Approved Log First Anavar Cycle Log - Female

19/11 - Var day 18..
or should I say day 0? :(


Sad news -

I took the Var to be tested and it turns out it’s just be filler…

There’s a very small chance that they were just extremely under dosed but supposedly each pill had 20mg of Oxandrolone and the pills themselves only weighed 80mg so at 25% of the pill apparently it should have shown up easily in the testing… he ran it 3 times for me with different pills just in case but no luck.

Although this is super disappointing of all the bad news the lab testing could have given me I feel that this is the best possible outcome.. at least it’s not winstrol or anything

I guess I can hold onto my natty card a while longer..

But Hey who needs roids when the placebo feels this good.

I had the most incredible Leg day - I’m assuming the increased carbs are what made my strength feel through the roof. I also had a great pump and my arms were looking quite veiny gripping the leg extension machine. I love all these small changes I’m noticing as my body fat decreases.

Leg Day

I Ordered Retatrutide today from life forge - I’m thinking of starting low with 1mg for a week or 2 then going to 2mg depending how I feel.

I guess I should change this log to a Retatrutide log considering this unfortunate turn of events.

even with the fake var mess you pushed hard with 110kg squats and the 107kg extensions, means your strength is climbing without anything real in the pills.
Protein can go up a bit thought about 10-20 grams.

Retatrutide at 1 mg is the right start and you can move to 2 mg once you see how your stomach handles it, go slow

I’ll add don’t use the home test kits, I’ve done both and the results always differ to Jano so save your money. DHL to Jano is like $120. The test itself I pay using BTC which Jano accepts (my husband is a long-term crypto holder so his profits have covered the testing when it’s up). So you can always go down that route if you’re Crypto savvy to save a little $.

This is awesome atcually. I've been thinking about the anavar testing and what I do to test my stuff is not sufficient. I'm male and it doesn't really matter if I have 5mg extra but it does to most woman. I think the needle exchange drugs testing place will pay for purity testing as it's the dose that's dangerous here. I explained it to the lab tech I saw to get my anadrol tested last week and they thought so too. There's this saying in medicine "the dose makes the poison" and I think it fits here.

What the problem is, is that exact dosing is hard and even in the legit western pharmaceutical industry there's an acceptable level of error. And in the UGL scene it's often considered a good thing to have overdosed gear. But not if you're a lady trying to measure out 2.5 or 7.5mg of anavar!

With the prices @MitsuriKanroji gave I think it's within reason for group ordering. Like 5 or 10 woman who need correctly dosed Anavar get janoshik purity testing done, know the exact strength and use that as the offset to measure it out on a crack scale into 2.5mg caps. This doesn't account for atcually acquiring the raws but that's not as big a deal as you might think.

I've been talking with @HarleyGuy and @LevButlerov about this and I personally think this is the worst thing happening in our scene, selling fake anavar to woman. I'd be keen to help with testing stuff where I can. Can definitely test most things already but the purity testing on anavar is beyond my means. If someone in NZ can post me an anavar pill I can try it on with the Drugs checking place but I think it'd be better for a woman to go in this case, they did say it'd probably be fine for them. They're there to reduce harm after all and this certainly counts.

That's really interesting! I gotta admit to being more bothered by small things lately, I really hate it as I'm not like that. I usually don't even care about big things, so don't welcome this change.

Sad news -

I took the Var to be tested and it turns out it’s just be filler…

There’s a very small chance that they were just extremely under dosed but supposedly each pill had 20mg of Oxandrolone and the pills themselves only weighed 80mg so at 25% of the pill apparently it should have shown up easily in the testing… he ran it 3 times for me with different pills just in case but no luck.

Although this is super disappointing of all the bad news the lab testing could have given me I feel that this is the best possible outcome.. at least it’s not winstrol or anything

I guess I can hold onto my natty card a while longer..

But Hey who needs roids when the placebo feels this good.

I had the most incredible Leg day - I’m assuming the increased carbs are what made my strength feel through the roof. I also had a great pump and my arms were looking quite veiny gripping the leg extension machine. I love all these small changes I’m noticing as my body fat decreases.

I Ordered Retatrutide today from life forge - I’m thinking of starting low with 1mg for a week or 2 then going to 2mg depending how I feel.

There's a problem with pills where the machines needle head reader is small, and pills are mostly filler so it always just hits it, see the tiny hole:

So I've had to send all pills in for full lab testing (also free) on a bigger machine and that takes 3 - 6 weeks. I'm atcually going there now to get the turinabol and proviron pill testing results.

