After being out of training for so long, was really hoping for some initial quick changes to really get the motivation levels through the roof.
I got out to 115kg at one stage, slow steady progress, that's about all I've got. Make habits , start eating better, once that's a habit move onto workouts once that's a habit , cardio next , once that's a habit etc etc etc.
Motivation won't last habits will.
That is a good way of looking at it, i know a person at my work she has been on a glp1 for 2-3 months now and it wae crazy watching every week, week after week, she was down mote lbs and more lbs, and before i knew it she transformed into a brand new person and lost over 40lbs

did she say where she got hers from? because there are a bunch of people i have seen that are part of the trials out there, while others are getting it the same way we do from the black market
