So this log is purely about the progress from having a coach and being on HGH and Reta and is it really the missing link to getting to that pro card …

We currently in a reverse phase post competition of NABBA and placing 3rd in states
When I was self coached

So let’s get into it

TEST E:- 750mg p/week ( ugloz platinum) eod
Eq:- 500mg p/week ( UGLOZ Platinum) eod

HGH UGLOZ SHOGUN :- 5iu split 2 iu pre workout
( 2 iu pre workout /intramuscluar injection)
(3 iu daily split as 1.5iu morning/ 1.5iu before bed)
Only splitting up that way due to fact training is now late afternoon

Insulin novorapid (fast actin) 5iu preworkout

Supplements :-
Berberine - 500mg daily with food
Chromium- 30mg daily
Astralgalus extract- 1g daily
Vitamin k2/d3- 2000iu daily
Coq10 -200mg daily
Zinc picolinate- 50mg daily
Magnesium glycinate -250mg daily
Citrus bergamot- 200mg daily
Milk thistle-200mg daily
Beetroot extract- 400mg daily

TRAINING:-

Split as follows

Back/delts
Arms/abs
Quads /hamgstrings
Chest/delts/triceps
Back/bicep
Quads/hamgstrings

20 sets roughly per day routine
50% @ 70 percent
50% @ 💯 I.e 2 focused sets 70 percent max weight -2 sets @ all out balls to the wall

NUTRITION:-
Kcals:- 2653( about 1200 deficit to keep things tight during post competition reverse)
MACROS:-
Carbs :328.7grms
Pro:209.6hrms
Fat : 44.4grms

Will be stepping on stage 2026 season b

Care package arrived today day and 2moro is my bday so best present ever thanks @UGL OZ @UGL OZ Support Rep

Protocol starts at midnight 2nite now (yes I’m staying up to then for my first pin of SHOGUN HGH @2ius
That’ll be about 4 hours post food so natural HGH should be peaking by then aswell 💪

Start log BGL
3am fastened morning BGL (5.6)

9am 3 hours post first meal of 69.6grms carbs
From 20 grms low gi and rest high gi carbs
BGL levels (7.9)
So cause we aren’t running insulin anymore decided while at work to spend the next hour pumping out work to average out the heart rate @ 133bpm to bring down that bgl levels

10am smoko time today pre food BGL (6.5) still to high for my liking
So again after meal put in 100 percent into work and smashing it out

1am BGL levels where (5.9) happy with that obviously spike again with food going in however low carb meals for lunch so will be good to keep under control now

Cardio is @30 mins fastened liss training
Stairs every morning keep that metabolism high whilst in reverse phase

Average bpm 128

Rest day as last 3 sessions and work has got me running pretty empty on energy and next session is leg day so want to be as fresh as possible

Will update full leg day post session 2moro 💪💪
Current stats sitting pretty @96.3kg losing some water weight now from post show hold

It's always cool to seeing how you are training. I like how you hit the rep range of 12 to 15 on most of these exercises. It seems to be the sweet spot for you. @Lilbrods

I understand your thought process here brother but I don't think it's going to work out the way you're hoping it will. You're correct that HGH's primary function is to promote growth and cell repair so it makes sense to consider that a spot injection in that area might enhance repair, however localised HGH injections will not increase the hormone's availability in that specific area since HGH works systemically meaning its effects are obtained through overall circulation rather than through localised tissue.

There are also fewer variables involved when injecting SubQ over IM which will lead to a more predictable rate of absorption and less fluctuation in hormone levels. SubQ HGH injections will always yield better results for optimal bioavailability.

Sticking to your usual daily SubQ regimen at a consistent time is the way to go imo. Señor coach @R. AP might want to chime in but that would be my recommendation ;)

Yea fair brother mite need to do a lot more study on it then my brother I understand it’s not so much for local enhancement repair was more thinking about the getting it faster into circulation from the body sending nutrients into that broken down muscles 💪

But thank you brother will do some more study on trying to find a sneaky little back route to increase the uptake into circulation 💪

sub q 🧐 that being said do you think that hitting it sub q just before before cardio would be beneficial when the body goes into its fat burning stage ??