Was this at the needle exchange drug testing? Its trough thelevel.org.nz in Wellington but I believe you're in Auckland since you seem to pose in the same empty room at the gym as @trentwin1 and he's in Auckland :)

That guy is wrong about an easy read, it definitely needs to be sent in for testing to the bigger lab, I'm shocked he didn't offer.. have you still got them? I'm happy to do it for you if it's hard, just need one for a sample.

I'm on the way to get my results from pill testing 6 weeks ago, we ran them a bunch of times too. I know there's something in them because I got brutal side effects.

Also went in with an oral suspension of anadrol at 50mg/ml, that removes the filler problem entirely but still it wasn't strong enough. Also 100mg/ml testosterone oil didn't real but 250mg/ml reads every time, same with 200mg/ml Equipoise.

I've got five orals at the lab now, nolvadex, turinabol, proviron pills and anadrol and dianabol oral suspensions. And sustanon and testosterone propitiate oils.

This is awesome atcually. I've been thinking about the anavar testing and what I do to test my stuff is not sufficient. I'm male and it doesn't really matter if I have 5mg extra but it does to most woman. I think the needle exchange drugs testing place will pay for purity testing as it's the dose that's dangerous here. I explained it to the lab tech I saw to get my anadrol tested last week and they thought so too. There's this saying in medicine "the dose makes the poison" and I think it fits here.

What the problem is, is that exact dosing is hard and even in the legit western pharmaceutical industry there's an acceptable level of error. And in the UGL scene it's often considered a good thing to have overdosed gear. But not if you're a lady trying to measure out 2.5 or 7.5mg of anavar!

With the prices @MitsuriKanroji gave I think it's within reason for group ordering. Like 5 or 10 woman who need correctly dosed Anavar get janoshik purity testing done, know the exact strength and use that as the offset to measure it out on a crack scale into 2.5mg caps. This doesn't account for atcually acquiring the raws but that's not as big a deal as you might think.

I've been talking with @HarleyGuy and @LevButlerov about this and I personally think this is the worst thing happening in our scene, selling fake anavar to woman. I'd be keen to help with testing stuff where I can. Can definitely test most things already but the purity testing on anavar is beyond my means. If someone in NZ can post me an anavar pill I can try it on with the Drugs checking place but I think it'd be better for a woman to go in this case, they did say it'd probably be fine for them. They're there to reduce harm after all and this certainly counts.
For now I’ve got enough product, but once (if) any of the verified AUS vendors re-stock Primo-E in the coming few months, I’ll happily pay for & send off samples to Jano for testing and start a progress log. I’m not fussed about the cost since I’m minimally enhanced & would like to keep it that way. I will share the results on here too for the purpose of helping out other members.

My 2c is to keep going & avoid AAS for as long as possible. I’m in my 30s now & made 95% of my progress with meticulous, repetitive training + sleep + nutrition. Even now I’m not a lifetime natural, I spend most time off everything and still make good progress… and generally feel happy and able to like my physiques in all its phases.
Trick is to keep on training hard no matter the phase (which you are absolutely doing!). I look at AAS like a cup - each time you use it, you pour into the cup, and the cup gets fuller, and eventually it will ‘spill over’ (I.e. you’ll get sides or health issues) once that happens you can’t keep pouring into the cup, cos it’ll just keep spilling over (of course some people are more accepting of some ‘spill over’ as it’s needed to reach their goals). So I guess moral of the story is to be strategic about it so that you never reach spill over, and if you do, you have foundations in place to keep going, enhanced or not (as some people have larger cups (more tolerance) to AAS vs others.

Haha yeah I’m based in Auckland.

I asked about further testing but the guy was adamant it wasn’t worth it. He originally said similar to you that the machine often can’t get a read on orals but when he weighed the pill to be only 80mg for a 20mg dose he thought that concentration should read easily because it was so much more concentrated than the other orals he tests.

It only came up with filler and oil every time and nothing even remotely close to Var.

He also was concerned with how soft the pills were which suggested to him they were fake and not pharmaceutical grade like they were said to be.

When I pushed for further testing he said he was 99% certain they were just filler and if there was Var in it that it would be extremely underdosed.

I have considered taking it back and trying again to get it sent away for proper testing though

Nice chest/tri workout. Cable flies are way better than the pec dec I like that choice.

When I'm 'on the road' I pick up a 12-pack box of the best protein bars I can find with the lowest carbs and the highest fibre and I just carry around about a half dozen with me at a time. The best ones I've found here are called "Quest" they have 21g protein with 4g of net carbs (after fibre) and 7g of fat. So 3 of these in between the family meals gets you 63g of protein. I always keep a couple 12-packs on hand to grab a few on the go.

