I have the opportunity to log for Anabolicsoz which I did in 2024 also and now in 2025 I get to enjoy his products over the summer. 🌞 🌴 Of all the sources I have tried so far I have to say anabolicsoz and @popeye2.0 is a cut above. And I am definitely a higher dose guy πŸ˜… just ask @popeye2.0

The contents of the recent package πŸ“¦

I have been running so far 100mg of proviron on training days and 50mg on off days, 1ml of Mast P and 1ml of Mast E on training days (5 on 2 off) and finally .5ml of his Test E 3x a week.

The hgh I have been using 1.6iu precardio in the AM alongside the l-carnitine at 500mg and an additional 1.6iu pre-workout with l-carnitine at 500mg again.
Finally an additional 4.8iu prebed.

The contents of the recent package πŸ“¦

I have been running so far 100mg of proviron on training days and 50mg on off days, 1ml of Mast P and 1ml of Mast E on training days (5 on 2 off) and finally .5ml of his Test E 3x a week.

Today I changed things up and in spite of being a training day I dropped the mast E and replaced it with P so 2ml mast P and 100mg proviron was my aas total for today, I took 1.86iu of Popeye's hgh precardio and pre-workout I took 3.2 I will take 3.2 again prebed.

This morning I completed 60min of stairs totalling 600cal and then followed it up with 10min of palates core workout. I also used 1ml of the l carnitine precardio.

Before breakfast 15g EAAs

Breakfast was fish and carrots, 3 fillets of barramundi plus two carrots baked and a TSP of MCT oil. (Macros 55p/8f/20c)
Plus some vitamin D and k2 10,000iu

Lunch was:

- 25g collagen, 5g taurine and half a scoops of a pump pre-workout to flavour the drink.

- And a sort of banana bread made of 40 grams milled brown rice, half a Banana a tbsp of cinnamon and Cocoa powder. Plus 1 baked Banana
Macros 80c / 45p/3f

Pre-workout 2 scoops of proformance pre-workout by primabolics 5g taurine and tyrosine

Intra 2.5 scoops of naughty boy Illmatic EAAs

You should have seen the BCAAs he sent me on the first log, he had some leftover supplements from when they where part of his line, wow they tasted amazing πŸ˜…πŸ€© I didn't even wanna cheat on my diet I just wanted to dry scoop the BCAAs, honestly tasted BETTER than sherbet. I don't know how much artificial sweeteners where in there but it must have been heaps 🀣

25 leg raises off a park bench
40 mountain climbers
10 seconds rest and repeat

After that I completed 4 rounds of vacuums with calf exercises between

Single leg tib raises off the curb 1 set of 10

Calf raises off the curb heels together feet in a "V"
2 sets of 20 with a 3 second hold in the hole

After that workout I had meal 1 of 3

Meal 1

2 scoops of hydrolyzed whey + fresh dates and cocoa nibs

Meal 2:

3 fillets barramundi, 15g collagen, 3 carrots baked, half a tablespoon of MCT oil, 40g of a date and fig bar and a tablespoon of coconut kefir

Meal 3
2 cups of kangaroo mince, 6 large slices of brown sourdough covered in honey, an apple, 3 more cooked carrots and half a tablespoon of olive oil

After dinner I am snacking on raspberries and cocoa powder and a final 20g scoop of clear whey

I sipped taurine throughout the whole day and consumed hgh 3x 1.8iu today and a lot of l carnitine.

Today Sunday, the Lord's Day,

I'm not going to lie emotionally today has been a roller coaster, I feel supremely confident in my routine and my decisions, but sometimes there are blips, glitches in the Matrix of my plan. And I need to reformulate it. My mates know me as kind of the encouragement pep talk kind of guy, but tonight I'd like to have someone give me a pep talk.

Regardless I have SoundCloud I can put on Tony Robbins, Steve Harvey, Kevin levrone.and I have the gift of speaking in tongues so I pray and even though I don't know the words the holy spirit is speaking through me and I would rather a prayer from a eternal good spirit πŸ‘οΈ that sees the future than my human mind.

Cardio 40min fasted stairs, the machine was wobbling it took all my discipline not to roid rage and throw a hissy fit. 1.8iu green top precardio + 900mg carnitine

Breakfast 4 fillets barramundi, a teaspoon of MCT oil, 3 carrots baked, 20000iu vitamin D

Lunch 4 fillets barramundi, a half tbsp of MCT oil, 3 carrots baked, 10000iu vitamin D chilli and 10g nulax

Pre-workout 60g brown rice milled, 2 tbsp of cocoa and 2 tbsp of cinnamon, 40g clear whey and one banana baked into it.

