Approved Log 2025-2026 Cutting Cycle Log - Get Shredded

Going a little soft on my left shoulder until I can get it looked at by a PT but here is today’s workout. I also upped my Reta to 2mg from 1mg this morning because I’ve been noticing a greater desire to eat everything I see. Not sure if that’s the Anavar talking or my inner fat kid but I want to squash that before it gets out of hand.
On another note, I finally slept great last night getting a full 7.5 hours sleep. I can’t be sure but it could be related to the red light therapy that I’ve been adding in. I did 20min red light this morning and I plan to keep that up daily. I’ve also added a blue light device to my visor in the car so that I can get blue light on my way into work. It’s supposed to help with my circadian rhythm

I have read alot about the light therapy, interesting stuff - there seems to be alot of merit to it

I haven’t added any psyllium. I didn’t think I needed to if my bowel movements were good and regular. Do you think I should?

I know it’s only an inch off the waist but I’m pretty stoked about it. Also, I’m extremely happy about the Proviron. I probably wouldn’t be feeling as good as I do right now if it wasn’t for Evo family recommending it. That right there is what keeps me coming back to this forum.

I didn't look to see what happened with your shoulder but my right shoulder has acted up in the past as well. I do a lot of ROM exercises and 5lb dumbell stretching before every push day and so far so good. Hanging from a lat pulldown set for a minute or hanging from pullup bar helps my shoulder too. Targeting the muscles you want in the movements help to prevent any radiating shoulder pain. "Become one" with the muscles

This is basically the approach I’ve been taking. I’ve been warming up with a bunch of hanging scapula retractions, light rows and pec stretches and then continuing to stretch the pecs through the day on push days and squatting with a safety bar on leg days. I’ve also started using my shoulder reliever tool to strengthen it. It’s gotten more bearable this week so I’m gonna keep on keeping on till I see the PT next week hopefully.

Nice looking workout mate. Hopefully you can get your shoulder sorted. Things like band pull parts are good. Can do external rotations as well.
 
Just did a quick search on the benefits of psyllium and I didn’t realize it did all that. Prebiotic, cholesterol, satiety, blood sugar. I just ordered some

Decent workout today. I think I need to back off the heavy sets and do more high rep slow work with my shoulder acting up. 5 sets of 2 at 85% was a bit too much for it. I still feel good and the pump feels great.

Bros. If you looking really like your shoulder hurting then definitely back off. Could mean you got shoulder tear going. Gotta let it heal up. Maybe get on some healing peptide ASAP. @MrGainezzz
 
40 minutes on the rower today 8500 meters. It wasn’t so bad and it made my back feel great. Maybe I should do this several times a week.
I think I can get it in as soon as I come home from work before dinner… definitely worth a try even if I just get in 20-30min a night and 40 on Saturday morning. I think it would show dividends.

- Overall energy in the gym (1–10): 9


- Cardio performance: I only got teo good cardio sessions in on Saturday for 40 minutes and Sunday (today) 30 minutes on the rower. I realized I actually kinda like that because my back felt amazing afterwards. I plan to hit it whenever I get home from work as many days as I can (if the wife and kids let me)

Symptoms & Side Effects Experienced This Week (rate 0–10 if present)
- Pumps / back or shin pumps: pumps still feel great
- Joint dryness or discomfort: No
- Acne (face/back/shoulders): No
- Hair shedding: No
- Mood / aggression / anxiety / lethargy: Stoll feel very balanced.

I spent most of this week fighting this bum shoulder. I still got good lifts in but it was definitely more taxing on the shoulder. Wasn’t happy that I didn’t get enough cardio in but I’m gonna rectify that this week.

Or do you mean take half at my normal time about an hour before my workout then take the other half sublingual before I step off on my first reps?
 
Hey man with shoulder pain on bench have you tried incline? I never do flat bench anymore and shoulder feels better for it - especially when you start benching over 100kg. @LevButlerov also got me onto doing a good pump set at the end of incline bench - 40kg for 30 reps really burns

My bloodwork came back at 1400ng/dl when I was taking 100mg after 4 weeks so I dropped it to 80mg. I’m shooting to live right around 1000ng/dlMy E2 was on the higher end but not too bad

I ordered a pill cutter / crusher and I’ll start splitting the dose 25mg sublingual at 0500 and then the other 25mg around 1400-1500. Does that sound like what you’re saying?

Lower weight higher rep foucs on the pause and squeeze can yield great results i do it a fair amount.
 
Today’s workout was fantastic. I tried something new today with leg day. I followed a John meadows style workout that left me with baby deer legs after. The main difference was working to failure on the first 3 lifts then adding some cluster sets in on several of the later lifts.

Yeah I get to the gym about 0530, red light for 20min, then lift. Honestly I’m trying to get 30min of cardio in around 1600 so I wonder if that will help

i barely have enough time to get my lift in before I have to get to work. Cardio is gonna have to be when I get home

Workout today was good. It’s a little hard to follow John meadow’s sometimes but I pushed to failure on everything and got a great pump. These cluster sets are no joke

usually in men its the last place we store it. so you gotta keep losing body fat.
 
I just upped my Reta to 3 this week and I can probably drop a couple hundred calories. I’ve already increased my cardio so we shall see if it helps. I’ve also recently learned that my thyroid medication is probably making me hang on to fat that I would otherwise be losing. I’m about to change to an NDT from the levothyroxine that I’m on. Hopefully that will help too

I’m really trying to stay on top of any issues and be honest with myself about how I’m feeling. I need to get a fitness monitor of some type that I can wear around. I just haven’t found one that I like yet

I always do a cluster set at the end of them to make sure I burn it out. I’ll do the last set, count to 15, then go for as many as I can, count to 15 and do it again, and then one more time. I try not to leave anything on the table
 
Workout today was good. It’s a little hard to follow John meadow’s sometimes but I pushed to failure on everything and got a great pump. These cluster sets are no joke

Still fighting with this shoulder but I went to the PT and it’s definitely an impingement in the rotator cuff. She gave me some rehab work that I’ll be adding in before each session I really like the changes I’m seeing but I’d like to see more come off the belly

Quick question for anyone. Has anyone experienced itching across the chest area using Anavar /proviron? Is this a sign of liver issues? I don’t think I have any other signs of issues. I ordered a urine test to check but I don’t know. I can grab a blood test early if need be. The itching isn’t terrible, just slight but I’ve noticed it for a couple of days.

I generally shoot for around 2500 and I focus on eating protein first the I eat what I can of everything else. Lately it’s been everything else even with the Reta. Here’s today’s meals. This is basically what I eat every day with few exceptions

Just did a quick search on the benefits of psyllium and I didn’t realize it did all that. Prebiotic, cholesterol, satiety, blood sugar. I just ordered some
Bro, psyllium husk with apple cider vinegar (with mother) before meals was a game changer for me. Then probiotics after eating.

Big difference in those before and after shots too great work, looking like BF% going down.
