Hey guys! I am having a difficult time finding information about women steroids.
I saw that you guys do daily/weekly logs, but I don't know if the forum will be helpful for women. And how do I gain access to start the logs?
I have started my first serious cycle, and I just want to make sure I am doing it safely and if it is an overall good cycle.
I have been lifting for the past 3 years-started at 170lbs. Last year I did a 3 month cycle of Anavar 10mg daily, then I ran the beginning of this year test c for 25mg a week (got my blood work and my levels were at 165ng/dL), 5mg a day of Anavar, clen, 5mg a day of Rad 140. I am currently sitting at 225lbs. Side effects from previous cycle was clit growth and mild acne. I am trying to grow more muscle while staying lean. My goal is to probably add about 5-10lbs from the cycle I am running now. My new cycle 15mg of test c, 25mg of npp and 4iu of hgh.

Welcome to EVO!! You've come to the right place sister, 100%. There are lots of females on here with logs and running cycles. We have one going to the Olympia this year! You seem to know your shit really well already and posting a log will be easy for you. The mods can tag all the females to come rushing in and they'll have your back and we will follow along as well.

It looks like you're going to be able to teach us a thing or two as well. You know your shit and your pic looks outstanding, what a base and yet still feminine. Reminds me of Hannah Hussein if you wanna look her up she has some good PED breakdowns on her youtube channel that she used and she is super open like you with the clit growth and acne and female issues that come with higher dosing, etc.

Your current cycle is aggressive but based on your goals it will do the job. In my opinion the gold standard for putting on some size is test and deca (npp in your case) and the GH at 4iu is definitely the sweet spot.

The mods will come on here and show you how to post a log and I for one will be following. Diet, supplements, workouts, cycle, macros, etc will all matter and then we can nit pick and dial it in.

You’re welcome here, there’s a good mix of female lifters who log regularly and share cycle details, so you’ll get plenty of feedback. Your background and current setup show you’ve already done your homework and are approaching it seriously, which makes a big difference in staying safe and getting results.

Start a log so we can track progress, bloods, and side effects along the way. List training, food, and how you feel week to week, and we’ll help fine tune the plan as you go.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Really impressive stuff! You should definitely start a log. The guys already mentioned a lot of the amazing female members. There are a lot more. We seem to have a lot of females joining lately which is great!

the logs are right on the forum, they are titled and labelled as logs to keep things organized. you can start your own log as well. you don't have to log steroids at first, you can simply log your training/diet/sleep etc. then go from there

sister you should look at doing retatrutide or tirzepatide instead of clen. its a much cleaner option @lifterbr

Was thinking same thing. Not a fan of the clen. Very harsh drug. Glp of some sort be much better for leaning. I love the Semaglutide personally. Bit tried the others but they cost more & gotta use more of them. 💪🌸

welcome another sister! How tall are you what’s your age? Did you gain from 170-225 over last 3 years?? I like that you dialed down the test. A little if any of theses go a long ways. So gobas small as you can. My npp is bout 1/2 yours I’ve had same sides. Once I got on steady year round dose of 10mg test Cyp. The acne settled down. Npp does boost the libido too!! Also I feel it helps the joints. About 4-5 weeks in I really start to feel the power and strength rise. What is your goal other than gaining muscle is it bodybuilding or strength building? I’ve not ever liked clen tried that back in the 90s when I was in my mid 20s hated the way it makes you feel jittery heart races. DNP even worse. I can appreciate wanting to be leaner I’ve always been Fluffy Till I tried. Semaglutide. I think much better safer leaning/diet agents in the GLPs. Just eat extra fiber with it might need something for heartburn. And have to force yourself to eat enuff protein. GLPs are amazing! Keep it up get your log going. It’s a good Space to learn share and have support. 💪🌸👍

I am 26 and I am 5’11. I did gain about 55lbs in 3 years. My goal is bodybuilding. I just want to see what I can achieve. It is pretty hard when you are a tall girl. I struggle to gain a lot of leg muscle.

Yes you’re tall & young. I would make sure you’re doing big main compound exercises to build mass. Most BB staples are squat bench Deadlifts! Barbell squats barbell RDLs will be your friend. Esp In younger years. 7-10 rep range its full body movements. Do your volume on the accessory exercises. Also enough protein. Look at Bev Francis she started as a powerlifter turned body builder. Tremendous thickness. Ronnie Colman same. Seriously consider GLP Semaglutide tirzepatide….for the money it’s worth it. If you’re wanting to get leaner see what everything looks like. I didn’t realize what I looked like till peeled off the fat trying to make weight for powerlifting comp. Thank the Semaglutide for that, it’s like cheating. You got this sister! 💪🌸

Welcome into the evo community 💪 that is some seriously awesome growth! 170 into 225 thats impressive on its own, you have a great base and alot to work with.

You can just start a log anytime you like can update and treat it as a personal journal or however you wish, no right or wrong way for a log, you can run it for as long or as short as you wish.

Ive run a few over the years and it has helped me a ton, we have an excellent community of guys and girls here always willing and ready for helping others.

We want to see everyone thriving and smashing goals in the end, dont hesitate if you have any questions, any of us here will answer or help when needed.
