Ive been working out for about 7 years now. Currently 41 5'11 222lbs.

I carry alot of bad weight around my midsection. Dieting is my biggest weakness so ive been thinking of trying Reta to trim down.

I tried to run trt alittle more than a year ago but i hated how much acne my back got. I didnt add some strength but i didnt feel anything significant and i didnt trim down either.

I was on 200mg a week for about 2 months. Prescribed by a clinic. I may get back on TRT but the thought of doing it long term always discourages me. My test levels fluctuate but my sleep/energy levels are always good so i dont feel that low test effect most complain about. The biggest drawback for me is the acne.


Debating starting Reta. Eating is my biggest weakness and i think it might help with the food noise. (Ive never had a 6 pack in my life even in high-school when i would play basketball for 3 hours almost daily)


I typically do this workout split

Day1 Chest/ light arms
Day2 Back/light shoulder
Day 3 Arms/shoulder
Day 4 Legs/abs (not as consistent as i should)
Day 5 Rest day or repeat depending on how my body feels.

I usually take 1 scoop of PROSUPPS Mr. Hyde Xtreme prework (2 scoops on occasion)
I also take 1 scoop of Gorilla Mind Hydroprime Glycerol
I havent been consistent but i take 20 grams of dextrose and 5 grams of creatine daily sometimes.

Right now i am not tracking my macros but i just typically do intermittent fasting(18/6).

I recently starting drinking 2 protein shakes again since im pretty sure im not reaching enough protein daily.

I used to track macros with an app called Lose It but its been years since ive been consistent with it.

Ive also meal prepped but usually only last 2 weeks then i fall off on the nutrition again.

Not sure what else to add.
Any tips or tricks appreciated.
Also ive semi researched maybe taking other compounds like masteron/anavar/hcg.

I just dont want to get dependent on anything and lose progress once i come off a cycle.

I know a lot of the aussie boys are loving Reta to trim down. Gets rid off all the food noise - it sounds like a gret idea for you.
You could always do a lower dose TRT - 200mg is a lot for TRT - I would go 125mg and you will probably not flare up your acne as much. Sometimes even a different provider will help - lots of UGL's do it as good as pharma.

Yea i might start at a lower dose and see what happens. I just dont want to run trt the rest of my life if i really dont need it. I know i might get to a point when i really do need it and at that point ill commit long term.
IVe seen some successful stories of cycling on and off trt aswell. So im still considering it.

As for reta yea getting rid of the food noise for me would do wonders. Im thinking of starting at .5 and see how it goes.
 
You have a good base. Reta is great and will help you immensely; I would recommened running test with it though, as you want to hold lean mass while losing the fat.
Going thru trusted sources products. I notice different "manufacturers". How do you choice which one is best ...or is it all basically the same? Also test e or test c 🤔?

It is all basically the same mate, pick any of the approved vendors here on Evo, cant go wrong - also very minimal difference with test e or c, alot of americans use test c and australians test e - but you wouldnt notice too much

I just stopped taking test after 2 months .. everything went back to normal
November 5th my test was at 447

I am currently not on a nutrition plan
Just doing intermittent fasting 18/6

Im currently not taking any other supplements out side of
Whey
Pre-workout
Hydroprime Glycerol
Dextrose
Creatine
 
Just put in an order.



I think im going to start at:



.5 Reta once per week (Wednesday)

100ml Test C per week (Thursday)

.4iu HCG (Monday)

And adjust as i go



Or should i start with just Reta?

what do yall think?

Subq needles okay?



Sorry alotta questions but want to make sure i do this right the first time.

It will work, we know that. Works better with test, but it sounds like you don’t need it and by your pics I’m inclined to believe you. So don’t take it. You capsule probably achieve all your goals and more if you could just control your appetite. Relatable
recently starting drinking 2 protein shakes
Good! Protein is free. Fill up on it. Today I brought a big coffee with monkfruit and whey protein in it, and a shake with six raw eggs, two scoops of whey protein isolate, cinnamon, and a tbsp of maple syrup. So that’s a lot of protein and I didn’t get significantly hungry despite my job today consisting of trudging through a foot of snow, 18°f, shoveling frozen snow for hours, chipping up heavy manhole covers full of ice, and pulling about 1500’ of cable with just a chick helping me.

