dose. Still giving the same effect so have had no need to increase dose. With no food focus had been good over this Christmas period from all the Xmas parties from not over eating and staying on track. Will be a great tool in prep when calories drop

Thanks to @ZenithHealth for the opportunity to log this

Yes o. Semaglutide. We’ve followed the weekly inj start at the .25 for like 4 weeks then increase to .5 for 4 weeks then 1.0 we’ve been at this dose and still Maintaining weight loss slowly but surely since September after the 1st 2 weeks on 1.0 noticed my weight loss increase more steadily. Heartburn can be an issue and fiber important as is slows down gut down. 💪🌸
Interesting to see how daily is going! Thx for posting @Pigsy

Wow, I think id need an extra dose to keep me at bay with that feast, well done for staying strong, looking juicy!

You can't just skip a dose and then be hungry. It takes time for it to wear off. Takes about 10 days being off before gut starts moving normally again.
I was saying it more in jest but you do make a valid point on clearance half life @RoidRage69

Oh yeah, for sure the semaglutide will kill your appetite.
Glad to see that it worked for you.

Nice update. Man, the food looks tremendous.

You guys know how to do it in Australia.

That cake looks awfully tempting.
But it's good that you stayed discipline.

Yeah, for sure. Skipping a dosage won't do you much good.

nice updates pigsy.

Glad to see you had a great Christmas with your family.
