Body Fat: Guessing : Recent eVolt scan - 9.6%

Goal:
Continue to some TRT - get bloods then move into a Winter Bulk to try and put on some weight (which is not easy for me)

Duration: 12-16 weeks
Been on TRT of 150mg Test E
Cycle (once bloods after a few more weeks of TRT are done):
Test E - 250-300mg for 1st 4-6weeks - then titrate up once dbol kickstart has ended - have done 500/wk before so 500-600 would be my max.
Dbol - 20-30mg a day for the first 4/6 weeks
Deca: 400mg/week throughout.

Plenty of eggs at breakfast, protein shakes, chicken and will make sure to eat more lean red meat too. Carbs - will rely on the vege's. I don't want to 'dirty bulk' - hence will keep an eye on bloating and adjust dbol/test as needed and not just stuff my face with everything I see.

Duration: 12-16 weeks
Been on TRT of 150mg Test E

Diet Plan: I eat pretty well - decent food quality here is Australia- I feel I will need to eat an extra meal a day to bulk during my cycle. Plenty of eggs at breakfast, protein shakes, chicken and will make sure to eat more lean red meat too. Carbs - will rely on the vege's. I don't want to 'dirty bulk' - hence will keep an eye on bloating and adjust dbol/test as needed and not just stuff my face with everything I see.

Duuring the bulk phase will aim for heavier weights when I can and a lower rep range.

I always think what’s the point of heading to the gym if you are going to half ass it? Lift the iron - sweat - put the effort in and go home - never felt bad after a workout

Diet today (and most days very similar)

Brekky - Eggs with feta - ocasionally with a piece of brown bread toast
Morning snacks - Protein yoghurt and bowl of oats
Lunch - Rice, beef and beans - plus I cooked some brined chicken breasts to add to my lunches this week.

Blood results attached from the last few weeks of running 150mg Test a week
Haematocrit good - renal function good - lipids at upper range but they always are - LFT's also good
