Hey guys and girls,

So ive been fortunate enough to still be sponsored by @ODINLABS and @Wolfenstein for the next cycle,

Ill be running some Test e, Mast e and might try some Eq and maybe some of his new Tren hex @ODINLABS

Not 100% sure on the ratios atm but will be finalising that soon

As for the Peptides from @Wolfenstein ill be running a tiny bit of reta and some tesamorelin to help with a little fat lose and to just keep it at bay

There's a lot more you can add to your log and the mods will get you set up with a template to include everything from supps, diet, workouts, gear, peptides, minerals, cardio timing, all the way down to your macros too. Then we can take a look and if you're willing to add in anything it really worked for me to take their advice. Digestion was a huge help for me with their feedback. The more detail the better and you'll get a ton of feedback on here to dial in your entire cycle.

Looking forward to following this one you're already starting off with the bodybuilder look and thick AF.

Warm-up # 1, 25kg, 8 reps
Set 1, - 4, 35kg, 10 reps

Rear delt reverse pec deck
Set 1 - 4, 40kg, 20 reps

Cable Front raises
Set 1 - 2, 12kg, 12reps
Set 3 - 4, 10kg, 12 reps

Cable Side raises
Set 1 - 4, 8kg, 15reps

Barbell shrugs
Set 1 - 4, 85kgs, 20 reps with straps

Short but sweet and felt a decent pump

Also did 30 mins on the treadmill after at 4.2 speed at a Incline on 10

And steps for the day just over 11k

That’s the right mindset, cardio every day to keep steps up will lean you out while the cycle does its thing. Keep food locked in and by Xmas you’ll be looking sharp, ripped Santa sounds about right. :P

@codezz the ratio thing is over done, but it is still important. i have found its a lot of trial and error. don't just stick to something its okay to change it up

Thats it man, everyone's body is different and ratios arnt always the same for each other comes down to bloods at the end of the day and what side effects u may have, but ur right trial and error

@codezz i’m sure this will turn out great as usual. The arms and shoulders are already looking capped. You’re gonna put on a lot of good muscle mass.

Strong pull day, 75kg for sets of 10 on T bar rows is solid and the volume on pulldowns at 68 for 4 sets will keep your lats thick. Reverse pec deck at high reps balances it out with rear delt work, and 70kg shrugs for big sets of 18 is a lot of trap volume. Good balance across the session.
But what's in that picture?
 
Strong pull day, 75kg for sets of 10 on T bar rows is solid and the volume on pulldowns at 68 for 4 sets will keep your lats thick. Reverse pec deck at high reps balances it out with rear delt work, and 70kg shrugs for big sets of 18 is a lot of trap volume. Good balance across the session.

Good layout for a travel day leg session. Keep the hack squat as your load driver and add a 5th set next week with a slow eccentric for 10 reps to deepen quad fatigue, keeping 100 kg until all sets hit clean depth before adding weight.
Saw this at work in the wetmess, and gave it a try this morning, really just tasted like a birthday cake flavoured protein bar warmed up in the microwave, woukd eat again but i reckon it was a 5/10 haha

Saw this at work in the wetmess, and gave it a try this morning, really just tasted like a birthday cake flavoured protein bar warmed up in the microwave, woukd eat again but i reckon it was a 5/10 haha
If it tastes something like that then you know it can't be good for you. I like to make my own protein bars. They are much better and much healthier. @codezz

this is some good training on the legs @codezz seated hammy curls are a good workout. Walking lunges are absolutely insane. They can really tear up those legs.

Good delt session, the 35 kg presses with high-rep rear pec deck work give that full shoulder cap look. Cable fronts and sides keep tension perfect through the session, and finishing with barbell shrugs raw at 85 kg is strong work.

That 10k+ step habit is gold for staying lean, and the ODIN oils plus retatrutide combo are clearly showing their effect. Keep that exact structure rolling. Shout out to @ODINLABS @OdinLabsRep
 
I tried the BBQ, pizza and cheese flavoured ones and BBQ were the nicest tasting ones,

I forced myself to eat the otheres once the BBQ ones sold out hahaha