I really like eating high protein and it’s the only way I have ever adhered to any type of diet plan, not even close. When I was regularly eating over 400g of protein a day I was getting so pissed because I was loosing weight and I would just eat until I could. Not. Keep. Eating. And then I’d lay down and write my log, realize I’d missed my protein target, and get up and eat more.

Maybe consider this. Just eating a freaky amount of protein and then there’s not much room for trash food.
 
I would get a blood test to see where your test is at the moment. If its low because of your previous TRT then 100mg a week is a good dose I think.
Reta usually starts at 0.5mg then a lot of people bump it up a bit after a few weeks depending on tolerance etc.

@Asthetek23 i highly advise you stop the dex. that is designed for bodybuilding who use insulin post workout. it isn't designed for anyone else to mess with.

Great start to your log bro. You got kind of a Dan Bilzerian vibe about you. Guess that means you can be a jacked ultimate playboy if you play your cards right!

You should get back to macro tracking if weight loss and muscle gain is the goal. It will help keep you more accountable and you can adjust according to how your recomp is going.

That meal prep looks A+. Delicious and healthy
 
I agree with getting blood work done to check your current test levels, especially after TRT. 100mg a week might be a good starting point if you're low . As for the dextrose, I've heard it's really only beneficial for those using insulin post-workout . If you're not doing that, maybe cut it out.

447 is not high its not a good level, under 600 not good

The pictures show that you're capable of fluctuating your weight as you please. That's good that you have control over it. @Asthetek23 Now it's just a matter of figuring out what you want to do and going with it.

@Asthetek23 that is some good looking eats right there. You'll go a long way eating that sort of diet. The food preparation is lights out.

I recently starting drinking 2 protein shakes again since im pretty sure im not reaching enough protein daily.

I used to track macros with an app called Lose It but its been years since ive been consistent with it.

Ive also meal prepped but usually only last 2 weeks then i fall off on the nutrition again.

Not sure what else to add.
Any tips or tricks appreciated.
Also ive semi researched maybe taking other compounds like masteron/anavar/hcg.

I just dont want to get dependent on anything and lose progress once i come off a cycle.

@Asthetek23 i highly advise you stop the dex. that is designed for bodybuilding who use insulin post workout. it isn't designed for anyone else to mess with.

And asymptomatic. It would be cool to see this go up from an earnest natty fitness plan. That would actually be an asset for the forum. Because some people just don’t want to believe it

447 is what the test shows, not 477. regardless that isn't a bad number considering your age and conditioning. @Asthetek23

You should get back to macro tracking if weight loss and muscle gain is the goal. It will help keep you more accountable and you can adjust according to how your recomp is going.

Tbh .. ive taken it consistent for weeks and then stopped taking it for months .. I never noticed a different on or off. But ill properly pause it while on reta

I dont think you need PCT at this point but really at your age getting on TRT wouldn't hurt you, we just need to manage it better or do you want to stay natty? @Asthetek23

Im gonna try to do some trt/hcg while on Reta to help retain as much muscle as possible. Im thinking 2 months max then re evaluating at that point. Im in the us so i probably wont get my package til late dec if im lucky anyways 😏

how about we try test prop to see if you can pin ed or eod very low dose to see if we can avoid sides? @Asthetek23
 
Already ordered test c and hcg ... i think alternating both at low dose will work. Ill see how my body reacts to it and adjust as i go

Ive been working out for about 7 years now. Currently 41 5'11 222lbs.

I carry alot of bad weight around my midsection. Dieting is my biggest weakness so ive been thinking of trying Reta to trim down.

I tried to run trt alittle more than a year ago but i hated how much acne my back got. I didnt add some strength but i didnt feel anything significant and i didnt trim down either.

I was on 200mg a week for about 2 months. Prescribed by a clinic. I may get back on TRT but the thought of doing it long term always discourages me. My test levels fluctuate but my sleep/energy levels are always good so i dont feel that low test effect most complain about. The biggest drawback for me is the acne.


Debating starting Reta. Eating is my biggest weakness and i think it might help with the food noise. (Ive never had a 6 pack in my life even in high-school when i would play basketball for 3 hours almost daily)


I typically do this workout split

Day1 Chest/ light arms
Day2 Back/light shoulder
Day 3 Arms/shoulder
Day 4 Legs/abs (not as consistent as i should)
Day 5 Rest day or repeat depending on how my body feels.

I usually take 1 scoop of PROSUPPS Mr. Hyde Xtreme prework (2 scoops on occasion)
I also take 1 scoop of Gorilla Mind Hydroprime Glycerol
I havent been consistent but i take 20 grams of dextrose and 5 grams of creatine daily sometimes.