Guess there’s only one way to truely find out the fastest way to get the bioavailability knowledge..
so I’ll add that to the to do list for the offseason brother .. get bloods before and after im injection and then the sub q and time the blood screening 💪💪

Like the cycle, what kind of intra-workout nutrition you taking alongside the novorapid?
None yet brother but intra will def be dextrose and powered carbs for intra if running novo as a pre workout 💪💪 usually depending what phase I’m focused on dictates when I use my slin
If I’m focused on recovery I’ll use post workout to force feed muscle recovery so no intra needed
But If im really focused on getting a serious pump and as much nutrient filled blood into a muscle I feel is lacking I’ll run slin pre and run usually the 10g to the 1iu throughout the workout and powered carbs dextrose and honey is usually my go to gotta time your slin good with pre workouts and watch that blood glucose levels meticulously throughout that workout as can drop pretty fast 💪
 
None yet brother but intra will def be dextrose and powered carbs for intra if running novo as a pre workout 💪💪 usually depending what phase I’m focused on dictates when I use my slin
If I’m focused on recovery I’ll use post workout to force feed muscle recovery so no intra needed
But If im really focused on getting a serious pump and as much nutrient filled blood into a muscle I feel is lacking I’ll run slin pre and run usually the 10g to the 1iu throughout the workout and powered carbs dextrose and honey is usually my go to gotta time your slin good with pre workouts and watch that blood glucose levels meticulously throughout that workout as can drop pretty fast 💪
I personally like novorapid post workout.

You look huge in the pics with a thick back and big arms that pop even at lower carbs. Fullness at 2500 cals thats not a lot of food, the GH and test EQ combo is doing it right.

Keep legs and back at 2x weekly and hold GH at 2 IU nightly for another 3 weeks before bumping. Though check with coach first.

HGH sides of tiredness doesn’t really hit until that bgl drop off then bit of a struggle but meh keep going 💪💪

Seeing a fair bit of water retention from both Eq and the gh but still waking up without the retention

Juicy body sweats are back and through the roof not to mention the old juicy body odor smell ha

Another positive is training endurance already about doubled feel like the pump is good but not lactic acid where it’s stops you from training so the waste management within the muscle is awesome right now

Blood glucose drop from 7.0 to 50s on less insulin proves sensitivity is up, so stay on that 2 IU GH and 5 IU Novo but really you need more carbs imo.

Was the difference in feeling of pump
So with the slin it’s more of a full blood pump

What I felt with the gh is the pump is more of a solid muscle, stability strong feeling pump

With them both together was still only just the feeling of a slin/ blood full feeling..

Was interesting to feel so I will run accordingly
Ie for arms and days I want to feel that pump with run both
But days I feel I want to push more weight I’ll only use hgh as a pre and slin as a post

Now Reta this is my second week and def get lil fastened morning digestive trouble as in little cramps until food goes in.
Bgl has moved waking up fastened now at 5.9

Cals are now increased up to 4190 a day and 600 carbs 💪💪 66 fat and 290 protein

The HGH pre workout trial was a smart move and your notes on the pump difference between GH and slin are solid feedback. A lot of learning here. @Lilbrods
Keep running the split test approach like that and track the glucose response too, it’s good data for refining future cycles.

I found with clients and glucose measurements, not all can handle preworkout slin, mainly post workout. Some get light headed some can't control it, even with protein shakes with dextrose in the mix. Same with gh.

Definitely seeing the density as you're talking about. It's amazing the the quality of growth hormone, how important it is. Stacking it with steroids is definitely a nice weapon. There is a lot of benefits. @Lilbrods
 
Yea def do guys @Mobster noway do I think it’s overrated having 3 premmie babies who were 15 weeks average early I seen just what the magic of breast milk does hey

It’s more for digestive system than anything else it’s so jam packed full of pro and pre biotics it’s worth taking imo

I got my spots I can grab. Usually the love handle area or I can get a little bit off my lower abs. From what I've seen sub q is a lot better for peptides and GH. Seems intramuscular Gh mostly anecdotal evidence right now.

Dr. Todd also pins is GH with his test in the same syringe
 
I got my spots I can grab. Usually the love handle area or I can get a little bit off my lower abs. From what I've seen sub q is a lot better for peptides and GH. Seems intramuscular Gh mostly anecdotal evidence right now.

A lot of peptides, you can’t really tell you took them right away. Some you can. Like the ones that cause flushing. VIP peptide. You know for sure you just pinned that because you turn red lol. GH I’ve done IM and subq. I can’t tell the difference. When I pin I just stab it. I dont like trying to judge depth or pinch or anything. Sometimes my subq shots get a little irritated, so I just stopped doing it. There’s so much nuance. Most of the stuff I think, you get it in there it’s going to work
