Approved Log Fattys first log - Skin tightening and leg growing

Leg day.

@Core Pharma anavar added in at 20mg a day, favourite compound by far I always feel great on it.

Really enjoying single leg pressing at the moment, super deep rom. The MMC was terrible at the start but now it’s amazing, totally leaves my legs cooked like nothing else.

Quad day.

Adductors with forced negatives: 12,12
Hamstring curls myo reps: 15,15,15

Leg extensions 30 second rest: 12,12,10
Cybex hack squat 110kg: 10,10
Single leg press: 12,10,9,5

98.8kg currently.

Reta is a fucking game changer, cannot believe how well it works, if this existed when I was a fat guy I would have saved so much trauma day dreaming of snacks all day.

25 pull ups in a row today, 30 well within sight.

Cut coming together nicely, fasting is up to 18/6 with my meals typically cleaner than I would normally eat.

Strength hasn’t taken a hit yet and my calves have recovered so I am back to training calves (gently) but better late than never.

@Core Pharma for all the goodies, GHK-CU makes my face look so much less haggard after about a month. His anavar is excellent even at 20mg a day it’s blown my shoulders up.

I have been running 1mg a week so far with excellent results and don’t feel like I need to push it yet, probably bump it up as we approach December to really milk this cut but at the moment I am happy with it being quite mild as the weight probably can’t come off any quicker than it is anyway.

overall how would you rate retatrutide?

As a former giant fat guy having this when I first started getting fit would have saved me so much pain and mental energy thinking of food everyday. Made this cut a total cake walk

I just found your log brother and its great stuff - following & watching from now. I used retatrutide and testosterone for the last eight weeks and totally agree with you bro, it's a game changer. I see cutting methods and stacks that give me the creeps all the time but this is perfect to prepare for a bigger cycle.

You can lose weight fast as we did but also set yourself up for good habits, get meal prepping systems sorted out, design a sustainable diet with research, forum feedback, trial & error and hit the ground running when you start. In the grand scheme of things it seems this is pretty bleeding edge but on Evo it's popular and the podcast has been covering GLP-1s dating back to rumours of their existence.

Thank you and I totally agree re Reta as a safer option, I’ve tried clen, DNP, t3, Lcarn and while they work the sides make them a much rougher ride. Low dose Reta has been totally side free for me.

The gear is all @Core Pharma in Aus but I have no idea of what guys do for sources in NZ sorry

All good bro just thought I'd see, seems it's sold by weight loss companies and stuff more than underground gear sources but also seems to be a legal grey area and there's online stores selling it under their regular nz registered companies with credit cards alongside normal weight loss products but I haven't got a good handle on it and it's a pretty pricy gamble.

@Core Pharma looks rad, you guys have it good over there :)
 
Bro your log is incredible! Your transformation is the most dramatic one I've seen on EVO so far by a long shot. Mine was similar, went from a fat 270lbs to 210lbs now at 15%, it took me 3 years.

One of the biggest things I was hoping to accomplish this year with @Core Pharma was tightening my loose skin from massive weight loss many years ago. Time has improved it abit but I still had quite a pouch on my lower abs and chest.
I have the same issue. See pic of me below repping my EVO merch hat but you can see the lower stomach skin giving a hug to my belt buckle and I have lower chest fat that won't go away without surgery, same with my stomach excess skin. The lower my BF% goes the more obvious both are it's something I have to just accept. I run 5iu GH at the moment too. Only thing I haven't tried for it is fasting.

Holy shit bro at your BF% the mast along with DHB is gonna take you next level. IMO where you’re at now is one of the only times to combine those two together. Just wait for the vascularity I had veins in my abs with DHB!

It takes awhile to get going but my skin has never looked better, supposedly good for wound recovery but I haven’t noticed that just yet. Bumping it up to 5mg a day seemed to make a difference.

What dose did you use and how long did you run it because it clearly worked really well on the same area where I have loose skin from having lost 80lbs. I'm guessing 5mg ed for what 12+ weeks?

Yeah bruv 5mg I do 2 inch spaces between injections every day to get full local coverage ( not sure it matters) but it took awhile to really see results but now looking back it’s made a world of difference

Ok I have a bunch of GHK-Cu so you're saying you start at one end of the belly fat and bolus 5mg each AM (I do it in the AM to let movement throughout the day disperse it) and then each subsequent day you move 2 inches over until you reach the other side and then start again back to the beginning.

And by "awhile" are we talking about 16 weeks or so? Just wanna know if I should stock up more because I'm going to run this protocol for sure. I'm about 13% BF right now and the lower my BF goes the more obvious the loose skin presents, as you probably know.

Yeah mate get as much as you can it’s very much a long term drug, take lots of collagen and vit C and also make sure you supplement zinc. I’ve basically been on a full year and plan to just keep going for the near future. Anything that has stretch marks isn’t going to bounce back unfortunately but even for the skin on my face it’s noticeably tighter.

Lightest (def not leanest) I’ve been since 12 years old cause of a flu, still down like 7kg since Xmas and only just feeling back to normal the last 2 days or so. Diet has been mostly cake based because I was feeling miserable and I haven’t trained properly since Xmas eve.
Back to schedule this week, gain back flu weight then look at gentle bulk till may.

A rare look into my daily diet. Week one of this bulk, coming in quite light after a bout of the flu afew weeks ago kicked my ass.
This bulk is hopefully going to be leaner than my last but I still refuse to count my cals or macros so I will be sticking with my fasting method throughout eating between 11am and 6.30pm each day until scale slows down then I’ll open that up from 10am etc. Food doesn’t change between cutting and bulking just the times I am allowed to eat.

Stack is still light and will ramp up oils and hgh over the next few weeks.

Our local supermarkets have always bought out Easter junk so I have been having at least 2 of these a day for the last week. 2.5* health rating 😂

pretty typical day but will often swap lunch out for burgers or take away if I am working.

Method is built to maintain sanity by keeping the fat child inside of me someone satiated but it seems to work. I have no intention of stepping on stage and I can grow lean easily eating this way and when it’s time to cut I have no issue getting below 10% but certainly would have to make some real changes if I wanted to push deep into single digits.
 
A rare look into my daily diet. Week one of this bulk, coming in quite light after a bout of the flu afew weeks ago kicked my ass.
This bulk is hopefully going to be leaner than my last but I still refuse to count my cals or macros so I will be sticking with my fasting method throughout eating between 11am and 6.30pm each day until scale slows down then I’ll open that up from 10am etc. Food doesn’t change between cutting and bulking just the times I am allowed to eat.

Stack is still light and will ramp up oils and hgh over the next few weeks.

Method is built to maintain sanity by keeping the fat child inside of me someone satiated but it seems to work. I have no intention of stepping on stage and I can grow lean easily eating this way and when it’s time to cut I have no issue getting below 10% but certainly would have to make some real changes if I wanted to push deep into single digits.

So glad I saw this thread. I will have loose skin issues too. Was it the hgh alone that fixed this?
fasting works the best way :D

Lightest (def not leanest) I’ve been since 12 years old cause of a flu, still down like 7kg since Xmas and only just feeling back to normal the last 2 days or so. Diet has been mostly cake based because I was feeling miserable and I haven’t trained properly since Xmas eve.
Back to schedule this week, gain back flu weight then look at gentle bulk till may.
Bros, you are looking more and more jacked, very impressive. The abs are starting to pop like an absolute animal. Keep up the good work. @FattyAU

Doses going back up today for the rest of the bulk all @Core Pharma gear and peps 250test 500mast 8iu hgh. Nice and simple not looking to gain a ton of scale weight.
