Bit of an easier day today but not really 🤣

Still hit the gym, got the steps in and had a phenomenal sleep.

Fasted weigh in this morning: 93kg
Down 20.6kg this week seems wild to say.

Water intake is 3.5-4L a day currently. Happy with this but ill try to up this gradually to 5L

Chest and Tris today plus some demolition work on an old brick wall for a shed we had out the back.

So far a solid weekend minus troubles with the wife 🤣 but this comes and goes.

Also in for a blood test on Monday so hoping for great results by Wednesday-ish if not sooner.
Well done mate thats a massive achievement, 20kg is no small amount of weight.

First day back at work this week and everything I had pre planned blew up and ruined my day 🫠 gotta love it.

Hit legs this evening while wife went to a yoga class.

Was a busy day - think I had roughly 16k steps when I got home plus a few more after gym and a nice leisurely stroll around the burbs and creek track.

Sleep wise - very, very average. Not sure why but I just can’t sleep.

Last week at work was a cracker though - absolutely smashed it according to FitBit.

RHR: still dropping down to 72 currently trying to get back to low 60s.

Tren still in bloods only stopped it a week ago

No bad sides, same as last time. Still all good

Liver values absolutely shot to shit though, so the long break is very much needed.
Trenbolone shouldn't impact estrogen that much imo

log update for yesterday:

Big day at work yesterday. Lots of steps and lots of problems.

Sleep wise: pretty crappy I’m assuming this is down to poor sleep hygiene which I’m correcting but it’ll take a few days.

Training: hit chest and tris - great pump and overall workout was good. 30s for incline and flat press for reps, which was the goal. increasing to weights while cutting so the next bulk should be able to progress even more with the aim of hot 40s.

Diet: steady and going well down another kilo so far this week but final weigh in will be Sunday morning. Getting back down to pre Christmas weight of 90.2kg.

I’m on TRT dosages atm still being supported by @ODINLABS every step of the way.

Once I get back from holidays in June I’ll think about what the bulk will look like

Other than the above everything else is going well just have to get the AST and ALT back to normal over the coming months and work on cholesterol etc

I think it’s pulling in water and glucose into the muscle to make you look fuller but I must be low in other vitamins so I’m holding water there

No sock tan anymore - supervisor job have to be in long pants 😂 but easier job on the body than carrying form ply and LVLs around all day 😂 I’d be fucked if I had to do that now after the motorbike accident

edema isn't something to take lightly. it could be nothing but it also could be a red flag that is made worse by what you are taking

I've seen a lot of people hold water in their joints, especially the ankles and legs.
 
I would cut back on the growth hormone until the issues go away. You don't want to overdo it and cause bigger issues to happen.
 
i had edema in my legs years ago from hgh. it will not go away most likely unless you cut back the dose.
 
looks like you are Definitely a blue collar guy.. Work Look absolutely brutal.
 
try and get some more sleep. you need extra rest if you are gonna feel better.

Yeah I just don’t know how to get rid of it other than dropping GH altogether which would be a damn shame but it is what it is I guess
you can cut your carbs down lower and cut out sodium and up the cardio to try @CypherOCE but somehow seems this is all @BigCheese2000 fault :P lol jk

Keep that water intake high, look at lowering estrogen a little. Hopefully this will help.

Currently on TRT using @ODINLABS test E.

Dosage schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Weekly dose: 175mg

Currently taking adex x2 a week to bring down high E2 numbers also from cycle. Hoping this may help with the water retention issue that is still present.

This is a great training day, big drop set I see on dp presses and lots of steps today.
Avoid McDonalds :P concentrated on the pump @CypherOCE
If you do go with a cheat meal, we can always blame @BigCheese2000 😂
 
don't waste your workout by going to eat junk/fast food. prep food at home its healthier and much better tasting.

think of all the nastiness at those places, those people cooking haven't washed their hands in years

The guys should do a podcast on sleep in the differences between the different types.

i think REM sleep is when most dreams happen, but not always.