Right now i am not tracking my macros but i just typically do intermittent fasting(18/6).

I put 1 ml of bac water .... but i just noticed its 200mg .. so i think i took 2mg of reta right🤦‍♂️
It was .1 on 1ml syringe

I went through the approved list of sources and naps seemed to be my best option. Reddit mentions alot better pricing when buying 10 pack.
Might have to find a supplier direct from.china 😆

Yea thats why i didnt buy anything from any source on reddit .. ive been on reddit for years. That said .. there is definitely better sources (inexpensive) for compounds but the problem is finding a legit source.
 
Dude, your starting point pic? You were already looking solid! Major props on dropping down to 185, that's insane . Reta sounds like it might be the cheat code for my food cravings too – I'm always battling that "food noise" . I'm gonna check out your training log; always looking for new ideas!
 
Thanx bro .. honestly ive always been semi decent. I was really focused on losing weight back then after i hit 185lbs i felt small and just been dirty bulking ever since. Covid really messed up a good routine I had aswell and thats when i lost control and its been hard ever since to maintain any kind of diet.
I think if i hit 185lbs now id be stage ready lol. Definitely not the goal but ideally id like to trim off all the belly fat.

I'd try running the reta first either way and see how you respond too it. Some members have reported reta doesn't quiet the food noise as well as the other GLPs. Don't wanna find out you're the same as them and have 10 vials kickn around

Yea i always wont to be prepared thou .. i got 2 vials now so i should be good .. looks like i started on 2mg so ill just take that weekly for acouple weeks and see how i respond

Yea you might even find 2mg is too much and have to back down from that does. Other members had that experience.

Worst case you got 10 weeks to figure somethn out

You really don't have far to go bro. Should be easy going for you with your current physique. Just gotta stay consistent with the diet and training and the rest will just fall into place. I'd bet the house that 20 weeks from now you're gonna have abs poppn out

I didn't quite catch whether you figured out that you actually did start with 1mg of Reta, and not 2.
You added 1ml to your 10mg vial of Reta (as seen in pics) and drew to the 10iu mark (or 0.1ml) so that's 1mg and you'll have 10 weeks worth in that vial at 1mg a week, for example.

Correct where my math went wrong was i didnt notice the reta vial is 200mg not 100mg .. so yes i did start at 2mg and plan to continue 2mg for another week or 2 before i bump up to 3mg
I have 2 vials currently and depending on how it goes with this one i may or may not order more. Ideally id like to only use reta to drop 20ish pounds.

Food wise i havent been counting macros since i started but im doing 1 meal a day (4 eggs 6 oz of ground beef and 1 sourdough slice)
And 2 protein shakes ( 2 scoops whey plus a large table spoon of peanut butter in the morning and at night)
Down to 217.8lbs

I definitely feel my energy hasnt been there lately.. still been pushing through on my workouts.

Hcg might come in tomorrow... probably gonna take 500iu monday/friday until test c comes in (no updates on shipping)
Then ill take 100mg test c mondays and 500 iu hcg Fridays and see how that feels.

15 mins on stairmaster and 10 mins in sauna.

I still havent felt reta hunger suppression from reta but I've been able to manage cravings so far and stick to the plan.
Good plan lets get 2MAD in not OMAD so do 2 meals @Asthetek23

Im pretty sure most of my progress so far as just been me staying focused. Once i reach my goal (im thinking 195ish) i will discontinue reta and the other peptides. Test C and Hcg I will evaluate after i get my blood work to see if i continue or not.

You certainly have a good layout that you put together. @Asthetek23 seems like you're losing weight pretty rapidly. Did you lose 6 pounds in one week, or am I misunderstanding you?

Yes 6lbs .. ive been able to lose rapidly if and when i really stuck to a plan.
Probably alot of water and bad weight aswell. I had just gotten back from San Diego eating and drinking heavily before starting my cut🥵... havent had any alcohol in 2 weeks and trying to not drink either( never beer, tequila or whiskey)

This is looking really good. 10-15 minutes Stairmaster and 10 minutes of sauna after each workout. You must get a lot of your baby batter out. @Asthetek23

I think i just needed to phych myself up tbh lol ... i love to eat but i think knowing I'm taking reta makes me just not think about snacks. I highly doubt 1 dose would have worked that quickly.
