Went in to the gym feeling a bit beat up from sparring and time on the mats yesterday, not really an issue at week 2 of the block but this is something that I will need to address as I progress and the weight/intensity increases.

Regardless, I did hit the weights I was programmed to hit (I took it easy on accessories though if I’m honest) so I’m happy.

@Heavygripper Definitely a nice simple workout. I like how you did the drop sets as well on the bench. You don't have to go crazy on a workout and do an hour and a half of benching.

Shoulder feeling good thanks to @UGL OZ BPC and TB. I’m still only on 300 test e and 3.3iu GH. Will step things up slightly in the coming weeks and leverage some @UGL OZ orals at the tail end of the block.

Quality is as good as it gets.

how do you find EQ? im super keen to start it up again in blast, starting super low myself as the anti e effects are strong for me
First pin tomorrow, it’s honestly only going in for e2 modulation. I can handle high test without any assistance usually but it’s probably smarter for me to have something in there to address it.

You are making it look so easy. One trick that I would recommend for you is put a weight underneath your feet. This way, you're not on your tippy toes. @Heavygripper

Not the best rep….I lost some tension at about 3/4 and had a bit of a stumble…..regardless I got the rep and I’m reasonably happy with this at week 4/12

I established maintenance just under a month ago. It appears to be pretty much exactly 5k.
As someone that is (only) 17kg less than you, but has maintenance around 3k calories, 5k blows my mind 🤣 Insane brother, keep putting in the work :love:

When chasing strength, imo a surplus is your friend 🤝
