Big sesh today. Hams finally recovered for legs today. But a big quad dominant day regardless. Progressed numbers on everything and definitely starting to get a measure of the tempo. Struggling a bit with breathing and bracing, myself and coach are working on that more in depth currently. Gh and anabolics doing the magic. Closing in on end of cycle have 10 days left. Will miss feeling like a beast but no excuse not to progress and beat numbers every session.

@BigCheese2000 quad days are the best, you'll be growing the legs even more. :D

Hard to believe, you're only 80 kg. You look much bigger.
Just shows how lean you are.

Very nice workout man. Lots of good exercises. We don't see too often.

i like the unilateral preacher curls.
solid job on those!

I'm jealous that you can get 9 hours of sleep.
I'm lucky to get in seven.

Good job, man.

Overall happy with the 2 weeks with coach. Ready for a big push over the next year. Have a 2 week trip to Thailand booked in April. Hear anabolics are over the counter there in independent pharmacies so will be good for continuity. Last week of cycle and will post side by sides then. Will be up about 2kg but have made progress for sure.

Midweek check in with coach. Plan is to do 6 weeks total of a cut and get skinless. Use the rebound to progress then. Dropping down to trt regardless next week. Just need a lot more size so working off a 12-18 month timeframe. But at 24 I still have plenty time to work, im here for the long haul no doubt

Did some curls 15KG and some db Tricep extensions in my S&C gym. Had a busy day between work and an interview so timing was cut short and couldn’t do usual arm machines. Which is okay. Session went well. Tad bit rushed but overloaded everything so extremely happy in that regard!

Cycle Officially Finishes.

Would say overall it’s been quite productive. Nothing major though. From these initial check in shots body weight is in and around 4kg down. But imo composition is improved. Plan is to go to 150 test, 100 primo trt starting this week. Have put comparisons down below they’re not the cleanest looking but shows my first evo check in vs my most recent this morning. Not a crazy gain cycle wise but im not 25 until June. Have plenty time on my side.

Bro you should be happy! Nice clean gains for sure, there is definitely a difference in composition. Don’t be so hard on yourself and yes at not even 25 all the time in the world to progress even further. 🦾
Composition has changed dramatically brother. You've done some really strong work here mate well done.
I'd give yourself a few weeks off entirely before going down to trt.
Completely agree here!

Will keep this log going until I compete! 150 test and 100 primo for sports trt for 8-10 weeks, then the coach will update on what we are running with for the next blast. Will be a long surplus though need a lot of tissue

@BigCheese2000 looking solid bro!

Midweek check in with coach to see how I’ve responded to 2 high carb days. All other macros stay similar. Talked to the coach about weekend boredom so transitioning to a 5 day per week split.
Upper, Lower, Push, Pull, Legs

Nutrition
2.2k training day
1.8 non training day

Push training to be updated later tonight

Nice work

8 hours of sleep is solid. I wish I can get that much sleep but my kids Wake me up early.

yeah try and hit 8 hours.

6 hours is a little lean.

You look fantastic in those pictures.

You got a good solid bodybuilding physique.

I like your look a lot. It's old school 70s and 80s bodybuilder Look

that definitely is the best way.

Much respect for the Pull-Ups. Not many people are even doing them right now and they are excellent.
