-3 x small butter sachets
-250 g shredded chicken breast

Broken sleep led to a decision at midnight to reset the alarm and cop a few extra hrs
Ive been struggling lately with the low sleep and training,I know my body well enough to know when im burning the candle to hard
Work summary/plan
-last day shift today then we do a nightshift transition
-town after work to hunt for acv and phsylium husk
-dinner tonight
-then sleep
-wake up tomorrow
-breakfast
-back to bed till the arvo
*this is the standard nightshift reset when I flip the omad script by eating double and turning my omad into breakfast
While i catch up on much needed sleep
*this will charge me for the last week stretch
