I'll be heading to Japan for a week.
So I will be eating and vacationing.
I'll be trying to keep up with my Burpees cardio work.. I know my steps as in walking will be on point. 💯👍🏽

My best meals that I have no issues digesting and waking up in the morning with are the BEEF 👍🏽 100%!!
I've been adding the sweet potato recently.. Seems to agree with me as well.
Must be nice having that fresh grown stuff right there ready 👍🏽👌🏽

Fasted routine @7:30am
Side lateral to front raises w/10 lbs warm up.
12lb to failure and 15lbs to failure
Incline bench rear raises to failure 15lbs x3 sets
Flat bench press 40lbs dumbells 2 sets to failure

Meal #1 @12:00am
Steak 2 cuts
Blueberries
Salad
Handful of Macadamia nuts

work day schedule 10hours shift.. So gonna float in the cardio later!
