After Christmas and the new year
Another very good week, sleep getting better and heart rate coming down so recovery feeling good this week and a nice 1.7kg up

Got bloods back and they were much better post 2 weeks comp so hopefully another 4-6 weeks health phase they are even better

Just want alt and some other markers to come in range before the push starts but I’m not complaining I’m growing in the phase right now so happy to do what’s necessary for the long game of the goal for a pro card

Very happy this week , training has been fkn on and sleep is getting better than last week
Only up 100 grams this week but I feel great and much better than last week. No food increase this week just rinse and repeat and hope appetite comes back and then push again.
