Its a lifestyle bro,I love it, ive always been a big eater,it works well because I go to bed satisfied,it gets extreme when I push past 2000 mark but I do it with ease its just when my stomachs small I end up in pain 😆

Second lift stayed hooked up for 13 hours, first crew of boilermakers got sent home as they cant work more the 16hrs straight and we had to stay for the next crew to finish the job and until the fitters came and fixed it all off at 2am...

I started at 6am the day before hahahaha thought i was in for and early day 🤣🤣🫠🫠

Nah its good bro our eba over here is fucking lit. Because it turned into a night shift and become a double for us we get whats called a stand up so the whole shift turns into double time. After any night shift we always get a stand down too which is a day off the following day with full pay.... so my brain checked out but my wallet cashed in lol

By sublingual u mean under the tongue pre workout,that thing people do with orals haha
Naw bro you mixed up sublingual and suppository. Sublingual you stick up your butt and suppository you put under your tongue. I used it get them confused too...or maybe it was the other way. I can't remember now lol

🚫NO OMAD🚫

-As ive stated previously i cant sleep if im not fed,hence during any transitions i dont stick to OMAD
-Had a solid post-gym meal tonight, now I’m just posted up in my room at camp, maybe watch a movie and actually get a solid nights sleep tonight.

-The superintendent rewarded everyone for their effort this swing and gave us tonight off (paid $).
-It was good to get a couple of extra hours of sleep before the gym today and not have to rush to get ready for shift.

-Tomorrow I’ll wake up fresh and rested, jump on a plane, and it’s hometime, baby ✈️🏡

-It’ll be a blessing to get home not fatigued from nightshift
-Il be able to get straight into rnr and handle business.

Been digging the tuna lately im gunna keep it in,just need to stay away from the yummy ones that are loaded in sugar,I wasn't checking the labels,ibe pinpointed this is what has led to my binges the sudden surge of sugar in my carnivore diet from TUNA of all things 🤦

Ha love this 'ass to grass'! If you've got the achilles and hip flexibility, straight out free barbell back squats are great too. Burns like hell if you go slow and controlled, but my favourite compound movement.
