🔥 Another fire 4am chest session down after a rest day yesterday, chest and shoulders as a session is still extremely cautious for me as it’s only been 4 months since I had the surgery and tendon re attached. I have slight pains that creep up here and there on that side so doing my best to be more mindful on push sessions right now.

🚀 Big energy EVO FAM, here’s hoping all my brothers had killer weekends and are ready to rip right into Monday!

📊 Sunday morning back session was straight fire, felt super energised and my output is felling just as hight right now.

☠️ Coach @R. AP new programming has me hitting back once a week now from previously twice, so I’m really trying to go hard as hell and take my top and failure sets to the death, to take advantage of the lower frequency. - each session trying to get better at the execution this is now my major focus.

🏴‍☠️ All my work sets today were gruelling and really tried to push way beyond any form of comfort - 💥 controlled aggression.

🐮 Added 3 sneaks sets of calfs at the end of the back session today, I’ll try get the little fellas big and juicy over the next 12 months!

🧬 Hamstrings were also feeling pumped as hell and veining after calf raising this morning to all thanks to my @Raptor Labs stack > Ummm not that you can see the veins because of the tattoos hahah.

Not bad at all man, truthfully having the test at 500mg and running 50mg var a day with 20mg winstrol a day engery in the gym is on point, im not even trying to get stronger but its happening as my endurance keeps going up, its been really good brother monday marks the start of week 5 out of 12 for me.

🔥🔥 Kicked off the day with a 4am savage leg session this morning, it’s became my fav day of the week right now!

💥 My new programming and first block of my growth phase with @R. AP right now has a major emphasis on hamstrings and adductors for leg day currently.

☠️ Today was the 3rd session with new program and all numbers were up, and intensity barriers were broken form last week. Left with nothing in the tank after hack squats.

🏴‍☠️ Right now I’m trying to focus on improving all aspects of each session: from movement patterns, sharper reps and complete fucking intensity on my tops sets.

🧬 Luck I have @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep to keep me recovering at a high level as we enter the 3rd week of a real off season push up

💥 4am chest and shoulder session to start my day off this morning, left zero in the tank and seeing progression the tempo and movement patterns and connection from last week.

♻️ Energy and recovery are aligned this week, feeling rested enough to give it my all each session without the dragging fatigue.

🧬 I’ll get some updated physique photo over the weekend after my check in with coach @R. AP as we get closer to out 3 week together.

Right of the bat the changes he has made have already made such a positive impact in my physical and mental I can’t describe how thankful I am to have a legend like him

🚀 @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep has me moving and recovering at the highest rate I’ve been right now, has me feeling fucking amaizng even at modest dosages!

📊 warmup and mobility for my shoulder is paramount right now as we’re only 4 and bit months post operation - Internal and external rotation is a focus with this warmup.

Machine pec deck fly:
2x feeder sets > 12 reps
1x work set > 15 reps > 1 RIR

I had only had worked up to 8kg dumbbell with around 4-5 reps in reserve. Playing it very cautious right now as we’re about 9 weeks back into the gym with a full range of motion on the shoulder.

Baby steps, and more so making sure I keep super active with pre-mobility and warmups

Hahaha yeah bro I could only train one side of my body after the shoulder surgery 😂 and about 9 weeks ago I finally had full range of motion of the arm and could start traning again

But thank you bro, give me hope for the future 🙏 bless!

Normally I would to my man - but this pre is all about the carbs as I train at 4AM my brother I need it to digest as quick as possible as time is limited at 330AM you can imagine 😂 need them carbs in as quick as I can for the workout

I have enough EAASs to help try and compensate for this, and my post workout meal is cooked and ready to go 🙏

🔥 I smashed into my Sunday morning with a savage back session - my coaches new programming has me hitting back at once week now form my previous 2 times a week - so I meter the session ready for war knowing I don’t have wiggle room for inaccuracy’s. Right now it’s more of a focus on upper back and rear delts to try bring them up to my lats.

🧬 I’m now entering week 4 of my push-up growth phase today overseen by coach @R. AP
…it’s been 3 weeks now and feeling really positive for the future and making some real progress with him.

💥 Ad always @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep ate keeping me at my highest level as I entered into my first real growth phase after a long surgery recovery at the start of the year.
