A rare look into my daily diet. Week one of this bulk, coming in quite light after a bout of the flu afew weeks ago kicked my ass.
This bulk is hopefully going to be leaner than my last but I still refuse to count my cals or macros so I will be sticking with my fasting method throughout eating between 11am and 6.30pm each day until scale slows down then I’ll open that up from 10am etc. Food doesn’t change between cutting and bulking just the times I am allowed to eat.
Stack is still light and will ramp up oils and hgh over the next few weeks.

Our local supermarkets have always bought out Easter junk so I have been having at least 2 of these a day for the last week. 2.5* health rating

pretty typical day but will often swap lunch out for burgers or take away if I am working.
Method is built to maintain sanity by keeping the fat child inside of me someone satiated but it seems to work. I have no intention of stepping on stage and I can grow lean easily eating this way and when it’s time to cut I have no issue getting below 10% but certainly would have to make some real changes if I wanted to push deep into single digits.