Pre-workout drink 1 scoop of pump pre and half a scoop of normal Ronin, 5g tyrosine and 1g potassium chloride

Intra 3 scoops of Illmatic EAAs

Post workout 60g brown rice milled, 2 tbsp of cocoa and 2 tbsp of cinnamon, 60g clear whey and one banana baked into it. 2 dates and 20g nulax

Dinner TBD off to train now

the grapefruit skin baked and one small chicken breast, coleslaw, fried onion and apple and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, seasoned with cayenne, black pepper, Celtic salt and cinnamon.

This brand of olive oil is from scoop wholefoods and it was incredible very spicy and rich. Grapefruit I expiremented with using a non stick pan on low heat instead of the oven

Meal 3 small chicken breast + 250g dates 20g nulax, 200g coleslaw microwaved, cayenne pepper and 3 tbsp of cocoa nibs

Meal 4 small chicken breast, 100g coleslaw stir fried with 2 tomatoes (everything is organic and grass fed *except the protein powder*)
Tablespoon of coconut kefir mixed in, cinnamon black pepper no salt and a Bannaa

Meal 5 4 slices of brown sourdough rye + raw honey and 30g of hydro whey and one scoop non stim pre (daily beta alanine) + honey in licorice root tea

Yesterday cardio, quads, adductors abs, traps and delts.

Difficult was an understatement, I had 4 hours of sleep before I woke up and started the day. I immediately started accumulating steps and cooking to gain some momentum

I managed to complete 27min of cardio and 50 crunches and 10 abdominal vacuums before my breakfast, I then showered had some tea to relax and managed to get a nap in later that afternoon.

I then ate my pre-workout meal and prepared my post workout meal.

I trained and consumed a lot of coffee pre-workout and a lot of EAAs during 30g

Post workout ate a meal, and started the walk again to the bus stop. I managed to get a lift home from the main road near my house but at that time it was 1150 and had been a quite brutal day.

Session:

Nautilus seated plate loaded shoulder press 4 sets
15 a side*11 for tempo
20 a side *8+4 for tempo
20 a side *9+5
25 a side *8+3 dropset to 20 *5 mid range partials
Back off 20 a side *8

Standing pin loaded lateral raise machine 3 sets Atlantis

Shoulder finisher with dumbbells, red skinny band and red micro band.

Lateral raises to failure 7.5kg*10 then partials 4 reps

Into banded front raises knuckles up 20

Banded rear delt flies, 10 strict palms down until the band hits the chest and 10 bent arms palms facing in until the band hits the tip of the skull

Finally sets of banded "walk-up-the-wall's"

First round I did 4 sets second I did 8. I did this shoulder circuit for two rounds

Identical to pre however additional 10g clear whey and a second Bannana in the bread

Dinner 6 fillets barramundi+ 750g sweet potato, 4 slices of bread and 200g honey, pepper and paprika
Punnet of blueberries and cocoa powder

Snack 50g hydro whey + 4 slices of bread 50g honey, an apple a tablespoon of coconut kefir and the final 250g of sweet potato.

Gear use yesterday gram of l carnitine in the am and pm, 2.5iu hgh precardio+ pre-workout 5iu IV with dinner.

1ml mast E 1ml mast P, + subq 50mg test E, 50mg proviron in the am and 100mg pre-workout. All Popeye brand πŸ’œ

I thought I would mention some of the novel stuff I do to draw more attention to the log. I have been dry scooping 5amino1mq and slu-pp-332 3x daily and taking injectable nad+. It is a game changer for health and recovery I have been doing it for almost a month now minus the slupp332.

Meals 1 through 5

- Fish 3 fillets barramundi, organic veg mix (kale version) half a tbsp of MCT oil

Fish 4 fillets barramundi Pumpkin 600g, white button mushrooms 100g, 2 baked carrots and a tablespoon of olive oil

Fish 4 fillets barramundi, 200g of shredded coleslaw, half a tbsp of olive oil, 5 slices of sourdough plus sugar free maple syrup and an apple, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and a punnet of blueberries

Meal 4 600g white grapes and 25g hydrolyzed collagen

Meal 5 cocoa powder and apple combination again, banana bread made from 200g Bannana and 80g brown rice flour and cocoa powder a tablespoon and final 50g clear whey

When I am good enough to be competitive at a regional show I will consider a prep, in the meantime my goals are threefold, reduce liver fat according to ultrasound, improve ejection fraction of left ventricle and keep improving as fast as Jesus Christ permits me πŸ˜‚πŸ˜†.
