As suggested by @LevButlerov , a new log for my cycle after my TRT break:
About me
Age:44
Height: 190 cm
Weight: 91.4 kg - bio age of 37 (stable since previous scan 10th Sept)

Goal:
Summer Cut/lean bulk to try and define things a bit better - lose some belly fat and get the abs popping.
Previous results from my last bulk after several weeks of TRT : as expected lost some weight but not too much lean mass:
Weight: 94.3kg to 91.4kg a change of -2.9kg
Lean Body Mass: 86.3kg to 84.7kg change of -1.6kg
hopefully my naturally high metabolism will help with this cycle
BF % - eVolt scan always gives me a strange low number but its consistently strange so at least I can track a difference
BF at end of bulk 8.5% today 7.3% (but i would say i am mid teens dunno why it gets it so wrong but at least tracked down)


I have a good doctor that will review my bloods and knows whats happening

I do a typical bro split
Chest/Arms
Back/Arms
Shoulders/Leg's
Then repeat - 5 sessions a week at the gym - Ab's after workouts too - if they don't cramp too much!
I always warm up with 5mins on the assault bike or a 1000-1500m row.
It's warming up here now so I have started cycling again, so there will be a couple of 20-30km rides a week which works the cardio nicely.

Will post some current physique pics later after a gym pump of course!

How did you pick those test and eq doses?

I just started something similar, also 16 weeks but 500mg Test, 250mg EQ and 40mg of Turinabol the first six weeks, 40mg Anavar the last 6 and 25mg Proviron throughout and hopefully MK677 also.

Summer will be sweet bro!

I just know that a lot of the aussies like to dose there test higher than EQ - so I thought I would start at there with room to up the Test if need be - I've never gone above 500mg T and would like to avoid it if possible. I also decided no orals this time as I have never used EQ before so would like to see its effects.

Awesome bro, thanks :) that's the same reason I dosed it higher but general consensus was 2:1 was the best place to start.

I was going to do 400 test 200 eq but I got 250mg Equipoise ampules and they were expensive so I'm not fucking around trying to save some of them for later so just upped the test to keep the 2:1 ratio :)

Also haven't used equipoise before but been thinking about it non stop for a couple of months now. But I've wanted to try turinabol for ages now, I remember the story from school.

I think for this time of year when were going to be outside doing shit and swimming and eating fruit and whatever equipoise seems perfect.

Awesome thanks man, there's a couple of podcast episodes mentioning it too, specifically the tren ones not just the ones on Cardarine itself, but they're good too dating back years now, there's a few. I want to build a topic index, or a tagging system so we can start indexing what stuff is covered by what episodes.

Not so much with the old episodes but now thar someone takes the time to make proper chapters it's likely in that data, which seems to be exempt from spotufy searches at least, but can use Google trickery to use that to search the chapters inside Spotify.

Before I found Turinabol I was going to get Cardirine from a dodgy oral only sarms site... but now I'm hoping six weeks tbol will give me cardio benefits and final six weeks of Anavar the fat loss benefits, the two things a few months on cardirine was attractive to me on.

If it works well for tren I was thinking winter cycle when I want to try Test, deca & dbol that might be a good place to add cardirine to try keep cardio at least mildly maintained...

I pulled up a little sore on the weekend in the left quad after playing cricket (certainly a game the Aussies and @Mobster would know) - turns out I have a partial tear to my rectus femoris (the superficial middle quad muscle) which should be good in a few weeks - will just have to take it easy on the legs. Not letting that stop me!

I don't mind it but I got cat called while I was working once when I was 17...didn't like that. I stopped doing it to women after that lol

EQ: 300mg/week throughout.

Has my first pin of the EQ, T and Tren today and was smooth as, of course wouldn't expect anything but quality from @Sassy Rep


AI - I have plenty of adex and aromasin should I require it - but hopefully EQ will keep E2 down.

Supplements
TUDCA + Milk Thistle, Mens multivitamin, BCAA's, Vit C, Fish oil, Cialis 5mg/day

Diet Plan: Plenty of eggs at breakfast, protein shakes, chicken and beef. Carbs - will try and keep on the low side. I eat pretty clean and have a pretty high metabolism naturally. Keep alcohol to a minimum or out altogether (I barely drink anyway).

Training Plan
I do a typical bro split
Chest/Arms
Back/Arms
Shoulders/Leg's
Then repeat - 5 sessions a week at the gym - Ab's after workouts too - if they don't cramp too much!
I always warm up with 5mins on the assault bike or a 1000-1500m row.
It's warming up here now so I have started cycling again, so there will be a couple of 20-30km rides a week which works the cardio nicely.

Will post some current physique pics later after a gym pump of course!

its a small intra-muscular tear in the mid quad - should heal up pretty quick already feeling better.

- So have pinned 0.2 - 0.25ml of Tren Ace last 4 days - now I don't know how soon it takes to feel effects but have been sleeping well etc so am pretty happy

takes about a week to kick in but sleep is not always bad, if you low dose and pin frequently you should be ok @rizzlekdizzle

Good chest and arm day, 100kg incline bench is strong! 220lbs!

Tren ace timing doesn’t matter much for short term strength but you’ll feel aggression higher for sure, that will make you pump harder in the gym. Try pinning it about 2 hours out it's wild @rizzlekdizzle

God no, I've done this and all it does is make you get up an extra one time and add another beach towel to the sweat soup and flip your comforter around to the dry side so you can get back to sleep. One or two hours before workout is the shit with TrenA.

One thing I've noticed! If you pin ONLY TrenA straight it seems to make a difference vs. pinning it mixed in with your other compounds. You'll get a higher percentage for tren cough and a feeling of a heavy chest but that's the game. This is just my experience so I'd pin it separate pre workout and not mixed in with anything else you're running.

That was picanha (brazilian cut) - or rump cap - not sure what you guys would call that in the US. Its a lean steak but has a nice fat cap to it
 
I have to say I don't usually put ketchup on a good steak but the kids were eating something else and the sauce bottle was on the table!

Yes exactly, experience only. I wasn't trying to imply there was any science to it it's just what happens with me when pinning straight TrenA. The 'wanted' side effects are more noticeable if it's straight up.

I live 15 mins from the Great Lake Ontario and it's too toxic to step foot in most of the time lol.

Is the fishing good there?
yeah you can fish along the beaches (but you wouldn't at this one lots of swimmers) but there is also great boat fishing a short trip out.