I've never really liked cottage cheese at all. I like raw cheese. Maybe melt it on some toast with some chicken. That would sound good to me. @Gymgirl

Haha yeah I’m based in Auckland.

I asked about further testing but the guy was adamant it wasn’t worth it. He originally said similar to you that the machine often can’t get a read on orals but when he weighed the pill to be only 80mg for a 20mg dose he thought that concentration should read easily because it was so much more concentrated than the other orals he tests.

It only came up with filler and oil every time and nothing even remotely close to Var.

He also was concerned with how soft the pills were which suggested to him they were fake and not pharmaceutical grade like they were said to be.

When I pushed for further testing he said he was 99% certain they were just filler and if there was Var in it that it would be extremely underdosed.

I have considered taking it back and trying again to get it sent away for proper testing though

Yeah he's dead wrong and I can't believe he said that to you, he won't be there long. There's some self important pricks who find their way into the exchanges via volunteer recruiters and stuff, I'm on this list and have met some super unpleasant people there, but they get rid of them quickly. In Wellington there's two trans lab techs who both have atcual Sustanon prescriptions which has worked out good for me as they know what we're doing and understand esters and concentrations and stuff.

I do have to wonder tho how useful these machines really are for pill testing at festivals and stuff, like the main reason the place exists.. but it seems rude to bring it up 😂

Also you'd probably not want to sink much more time into it since you just have one packet from a random site but don't let this discourage you from trying again, it should be a matter of trying three times on the machine then sending it to the lab and you wait 3 - 6 weeks. I usually stay longer because they let me play with their toys but the lab paperwork takes 5 mins max, especially if you don't even try to get a read on the machine.

As of yesterday there's now three Evo verified sources in NZ, check this thread out.

One of those @Life-Forge just got Anavar restocked, it's the only thing of that nature he sells and I will get those tested sometime too but I already know how he operates and you're safe there.

The dose thing is still a concern tho, but if you dropped from 10mg to 5mg there's a bit of leeway for overdosed pills.

I have a discount code for their site (VANLIFE) if that helps. I get my retatrutide from him and on week 11 of that now. I was planning to try Anavar at the end of this cycle but I changed my mind and gonna save that for winter and try and get into power-lifting.

Looks like you're doing okay on the reta!! The first weeks were rough for me, but it really does level out. I switched to EOD dosing to avoid the sides but maybe I was too quick to do that, don't want to change now everything is good tho :)

She's talking about the guy at the drug testing place. Basically when I took those dodgy SWOLE "priviron" presses in I had the same problem, but they just sent it to the lab. That's why SWOLE was mentioned, as I was testing his gear the first time I took pills in.

But it's happened every time, it's not an acceptable test to do what he did, as the machine can't read pills like that. If you scroll up a bit I posted a photo of the reader head of the machine.

Concentrations are the next problem with the small machines, it couldn't read 100mg per ml testosterone propionate, I tried three brands, but 200mg/ml Equipoise from @kiwibulk read fine.

I played with this a bit because @kiwibulk sent some oral suspensions for me to take in - 25mg/ml Dianabol and 50mg/ml Anadrol but neither read and they got sent to the lab too. So that removes the filler problem entirely and is now is because of the concentration being too low.

So the guy at the drugs testing place was flat out wrong and lied to her and did not test the pills at all basically. It's infuriating and there's other jobs that people of his intellectual level could be doing to help out that are away from anything important like operating lab equipment.

Another busy day which made it hard to eat well without an appetite!

I still had a great workout even without eating enough . Reta is one crazy drug. The side effect have settled down down but it’s a strange adjustment not being hungry all the time. I had gotten used to my insatiable hunger on the cut so it’s abit weird without it.

I think I’ll take the Var back to the drug testing place and try get it sent away for further testing. It would be awesome to get a proper read.

Another great workout and your cals and macros are super on point to get leaned out. That Reta is doing it's thing already, big time. I'm glad the sides are done with it's usually a couple weeks and you're good.

I'm super interested in the verdict on this Var. I'd love to know what the filler is as well I'd ask for a full analysis not only for Var content but what the hell this ass clown is putting into his "Var".

Dinner - eggs on toast

I had a crazy couple of days at work because of black Friday yikes so my eating took abit of a hit. I had no appetite after work so just forced myself to to have eggs on toast so I didn’t end the day on only 1000kcals haha

I read up on your Var issue.

I had what I’m pretty sure was winstrol mislabeled as var, as I got pretty bad shedding pretty quick into my attempt at using it.

I was only using 2.5mg on training days too.

Ended up just sticking to Reta and hgh. Seems like there is soo much fake Anavar 😩
