As suggested by @LevButlerov , a new log for my cycle after my TRT break:
About me
Age:44
Height: 190 cm
Weight: 91.4 kg - bio age of 37 (stable since previous scan 10th Sept)
Goal:
Summer Cut/lean bulk to try and define things a bit better - lose some belly fat and get the abs popping.
Previous results from my last bulk after several weeks of TRT : as expected lost some weight but not too much lean mass:
Weight: 94.3kg to 91.4kg a change of -2.9kg
Lean Body Mass: 86.3kg to 84.7kg change of -1.6kg
hopefully my naturally high metabolism will help with this cycle
BF % - eVolt scan always gives me a strange low number but its consistently strange so at least I can track a difference
BF at end of bulk 8.5% today 7.3% (but i would say i am mid teens dunno why it gets it so wrong but at least tracked down)
I have a good doctor that will review my bloods and knows whats happening

Duration: 16 weeks
Cycle
Test - 400mg/week throughout
Tren A - 75-100mg/week (will start low) for 6 weeks - micro-dosed ED or EOD - prepared to drop it should it not agree with me
EQ: 300mg/week throughout.
Has my first pin of the EQ, T and Tren today and was smooth as, of course wouldn't expect anything but quality from @Sassy Rep
AI - I have plenty of adex and aromasin should I require it - but hopefully EQ will keep E2 down.
Supplements
TUDCA + Milk Thistle, Mens multivitamin, BCAA's, Vit C, Fish oil, Cialis 5mg/day
Diet Plan: Plenty of eggs at breakfast, protein shakes, chicken and beef. Carbs - will try and keep on the low side. I eat pretty clean and have a pretty high metabolism naturally. Keep alcohol to a minimum or out altogether (I barely drink anyway).
Training Plan
I do a typical bro split
Chest/Arms
Back/Arms
Shoulders/Leg's
Then repeat - 5 sessions a week at the gym - Ab's after workouts too - if they don't cramp too much!
I always warm up with 5mins on the assault bike or a 1000-1500m row.
It's warming up here now so I have started cycling again, so there will be a couple of 20-30km rides a week which works the cardio nicely.
Will post some current physique pics later after a gym pump of course!
Aim is to get a DILF body for Summer!
