Sleep has improved drastically without making any real changes so not sure what the cause was but glad I am back to 8 hours a night.

Injury is unnoticeable but I am going to take it easy with any axial loading for another week or so.

Due to the current mast shortage and my poor planning I am currently running mast P at 300 per week until I can get some E back in my system.
375T 300mast 7.5iu hgh. All supplied by the very handsome @Core Pharma

Only had 40 minutes today and as push is least important day for me I mixed it up and threw in some calves and tibs.

99.2kg this morning and two weeks left until a 3 week mini cut before I go on holidays. Anavar will be reintroduced next week at 20mg a day for 5 weeks to ensure my body dysmorphia is kept at bay while overseas.

Been making huge portions of this chicken fried rice which is making stacking weight very easy, appetite still strong which is a nice change for a bulk.

GhKCU added in at 3.5mg a day pinned locally into different areas of loose skin on my belly. I’ve tried this previously but at a lower dose and combined with the hgh, anavar and fasting I might see some results.
@FattyAU Still an update man. I think the fasting will go a long way at tightening the skin. And I like the growth hormone and var.

Mini cut well underway down to 98kg fasted this morning and waist is tightening up well.
Running GHK, TB500 and BPC for the next few weeks to ensure I show up beautiful.

Fasted 36 hours to start the cut, finishing with a fasted back session which was alittle weak but that’s to be expected, pump still good.
About to break my fast with with a brisket fried rice and take a giant insulin nap.

Dosages all the same test 250, mast 450, 7.5iu hgh from @Core Pharma

98kg 36 hours without calories very flat

Off day.
Feeling the effects of reduced cals and my heavy leg session yesterday has cooked my CNS so a day on the couch is needed.

96.8kg this morning, happy with rate of fat loss with another 3 weeks to go I am right on track. Eating from 1pm-6pm each day at the moment might reduce that by 1 hour next week.
